Shedding weight after a baby can be as difficult as giving birth, and there's more pressure than ever for famous moms to slip into their skinny jeans right after their children are born. Join us as we take a look back at how some famous mommies have transformed their bodies post-baby, starting with this first-time mom's journey …
Ozzy Osbourne's daughter, Kelly Osbourne, kept her pregnancy mainly under wraps, telling a fan on Instagram after she gave birth that she essentially "hid for nine months" because she "did not want to get fat shamed."
However, in late May 2022 — about a week after she announced on Instagram that she and her boyfriend, Slipknot rocker Sid Wilson, were expecting their first child together — the former reality star was snapped looking pretty in pink with her burgeoning bump on full display at a Los Angeles baby shower for brother Jack Osbourne's fourth daughter (and first with his fiancée, Aree Gearhart).
Kelly's first child, son Sidney, arrived later in 2022. (She hasn't specified when exactly she gave birth.) By the following summer, the "Beat Shazam" hostess had slimmed down to her pre-baby weight — and then some!

Kelly Osbourne, is that you?! The TV star looked practically unrecognizable (save for her signature lilac tresses) while out and about in Los Angeles in late August 2023.
After she welcomed her son, Sidney, in 2022, she revealed to People magazine that in her third trimester — after she experienced rapid weight gain during her pregnancy — she was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Once she realized she "wasn't eating right" and "cut the sugar out" from her diet, she actually "lost 10 pounds while pregnant."
She went on to say of her new sugar-free diet, "I wish I had this kind of incentive prior because I've never been able to stick to anything a hundred percent the way that I have been doing this because I'm not doing it for myself. I'm doing it for my baby. But I have learned — I can't even begin to tell you the changes that it's made."
It's not the first time Kelly has undergone a lifestyle change to help her lose weight: In 2012, she dropped about 70 pounds when she adopted a plant-based diet, and in 2020, she revealed that she lost 85 pounds after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery.
