The ugliest story of the past week came from the world of reality TV. One week into filming "Bachelor in Paradise," the show was suspended due to an allegation of sexual misconduct and all cast members were sent home from Mexico. Reports quickly surfaced that the two cast members involved were Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson. Multiple reports claimed that DeMario and Corinne were inebriated and fooling around in a swimming pool, but the production studio is now investigating whether Corinne may have been too drunk to consent. She has lawyered up, and on June 14 she released a statement in which she said she is a "victim" and is seeking therapy. DeMario, meanwhile, told a friend on June 13 that video will vindicate him. Corinne, a source told E! on June 16, is "crying every day" and has trouble eating and sleeping right now.

Deadlocked jury
Jurors in the Bill Cosby sexual assault trial are having a hard time coming up with a verdict — in fact, they're not. After more than 30 hours of deliberation, jurors said they were deadlocked on June 15 and "cannot come to a unanimous consensus on any of the counts." The defense asked for a mistrial, but the judge refused to grant one and told the jury to keep talking it out to try to reach a "guilty" or "not guilty" verdict. The legendary funnyman (whose reputation is all but shot) is charged with three counts of aggravated indecent assault.
