Kate Middleton may have to hire a lawyer thanks to
Prince Harry.
When the Duke of Sussex and six other notable names brought a
lawsuit against a British tabloid for allegedly violating their privacy, Harry's attorneys claimed the Prince and Princess of Wales were also targets.

According to legal
documents,
Prince Harry,
Elton John, actress
Sadie Frost and other famous individuals sued the publisher of the U.K. outlet in London's High Court over alleged privacy breaches.
The company that owns the tabloid denied any wrongdoing and stated that the celebrities' "lurid" claims are preposterous.

Although
Prince William and Kate Middleton were not part of the lawsuit,
Prince Harry and his fellow claimants' legal team alleged that the outlet also violated the couple's privacy.
According to the court filings, the attorneys claimed that details regarding the future King of England's 21st birthday party in 2003 were obtained through "blagging," meaning they obtained confidential information about him through deception. They also alleged the former Duchess of Cambridge was followed by a private investigator.
A trial will take place in 2026.

Prince Harry has sued the same British outlet multiple times before. The military veteran filed two lawsuits against the same company for libel, winning one case and withdrawing the other.
Meghan Markle also took legal action against the publisher over privacy and won.
