Glaser left no stone unturned at the Hollywood awards show, hitting out at movie studios, movie stars, the media, government agencies and more. But it was one joke in particular that made the audience gasp and laugh all at once: Glaser's reaction to the Epstein files debacle, as transcribed by BBC News.
"I cannot believe the amount of star power we have in this room tonight. It's insane," the host said. "There are so many A-listers, and by A-listers I do mean people who are on a list that has been heavily redacted."
And if that wasn't enough, Glaser then put the nail in the coffin with this line: "And the Golden Globe for best editing goes to the Justice Department."

The comedian was referring to the Epstein files, which the DOJ released in December 2025. Although they were legally bound to release everything they had on the late felon, they only released part of it, according to BBC News. Within the material that was released, many details were heavily redacted — a move that critics argue violates the legislation that compelled the DOJ to disclose the files. With that said, several famous faces appeared in the redacted files: those of Bill Clinton, Diana Ross, Chris Tucker, Michael Jackson and Mick Jagger.
Meanwhile, many other A-listers have been tied to Jeffrey Epstein — including President Donald Trump.
Others who were in contact with Epstein in some way include Les Wexner, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, Kevin Spacey, Alec Baldwin, Andrew Cuomo, Naomi Campbell, Courtney Love, Ralph Fiennes, Dustin Hoffman, Ivana Trump and Ivanka Trump, as reported by The Guardian and the New York Post.
In her monologue, Nikki also took aim at Leonardo DiCaprio's famously much younger girlfriends, Kevin Hart's height, The Rock's intellect, Timothée Chalamet's lanky frame, Martin Short and Steve Martin's bank balances, and more.
At the Globes, the following movies swept up the most awards: Hamnet, One Battle After Another and Sinners. In the TV categories, The Pitt, The Studio, and Adolescence won the most.
