"I do all different kinds of workouts. I do hula hooping, yoga, restorative yoga, regular cardio, circuit training, but I mix it up because that keeps it fun. If you do the same thing every day, it becomes too monotonous and boring."
On her diet:
"I've gotten to the point where I'm where I want to be. I know how to maintain, but I never thought I'd be the girl who was like, 'Oh, I'm going to go for some sliced carrots and hummus.' That was never me. It was a bag of chips and out the door. That's not what I'm inclined to eat now. It's weird that I'd rather eat the healthier thing, but I like it more now. My favorite quick lunch is the chopped salad from La Scala."
