Seth Meyers shared on the Thanksgiving Day episode of his late night show after playing a video of sons Ashe, 6, and Axel, 3, dressed as turkeys — and kissing their new sister. "This is 10 weeks ago, my wife gave birth to a baby girl…" Seth added, later revealing that wife Alexi Ashe delivered her at home with the support of a midwife. Her name? It's another A: Adelaide, nicknamed Addie, in honor of the "Saturday Night Live" alum's maternal grandmother. "I'm so happy to have a girl. It was a dream come true to have a girl," Seth said while chatting with his guests for the night — his parents and brother — who humorously shared several stories about the late elder Adelaide, who sounds like quite the character. The couple quietly welcomed their second child — and second son — earlier in 2021, the actress confirmed in an interview with The New York Times that hit the internet on Sept. 10. In an interview with People magazine that hit the internet on Sept. 8, the very private Oscar-winning Swedish actress — who's been spotted carrying a baby and pushing a stroller around Europe for months — finally publicly confirmed that she and husband Michael Fassbender, the two-time Academy Award nominee she married in 2017, welcomed their first child together earlier this year. "I now have a whole new understanding of life in general," she said of motherhood. "That's pretty beautiful, and obviously will give a lot to any of my work in the future."

On March 26, Sweden welcomed a new royal baby: Prince Carl Philip's wife, Princess Sofia, gave birth to their third child at Danderyd Hospital in Stockholm. The newborn joins big brothers Prince Alexander, 4, and Prince Gabriel, 3. "We are so happy and grateful to be able to welcome our third son to our family. Princess Sofia and I, and his two big brothers, have all been longing for this day. And now we are looking forward to getting to know this new little member of our family," Carl Philip said in a statement shared by Sweden's Royal Court. A few days later, the couple shared their son's name: Prince Julian Herbert Folke, Duke of Halland.
