Prince William and Kate Middleton's relocation is allegedly displacing people from their homes.As the royal couple prepares to move their family from their Adelaide Cottage to Forest Lodge, residents who live near the new property were apparently asked to leave to ensure security for the high-profile pair.

Prince William and Kate Middleton, along with their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, will be making the move to Forest Lodge later this year.In preparation, two families living in the cottages located near the eight-bedroom Windsor Great Park estate were asked to relocate to similar or better housing further away but still within the grounds. Despite the request, there were no eviction notices issued.
"Those houses are very close to the lodge, so they're not going to want any Tom, D*** or Harry living in those houses if there are going to be royals there," an insider claimed, adding the residents "were not expecting" to be booted out.

In 2022, Prince William and Kate Middleton moved into Adelaide Cottage on the Windsor royal estate. However, as the former Duke of Cornwall prepares to eventually take over for King Charles III, he and his spouse will be heading to Forest Lodge."The Wales family will move house later this year," Kensington Palace confirmed in a statement.
To ensure their privacy, shrubs and privacy screens are being added to the new property at the couple's expense.

"The kids can't go into the park and kick a football with friends. Their plan is to be there for the next ten to 15 years and then move to Anmer, which is so special to them."
