Max Ehrich, was arrested on domestic violence charges in Florida on October 8 after he allegedly assaulted his mother during an altercation over her phone. The singer-actor, who was engaged to the former child star for
two months in 2020, appeared to be abusing nitrous oxide during the incident, which he partially live-streamed on Instagram. A recording of the stream shows the onetime

appears to shove his mom, who then cowers away from him. The 34-year-old was released from jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Haley Joel Osment was arrested for public intoxication and possession of an unidentified controlled substance (later determined to be cocaine) in Mammoth Lakes, Calif., on April 8. About a week later, the
New York Post published a video of the former child star appearing belligerent and struggling to stand as an officer — whom he called both a "Nazi" and an antisemitic slur — loaded him into the back of a cop car in broad daylight outside a ski resort. "I was decent to you, and you are a f****** k***," he said. (Osment later released a statement apologizing for his "disgraceful language in the throes of a blackout.") It wasn't the "Sixth Sense" star's first time posing for a mug shot: Back in 2006 — when he was just 18 — he was charged with misdemeanor drunk driving after crashing his car into a brick pillar.

Model-actor William Levy — who made it to the finals on Season 14 of Dancing With the Stars in 2012 — was arrested for disorderly intoxication and trespassing following an incident at a high-end Florida restaurant on Monday, April 14. He was taken into custody and booked at the Broward County Main Jail in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and released the following day after paying a $500 bond.
The Telenovela star told reporters outside the jail following his release, "I was having a drink with one of my friends … and they started arguing with another guy and I got in front him to try to deescalate the situation."

Myrtle Beach Police arrested
Zachery Ty Bryan on charges of second-degree domestic violence on January 1 after the
Home Improvement star assaulted off-and-on love
Johnnie Faye Cartwright at the home they share.
A police report notes that Cartwright "stated that she was assaulted" by Bryan and that the two "live together and have children in common."
Cartwright claimed the actor "choked her and punched her in the face multiple times" and that "others" were "inside the home during the incident."
In February, Bryan pleaded guilty to the domestic violence charges and was sentenced to probation.
It was the third time he was arrested on domestic violence charges and his third arrest in about a year following two DUI arrests in 2024.

Ugly Betty star
Eric Mabius was arrested for battery and resisting arrest after fighting two women at an Irish-themed bar in Fernandina Beach, Fla., on February 20.
According to a police report reviewed by
People, Mabius was "extremely intoxicated and kept trying to yell at everyone" before knocking two women to the ground. A witness told police that he "got on top" of one woman, "pulling her hair" and "ripping a handful … from her scalp" until other patrons separated them.
He reportedly became "more belligerent" when police arrived and refused to follow their "simple commands," prompting them to arrest him.
He later pleaded not guilty.

Lindsay Lohan's father, Michael Lohan, was booked at the Palm Beach County Jail in Palm Beach, Florida, on March 16 after he violated his probation by getting arrested in Texas the previous month.
The former reality star — who's been on probation in the Sunshine State since 2022 when he was convicted of patient brokering at a rehab facility — was arrested in Harris County, Texas, in February 2025 on charges of continuous violence against the family after he allegedly went to the home where his estranged wife, Kate Major, lives with their two sons and assaulted the former tabloid journalist. His lawyer insisted to TMZ that he "did not violate probation" and that it was actually Major who assaulted him.

Michael Jordan's son
Marcus Jordan — who appeared on Season 2 of
The Traitors in 2024 — was arrested and charged with DUI with property damage, resisting an officer without violence and cocaine possession in
Maitland, Fla., on February 4 after he got his Lamborghini stuck on train tracks following a night of hard partying. (Tests
later clarified that the substance in his possession was Ketamine, resulting in an update to the charges against him.)

On January 2, Olympic runner Fred Kerley was arrested in Miami Beach, Fla., and charged with disorderly conduct, battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer without violence. According to reports, the trouble started when Kerley approached an active police investigation while attempting to locate his car, which was parked nearby. An argument broke out when officers told him to go around, prompting a shoving match that ended with police tasing the sprinter. He later pleaded not guilty.
