In the course of suing Quincy Jones III for the content of a documentary he made about Lil Wayne, the rapper used his sharp tongue for something other than spitting rhymes. Asked if he gave a specific interview to Katie Couric after evidently being shown said interview on a TV screen, Weezy widens his eyes. "What's your name again?" he asks. "That's not the question," says the attorney. Weezy asks someone else in the room, and is told the man's name is Pete Ross. "Pete Ross? That's a stupid-ass question," says Wayne.
As the interview continues, Weezy is asked what he remembers about a series of events related to the documentary -- and he claims to recall pretty much nothing. It goes a little like this: Question: "Who did you tell about the documentary?" Answer: "I just told the people that handle those situations for me." Question: "Who are those people?" Answer: "Sorry I can't recall the names." Question: "Who would have been the people you would have likely told?" Answer: "The first person I would have likely told would have been God, because I tell him everything." Question: "Who's that?" Answer: "God. G-O-D?" Question: "God? As in …" Answer: "The man upstairs." Oy, it's gonna be a long lawsuit … (TMZ)
