Former senior official Miles Taylor wrote a tell-all book about his time working with Donald Trump titled A Warning.Taylor also helped create the Republican Political Alliance for Integrity and Reform group (REPAIR), which was endorsed by Joe Biden.

Donald Trump's accusations against Miles Taylor are well documented on the official White House website."Miles Taylor was entrusted with the solemn responsibility of Federal service, but instead prioritized his own ambition, personal notoriety, and monetary gain over fidelity to his constitutional oath," a memo reads.
"While serving as an administrative staff assistant at the Department of Homeland Security, Taylor stoked dissension by manufacturing sensationalist reports on the existence of a supposed 'resistance' within the Federal Government that 'vowed' to undermine and render ineffective a sitting President," it continues.

Donald Trump took issue with Miles Taylor's decision to share details in his book."He illegally published classified conversations to sell his book under the pseudonym 'Anonymous,' which is full of falsehoods and fabricated stories," the president claimed.
"In so doing, Taylor abandoned his sacred oath and commitment to public service by disclosing sensitive information obtained through unauthorized methods and betrayed the confidence of those with whom he served," Trump continued.

Along with Miles Taylor, Trump is also taking action against Christopher Krebs, who previously worked as Trump's election security director.

During his first administration, Donald Trump fired Christopher Krebs on X."The recent statement by Chris Krebs on the security of the 2020 Election was highly inaccurate, in that there were massive improprieties and fraud — including dead people voting, Poll Watchers not allowed into polling locations, 'glitches' in the voting machines which changed," Trump falsely claimed in November of 2020 after losing the presidential election.
