Kendall Jenner took her first big plunge into the fashion world on Thursday when she had her brows bleached, then donned a brown bob wig, jodhpur-inspired fall pants and, most notably, a sheer brown top -- with nothing underneath -- for her walk down the runway at Marc Jacobs' New York Fashion Week show.
"My baby sister killed it today walking in the Marc Jacobs fashion show!!! Kenny you are so dope to me!!! Congrats my baby!!! #NYFW#MarcJacobs#ProudSis," gushed Jenner's enthusiastic big sister, Khloe Kardashian, on Twitter after the Lexington Avenue Armory event.
But the breast-revealing look was less dope to some of Khloe's fellow tweeters. Commenters quickly began complaining that Jenner, 18, had taken things too far with in the skin-baring department. And almost instantly, Khloe stood up for her half-sister.
"She's too dope for you 2 understand! Yall would trade places with her in a second! The hate is real! Lol bye haters! #ModelLife #Simple," Khloe tweeted, adding, "Oops I keep forgetting I'm supposed to be on my 'don't sweat the small stuff' ish.... But I just can't pass up a good rant #SorryNotSorry."
Khloe also took individual commenters to task, writing, "Its a fashion show. She doesn't choose!" in response to the post, "were not hating Khol she needs to cover up she dnt need to dress like that."
When another user posted, "@khloekardashian snapping on y'all. She doesn't play about her sister," Khloe replied, Never have! And never will!"
Kendall, meanwhile, was giddy in an interview with "Into the Gloss" shortly before the show, telling a reporter, "The New York fashion scene is crazy, madness, but I love the energy. By the end of the Marc Jacobs event, HuffPo noticed that Kendall had earned herself a pile of new stylista Twitter followers.
