Jennifer Aydin is seen on the left on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" in 2019 — the same year her plastic surgeon husband, Dr. Bill Aydin, gave her a breast reduction and lift and performed liposuction. She's seen in the center in October 2021 — five months after she had a nose job and a chin implant inserted while going under the knife in Turkey. She liked her nose at first but later changed her mind. After a castmate called her rhinoplasty "terrible" in an episode that aired in February 2022, Jennifer took to Instagram to admit her own true feelings. "I was not happy with my nose job either. When you get plastic surgery, even though you know it's a risk, you assume that you're going to be happy with the results, which I wasn't," she wrote, adding that though the nose job has "since settled in nicely … I do regret it." She added, "What can I do? I just have to make the best of it and keep pushing forward … I'm officially done with surgeries!"
But she ultimately decided her chin surgery was a mistake she needed to correct. "If two out of my three siblings have chin implants and then two doctors are telling me I need a chin implant, I think I'm going to get a chin implant," she told Page Six. "But you know what? I don't think I needed a chin implant." She had it removed in January 2022 — her post-op bandage can be seen in the photo on the right.
On a February 2023 episode of "RHONJ," Jennifer's 9-year-old daughter Olivia made a savage remark about the reality star's rhinoplasty, saying she was afraid to fall while riding her bike because she didn't want to "risk my beautiful nose that's actually natural," which left Jennifer looking stunned and insulted, The Sun reported.

In December 2022, "Vanderpump Rules" star Lala Kent posted a video of herself on her Instagram Story after she had a procedure done on her face. "Today was the last day of work, I have down time (this procedure doesn't have much anyway), so I got PRF — Micro-needling. They draw your blood, separate the platelets, then put the platelets on your skin and micro-needle it in," she explained in a caption. "The reasoning: helps with scarring, skin texture, plumping, the list of benefits goes on. I haven't done this since before the pandemic. I also had them inject remaining platelets under my eyes. "Vanderpump Rules" star Lala Kent had surgery in June 2022 and debuted the results of her breast augmentation a month later in a red, white and blue bikini top in a selfie shared by co-star Scheana Shay. "I've wanted them redone for a while, and then when I was pregnant [with my daughter Ocean Emmett, who was born in 2021], oh my gosh, they were so huge and amazing!" Lala told the "Behind the Velvet Rope" podcast. "Other moms told me, 'That baby's gonna suck the life outta them.'" Lala said that while she thought her post-baby chest was "cute," things "[sat] a little differently" post-partum and post-breastfeeding. "I'm just ready to get them up there, maybe a little bigger. "Let's get reeeeel for a sec. I post what I want ya'll to see. On Jan. 25, 2023, Bristol Palin took to her Instagram Story to share a photo of herself in a compression bra dotted with surgical drains following what she revealed was her ninth breast reconstruction surgery the previous night. "Yes, NINTH. All stemming from a botched breast reduction I had when I was 19," Bristol wrote atop the image. "I've had previous surgeries trying to correct the initial damage of muscle tissue and terrible sca[r]ring. The whole situation has honestly made me very self conscious my entire adult life." Bethenny Frankel started having Botox injections in her jaw in 2013, which made her look totally "different," she told DailyMail.com in 2016 (the year she's pictured here). "You can see that my jaw has completely changed" to look noticeably relaxed, she said. The former Bravo star explained that she started having the injections on the advice of her doctor because she'd been grinding her teeth since her 20s, which had turned her jaw into what she described as a closed fist. "I know. It's a scary photo. In April I had a reaction to under eye filler. Super swollen and it wouldn't go down with time," she captioned the pic on the left. The selfie on the right shows what it looked like after she undid it: "After dissolving with hyaluronidase and ultra sound frequency treatments to remove all the filler. "Been super exhausted lately so on a kick to get back into my body. I've had some unexplained health stuff for years and now I'm considering the thought that this could be Breast implant related. Does anyone else have any experience with this subject? I'm curious on all the ladies take on this," she wrote on Dec. 17, adding, "Some of my issues include: Inflammation, autoimmune issues (Hashimoto's disease, PCOS, Raynaud's syndrome), unexplained skin rashes, joint and muscle pain, dry eyes, GI issues, SIBO, acid reflux, brain fog, hormone imbalances, swollen lymph nodes and adrenal fatigue. "I narrowed [the bridge of her nose], I made the tip more delicate and I brought the angle up a little," he said. Though Meghan is happy with her nose now, she admitted she was horrified at first. "When he took off that bandage [after a week], my nose was wider than it was originally," she said, noting that after a few hours, the swelling went down significantly.
