"[Prince] Harry's various royal revelations over the past five years, since he quit royal life, have pushed the brothers further and further apart, with some believing that all hope of them mending their relationship is now lost,"
Jasmine Carey wrote in an opinion piece for the
Daily Express.

"As sad as this is for them, it is also deeply upsetting for their father,
King Charles III, who, as monarch, could really have done without any family rifts," Jasmine Carey continued.
Prince Harry spent time with Charles during his recent trip to the U.K., but he has yet to reunite with
Prince William.

Jasmine Carey noted that
Prince Harry and
Prince William could "reunite for their father's sake," though she feels that's unlikely. "I do not think this is the biggest reason why the royal siblings should solve their issues once and for all," she said.

Jasmine Carey thinks the siblings will settle their feud for a different reason. "I think [Prince] Harry and [Prince] William should try and reunite for one reason — their children," she said. "Both William and Harry are doting dads, with William being a father to Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7, while across the pond, Harry is loving life as a dad to Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4."

"Although both [Prince] William's and [Prince] Harry's children are unlikely to know the ins and outs of the rift between the two brothers, it will no doubt impact them, especially in the future," Jasmine Carey concluded.
