In an interview with Variety, Pratt revealed how much he earned from TikTok after turning to the app to try and make a living.
"I made, like, $4,000 on TikTok this week, but on TikTok Live, where people can just give to me direct, I think maybe $20,000," he admitted. "So that's phenomenal, and life-changing."
"That's the power of individual supporters, people just backing you and getting behind you," Pratt exclaimed. "And that's the most powerful when you don't have to rely on ads or AI and algorithms when just actual human beings just want to give. It's unbelievable and incredible."
Along with a spike in engagement, Montag's album streams and sales greatly increased 15 years after its release due to followers rushing to listen to her projects.
"It's just the weirdest, craziest time," Pratt admitted, as his wife's music continues to trend on social media. "When everything was going on, I saw an email pop up that the album was going live, and I was like, 'Oh, my God.' I just made a TikTok reminding people to stream. I was looking for anything income-wise."
"I have no idea how much money [the music has made]," the dad-of-two shared. "I don't know if it comes in checks or when, but everybody keeps telling me, don't expect any money. I'm more excited about the energy and opportunities that come from it. I don't think these streams and all these charts [make money]."
In an emotional television appearance, Montag shared that she rushed out of the property once given an evacuation notice.
"Spencer was like, 'Grab anything you want to keep,' and I was like how do you chose?" Heidi tearfully said on Good Morning America on Wednesday, January 15. "My brain actually stopped working because I was so overwhelmed with things you actually can't replace. So, I grabbed my kids' teddy bears."
"It's a place that you love," she continued. "That you lived. That's a refuge from the world and to have that be gone is a really difficult concept to continue to daily deal with."

Pratt and Montag grew in popularity during the early aughts, as the pair starred in The Hills. Since the show ended in 2010, the couple has been "hustling" in Hollywood to build a sustainable life for themselves.
"We were house poor as they call it," Montag explained. "We have a house and everything else is a hustle is a grind."
"So, we're definitely counting every dollar that we make. It's like we're working really hard," she noted. "We take one trip a year."
