Sometimes during particularly rough periods of contention, the always-dramatic Kardashians rely on outside help to mediate their issues. These therapy sessions are, of course, recorded and then edited to make them optimally entertaining. The cameras have followed Kourtney and her longtime boyfriend and baby daddy into couple's counseling sessions (does it count as couple's therapy if millions of people are also in the room, silently observing?) and larger sessions with more family members. A recent session, called by the women as an "intervention" for brother Rob, ended with the only male Kardashian sibling in tears after confessing, "All my mom obviously cares about is the three girls." Maybe what this family really needs are some one-on-one sessions -- without the camera crews!
