The Prince of Wales and King Charles III's gathering was kept under wraps, but the father and son duo often spend time alone together at Balmoral.

Balmoral has long been a haven for the royal family, as
Prince William previously visited the estate with extended members of the family.
The Prince of Wales' time in Balmoral marks his second trip this summer.

King Charles III also spent time with his youngest son,
Prince Harry, when he jetted over from the U.S.
After meeting with Charles, the duke told
The Guardian, "The focus really has to be on my dad."

Prince Harry previously shared that losing his security privileges makes it difficult for
Princess Lilibet and
Prince Archie to visit the U.K., but it sounds like he's more open to letting the tots see their family members in the future.
"This week has definitely brought that closer," he said.
