On how his diet and exercise regimen have changed in the wake of his MS diagnosis:
Jack Osbourne: "I try to keep as active as possible. I started juicing a lot. At its core, MS is inflammation, so I try to eliminate things from my diet that cause inflammation."
Lisa Stelly: "At home during the weekdays, we eat like 90 percent gluten-free, dairy-free. Weekends we kind of splurge. But I think a huge difference that's made is probably eating at home during the week and juicing, organic food."
Jack Osbourne: "Some people say that diet is an issue, a contributing factor [to MS], and some people say it's not. Then you talk to a doctor and they're like, 'No, there's nothing.' But I'm a believer of you are what you eat. If you're going to eat junk food, you're going to feel like crap and your body is going to give out. If you eat healthy and clean and take care of yourself, it's going to do nothing but positive things for your body."
