Rudy Giuliani has dealt with many people from all walks of life, but he may have met his match in Borat. The man once dubbed "America's Mayor" was caught on camera in a compromising position in the new movie sequel "Borat Subsequent Moviefilm: Delivery of Prodigious Bribe to American Regime for Make Benefit Once Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan," which hit Amazon Prime Video on Oct. 23, 2020. Making headlines is a scene in which Rudy — President Donald Trump's personal lawyer — is seen talking to the actress playing Borat's daughter while she posed as a TV journalist. Following the faux interview, Rudy and the actress retreated to a hotel bedroom rigged with concealed cameras. Video shows Rudy touching her, lying back on the bed, fiddling with his untucked shirt and reaching into his pants. The former New York City mayor has denied anything salacious happened — he claims he was simply reclined to tuck in his shirt — but others aren't buying it. Hollywood, for instance, was quick to mock Rudy. Tweeted pop star Demi Lovato, "So you normally drink with reporters, follow them to the bedroom and then lie on the bed and let her take off your mic for you? I guess I've been doin my interviews all wrong…" Keep reading to see how others reacted…

"Why did you go into a bedroom at the suggestion of a young woman to have cocktails to take off a mic? I take off a mic every night. Never once have I reclined on a king-sized bed and then launched a fact-finding mission to my own groin." —Stephen Colbert
"I've seen #Borat2 around six times over the last few months, and I can't wait to watch it a seventh. It's crazy and wonderful and couldn't be more timely. It also has a few of the funniest scenes I've ever seen in a movie. I'm excited for you to see it." –Seth Rogen

"I would say that if the president's lawyer found what he did there appropriate behavior then heaven knows what he's doing with other female journalists in hotel rooms. I just urge everyone to watch the movie — it is what it is, he did what he did — and make your own mind up. It was pretty clear to us." —Sacha Baron Cohen, during an interview on "Good Morning America"
"Well, looks like the cat's out of the pants. Having seen #Borat2 I can now safely tell you #RudyGiuliani is over in a very big way. It's worse than you think and more uncomfortable than anything I've seen in a recent film, documentary or otherwise." –Josh Gad

"At some point you will hear 'Rudy knew all about Borat so he decided to play along with the joke! He was obviously joking! He was doing a character! Oh it's okay for Sacha Baron Cohen to do it but Rudy can't?'" Andy Richter tweeted. "Let's not forget that lying down on a bed in a room, in which the only other person is a 15 year old female, if only to DEEPLY tuck in your shirt is still TOTALLY [EXPLETIVE] WRONG AND INAPPROPRIATE."
