Larsa, who split from hubby Scottie Pippen in 2016, only to reunite then call things off again in 2018, has fessed up to getting her nose, lips and boobs done. Many suspect she's had butt implants too, though she's claimed her body has just changed from gaining 40 pounds and working out.

The beauty has changed up her style since joining the show in season 2 in 2009 and has also gone under the knife. But in true Kandi fashion, she's always honest about it, opening up in 2021 on her YouTube channel about exactly what she's had done: liposuction, a tummy tuck, breast implants and, most recently in 2021, a breast reduction. After Andy Cohen point-blank asked Gretchen if she'd had a nose job, she denied it and claimed it was just makeup, explaining, "My makeup artist has been doing some shading on my nose. It makes it look so much thinner, which is what I'd want it to do if I went and got a nose job."
