Johnny Depp slams lawsuit claims he has 'pyschological issues'
Welcome to round ten million of Johnny Depp's ongoing legal battle with his former business managers at TMG. According to the Daily Mail, Johnny is asking a judge to strike 100 paragraphs from a response filing by TMG that the actors' lawyers say is "irrelevant and improper … inflammatory material" meant as a "vicious attack" of Johnny's character rather than a valid legal response. Among the elements Johnny wants stricken from the filing are allegations he has "psychological issues, "a "compulsive spending disorder" and that he's a habitual liar. Johnny filed the $25 million suit against TMG's Joel and Robert Mandel in January, accusing them of financial fraud and negligence and alleging they loaned his money without his permission. In a countersuit, the Mandels claimed Johnny maintains a financially irresponsible lifestyle that led directly to his money problems. Earlier this month, a judge tossed the part of the Mandels' suit tied to the actor's personal spending habits.
Charlize Theron clears up Gabriel Aubry dating rumors
A picture says a thousand words — and if a famous woman and man are in said picture, one of those words is probably "dating." Charlize Theron learned that lesson last month when she and Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry were photographed together at the Santa Monica Pier, sparking romance rumors. On the Sunday, July 23 edition of "Watch What Happens Live," Andy Cohen asked if there was any truth to the buzz about the pair's alleged relationship. "No! No. I've never met him," the "Atomic Blonde" star said (via Us Weekly). "I met him for like three seconds, like, passing I was just like, 'Hi!' because our kids go to the same school." Turns out she'd prefer not to date another celeb, anyway. "I really hope to meet somebody out of this f—-ing business," she admitted. "It's hard though, it's tough." Later in the show, the conversation turned to Charlize's "Atomic Blonde" character's sexuality after a caller wondered why Lorraine Broughton was bisexual. "Why not?" Charlize asked. "I mean, it's just so strange when we talk so much about it. It should be normalized by now. It's something that I feel is not represented enough in cinema, and I feel like when you make movies, if you're going to hold that mirror up and reflect society, then you should reflect society." Andy followed up with his go-to "lady pond" question and Charlize revealed that while she has been with a woman before, she prefers men. "When I was young, yes!" she said. "I feel like when you're young, you're just kind of exploring it all, but it was pretty clear that I really like dudes."

Justin Bieber linked to model Audreyana Michelle
Is Justin Bieber dating someone new? The singer stepped out for a hike on Sunday, July 23, with model Audreyana Michelle at his side. The pair appeared to skip any hand-holding or snuggling during their stroll, but that didn't stop fans from asking who his pretty pal is after the Biebs posted a photo from the hike on his Instagram. (They weren't graced with an answer or explanation.) Back in January, Justin hit the Peppermint Club in Los Angeles with his rumored former friend-with-benefits Kourtney Kardashian, though he's kept his love life mostly under wraps in recent months. Audreyana, meanwhile, tweeted last week about being "so in love" — without identifying the object of her affection.

Scott Disick backpedals on 'sex addict' label
Earlier this year on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Scott Disick told Kim Kardashian West he's "a sex addict." Now, he's changing his tune. "I would say I think it's a little rude that everybody keeps addressing me as a sex addict," Scott told E! News over the weekend. "I just like sex, but I'm not a sex addict. I said that in a humorous, joking fashion on the show and now I'm getting billed as one, and it's not the case. I do like sex, but I am not an addict." Asked if there's anyone special in his life these days, he said he has "no girlfriends or anything like that," including Bella Thorne, whom he reportedly made out with during the Cannes Film Festival. "We have nothing to do with each other romantically," he assured E! As for his ex, Kourtney Kardashian, Scott said the two have a good relationship has parents, despite reports to the contrary. "That's never been a question. I feel like sometimes the outside perspective thinks that maybe we are not on good terms, but we are," he said. "We stay strong for our three children, and that's pretty much all we can do."
'Morning Joe' staff irritated with Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski's couples travel
Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski's romance is apparently making work on "Morning Joe" a serious pain for the show's production team, which is tasked with making it look like Joe is in the New York studio while Mika reports from the road. In fact, they're currently in London together on "family business," according to the New York Post. "Joe and Mika are away together again," griped a source, vaguely referencing the couple's recent trips to the South of France and Nantucket, Mass. "'Morning Joe' is being produced as if they're in two different locations. They are not! They are together — they are always together," said the insider. Mika and Joe are reportedly working from a studio in London, courtesy of staffers who have been sent to the UK. "It's very difficult working on a show where the two stars are in a relationship," said the source. The co-hosts got engaged in France earlier this year.

