Petite, 110-pound Karina Smirnoff is a professional dancer, so of course she's in immaculate shape. But what does she do to stay svelte? She tells Life & Style magazine that she usually eats egg whites with spinach and tomato for breakfast, fruit for lunch, and salad and fish for dinner.
“Listen to your body,” she says. “There are foods that your system will digest easily and others it will struggle with. Of course, fruits and veggies are always good.”
