Travis conspired with Kardashian family florist Jeff Leatham, who set up thousands of red roses on the sand in the shape of a giant heart. "They had just got back from NYC [where Travis performed on 'Saturday Night Live'] and decided to do a day trip to Montecito. Entertainer Frankie Grande popped the question to his boyfriend of two years, Hale Leon, on June 8, the couple told People magazine.
