The "Ima Boss" artist shared a photo alongside his message of the former radio host sitting by herself while looking out the window.
"This been going on for a minute. I lived in the same building as her in 2023," Mill wrote. "I used to think to myself like, 'Why is Wendy Williams sitting in the lobby iced out alone in a daze?' And it don't look right when she getting picked up on god!"

In November 2024, Williams' guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, claimed she had "become cognitively impaired and permanently incapacitated" due to her dementia battle.

The Wendy Williams Show host's diagnosis was revealed to the public in February 2024.
"In 2023, after undergoing a battery of medical tests, Wendy was officially diagnosed with primary progressive aphasia and frontotemporal dementia (FTD)," her team said in a statement. "Aphasia, a condition affecting language and communication abilities and frontotemporal dementia, a progressive disorder impacting behavior and cognitive functions, have already presented significant hurdles in Wendy's life."
Though Williams said she is all there, her guardian wants her to undergo a new medical evaluation in light of the recent claims.
