On the Oct. 17 episode of "Today," Chip got real, explaining, "Look, I'll give [the rumors of fears for our marriage] a little credence. For us, the most important thing in the world is Jo and I's relationship, followed very quickly by these four beautiful kids [of ours]. We didn't want to push it, to redline it for so long that we woke up and realized we are at a point of no return. We wanted to take a step back and focus on what is absolutely the most important thing to us." The HGTV stars seem to understand that fans wanted them to stay on TV forever, saying, "We've kind of all grown together. With the audience, they've come alongside with us. Even though it was sad, they get it. We have this young, growing family and I just think that was one of the biggest reasons why we wanted to end the show." Chip finished off the interview by reiterating that the couple loved the show and have not ruled out returning in the future, but just think family time is the most important thing right now. "But Harry can't move to Toronto, so she'll have to move [to London] eventually if they want to be together… Meghan knows she can't really act at the same time as being a princess and is happy to make this career sacrifice. She really enjoys her charity work with UNICEF and will broaden out her charity commitments when she becomes a full-time royal." Adding to the engagement drumbeats?
