While attending the NBA All-Star Game with
Meghan Markle, the couple ran into
Kevin Durant's mother,
Wanda Durant. In a video via
The Mirror, the Duke of Sussex was seen removing his baseball cap before hugging the matriarch.

Social media users gushed over
Prince Harry's respectable move. "Harry is such a gentleman. Taking his hat off to embrace Kevin's mother. His mother
[Princess Diana] would be so proud," one person wrote on X.
"Respect. Love how Harry took off his hat before addressing her," a second said.
"Such a beautiful sight, H [Harry] just warms my heart," a third chimed in.
"He tipped his hat," a fourth noted.

In the past,
Prince Harry has spoken about how important it is to carry on the lessons Princess Diana taught him. "I certainly hope and believe everything I do makes her proud," the Duke of Sussex said in a 2022 interview with
People. "In the 12 short years I was lucky enough to have with her, I saw and felt the energy and lift she got from helping others, no matter their background, ailment, or status. Her life and theirs was better for it, however short theirs or hers was. I honor my mother in everything I do. I am my mother's son."

Meghan Markle and
Prince Harry got the public talking about how affectionate they were during the basketball game. However, the PDA may not have been as genuine as it seemed. "Meghan's body language poses do look performative here, which means that she appears focused on showing off her relationship with Harry to the world with high levels of pride rather than just relaxing using the odd more intimate snuggle or glance to him that might make this look less effortful," body language expert
Judi James told
Daily Express.

Meghan Markle's authenticity has previously been questioned before when she was accused of copying Princess Diana. "Meghan wants these comparisons to be made," internet fashion expert
Rebecca Uesugi told
Daily Express. "Meghan seems to take it to a much different level. From her mirrored body language to certain color combinations or choice in accessories."