Bindi Irwin's boyfriend started her birthday celebration a day early over the weekend. Thinking about his girlfriend of two-plus years on Sunday, July 23, he jumped on Instagram to share a moving message about his love for her. "Happy Birthday for tomorrow to the kindest, strongest, most beautiful soul I have ever met," he wrote. "We have been together for years now and loving you will always be the greatest blessing. Every day I aspire to be more like you in the way you work tirelessly for what you believe in and the people you love most, all while carrying the most gorgeous smile. After all the adventures we have experienced together, I can only imagine what the years to come will hold. You make me smile bigger than I ever knew was possible and give me the most amazing memories that I will carry with me forever. I love you. Happy birthday sweetheart ❤." In the early hours of Bindi's birthday on Monday, July 24, Chandler shared another post about his lady. "You see her dancing on the TV, hand feeding crocodiles, running a zoo, and fighting for conservation all while spreading more love, light and happiness than anyone else," he wrote. "After all she works tirelessly for and dedicates herself to, all she asks for in return is a good book, a warm cup of tea and lots of hugs. If that isn't perfection I don't know what is. Happy birthday❤."
Anna Faris' son attends 'The Emoji Movie' as his mom's date
Cutest date ever? Anna Faris brought her 4-year-old son Jack Pratt along to the Los Angeles premiere of "The Emoji Movie" at the Regency Village Theater on Sunday, July 23, and he couldn't have looked happier to be there. The adorable, sunglasses-clad tot, whose dad is actor Chris Pratt, mugged for cameras alongside his mom, showing off a peace sign and pointing at photographers. "He's a total ham," Anna told HuffPost Live last year. "I get a kick out of him."
Jada Pinkett Smith told Willow to sneak out and see 'Girls Trip'
Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith's kids were probably bound to end up in showbiz like their parents, according to Jada. On the British show "Lorraine" this week, the "Girls Trip" star explained that 19-year-old Jaden Smith and 16-year-old Willow Smith were "always been immersed in the arts" growing up, making their acting and singing careers kind of inevitable. "They were always on tour with me or on sets with Will," Jada said (via the Daily Mail). "I don't imagine they would have known to do something else." That said, Willow's interest in the arts doesn't get her a free pass to check out R-rated movies like "Girls Trip," which Jada shot last year in New Orleans. When the film came out, Jada recalled, "Willow wanted to go with me and I told her she has to do what I used to. When I was 16 and wanted to see inappropriate movie I had to sneak around. Told her she should do the same!"
'Game of Thrones' star John Bradley jokes about Kit Harington's annoyingly perfect looks
At some point, Kit Harrington needs to back off the Perfect Human Specimen a little bit and leave room for his co-stars to at least be vaguely cute. That was the gist of John Bradley's answer when Conan O'Brien asked if Kit is as good-looking in person as he appears to be on "Game of Thrones" during a Comic-Con panel. "Seeing him onscreen is nice enough it's nothing at all compared to what I'm going to call 'the live experience,'" John joked (via Vulture). "It's a bit like only seeing the 'Mona Lisa' as a jpeg on somebody's phone. Somebody says what do you think of that and you say, 'Yeah, it's a pretty good painting. I'm not blown away by it.' You see [him] in real life and you're like, 'Good lord.' But the thing about him that's absolutely frustrating is he's got absolutely no compromise," he continued. "There's a selfie of us on my Instagram where we're both kinda leanin' in and I'm doing puppy dog [face] because kid of all I've got right? So I'm doing puppy dog … and I look at him and he's doing puppy dog as well! I'm like, 'Don't do puppy dog as well.' I wouldn't do puppy dog if I had those abs. Stay away from my schtick. You can't have abs and puppy dog. You gotta choose …" By the time the actor started listing Kit's annoyingly perfect qualities ( "he's right in between good-looking, vulnerable, smart, talented …"), Conan pointed out, "You seem bitter about this" as the audience laughed. "No," John said. "I just wish he'd leave me with one thing." Sorry, Jon Snow. Puppy dog belongs to Samwell.
Rachel Lindsay didn't get intimate with everyone in 'Bachelorette' Fantasy Suites
What happens in "The Bachelorette" Fantasy Suites stays in "The Bachelorette" Fantasy Suites." What doesn't happen, however, is apparently fair game for Rachel Lindsay to talk about. Speaking to ET last week, the reality star and lawyer stuck with what she'd previously told the outlet she probably wouldn't get intimate with all of her suitors in the suites. "I'm a woman of my word!" she declared. Asked to elaborate on who she did get intimate with, she told ET, "I just said, I didn't do it with everyone," before explaining how she approached that part of the show."Fantasy suites were huge for me," she said. "I walked in with a list of questions I had. You can't cover everything with the limited amount of time you have. It's the first time you have extended time with this person, for me, it's like, if I'm taking the next step, I have a list of questions. … I need to see if the person is the same off camera that they are on camera." In the end, she said she found her final three guys, Eric, Peter and Bryan, gave the same answers both onscreen and off.
