Make up your darn minds, Jesse James and Kat Von D. For the second time in two months, the dysfunctional, tatted-up twosome has called off their engagement and stuck a fork in their romance.
"I am not in a relationship," Von D, 29, declared in a Facebook post on Friday, a little more than a month after reconciling with James, 43, following their July split. "And I apologize for all the 'back and forth' if it's caused any confusion."

Plus, there was the ongoing geographical issue: Jesse moved to Texas with his kids after getting drop-kicked by Sandra Bullock over his wide-ranging two-timing, while Kat remains based in Los Angeles.
"Kat didn't really want to relocate to Austin from L.A.," explains the snitch, "and neither of them really had the commitment to make a long-distance relationship work."
James, who slipped a huge Neil Lane sparkler on Von D's ink-stained finger in January, about six months after they went public, cited "the distance between us" as a factor in their initial breakup.
Pointed out Kat in her Facebook post, "I am not in any way moving to Texas."
