Wonderwall.com is taking a look back at the stars who found love, suffered heartbreak or experienced some other major event in their love lives in early February 2020, starting with one of our favorite pop stars… Page Six revealed on Feb. 2 that the mystery man whom Lady Gaga was seen smooching on New Year's Eve is Michael Polansky, a Harvard grad who manages Facebook co-founder Sean Parker's business and philanthropic endeavors, including his Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy. According to People magazine, they met through mutual friends. Page Six's sources, meanwhile, note that the pair have likely known each other for a while through Parker charity events and likely connected again at the tech entrepreneur's December birthday bash. Since then, things have moved quickly: Michael was seen with the superstar during her recent trip to Miami to headline a Super Bowl pre-party. First, they were caught on camera kissing on the balcony of her rented mansion. Later that night, he was photographed hanging out with her mom in a VIP area during her performance as part of AT&T TV Super Saturday Night. (Page Six has both sets of photos.) After the news broke, the Mother Monster made her new relationship Instagram official: "We had so much fun in Miami. Love to all my little monsters and fans, you're the best!" she captioned a photo of herself sitting in her new beau's lap while riding on a boat. Now keep reading for more of the week's biggest celeb love life updates…

Less than two weeks after announcing that she'd tied the knot for the fifth time, Pamela Anderson released a statement revealing that she and "A Star is Born" and "Batman" producer Jon Peters (pictured together in 1989) have already called it quits. "I have been moved by the warm reception to Jon and my union," she said. "We would be very grateful for your support as we take some time apart to reevaluate what we want from life and from one another. Life is a journey and love is a process. With that universal truth in mind, we have mutually decided to put off the formalization of our marriage certificate and put our faith in the process." According to The Hollywood Reporter, the duo had not yet filed the paperwork for a marriage certificate following their Jan. 20 nuptials.

TMZ reported on Feb. 4 that, according to Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott's friends, the former couple is giving off the impression that "a rekindling of their relationship is imminent." The duo were reportedly "giving off major signs of being more than just co-parents" during their daughter Stormi's second birthday party. The webloid writes that the pair "looked more like the romantic couple they used to be," "were pretty much inseparable" and "appeared to be into each other" during the Feb. 1 b-day bash. Although there was no PDA between the two, TMZ writes that friends believe something is going on between them. Meanwhile, during an interview for the cover of the March 2020 issue of Harper's Bazaar, which hit the Internet on Feb. 4, Kylie said that she and Travis "have such a great relationship" and are "like best friends." Added the makeup mogul, "We both love Stormi and want what's best for her. We stay connected and coordinated. I think about [my parents] in situations with Stormi, what they would do. They were very hands-on with me, and I want the same for Stormi."
A Jan. 28 promo for "The Dr. Oz Show" teased a possible engagement between Duane "Dog the Bounty Hunter" Chapman and his rumored girlfriend, Moon Angell. "Moon Angell, will you marry me?" he asks in the preview clip. But when the full episode aired on Feb. 3, it became clear that the question-popping was taken completely out of context. Here's what Duane, who called Moon his "dearest friend," really said: "I think this will put a stop to a lot of [the romance rumors]: Moon Angell will you marry me?" A shocked Moon then responded, "What? No. We're friends, Duane. I love you as a friend." Added the bounty hunter, "I know, but I want everyone else to know." Continued Moon, who was best friends with Duane's late wife, Beth Chapman, "I think he's an amazing human being, but I've known him before he was famous. To me, he will always be my best friend. I don't see myself thinking past that. … Beth was my best friend. Duane is my best friend. I'm not crossing that line."
On Feb. 3, Us Weekly confirmed the rumors that Sienna Miller and Lucas Zwirner are engaged. "They're so in love," said a source. "Her daughter [Marlowe] has a nice and close relationship with Lucas too. They're excited for this new chapter."
Ariana Grande and Mikey Foster sparked a fresh round of romance rumors after they were caught on camera walking arm-in-arm at Disneyland on Feb. 1. (It's worth noting that the photos also show the singer-actress walking arm-in-arm with a female friend.) Said an Us Weekly source, "They are dating and have been since [around] June." In September, Ariana's brother, Frankie Grande, said that she and the Social House singer-songwriter were "not in a relationship."
In still more wedding-date news… During an interview with "Extra" that popped up online on Jan. 31, Taraji P. Henson revealed that she and her fiancé, Kelvin Hayden, are no longer planning to tie the knot on April 4. "We were really going to do it [then], but my wedding planner was like, 'OK, in case it rains, we'll have umbrellas.' And I was like, 'You know what, never mind about April, let's move it later.'" She went on to say that she's "not gonna share" her new wedding date. "I am excited. I usually don't get excited until it's closer to me. It still seems so far off," she added.
G-Eazy and Megan Thee Stallion sparked romance rumors with their flirtatious behavior during Super Bowl weekend. First, they were caught on camera dirty dancing at a Feb. 1 Super Bowl pre-party. (See the video here.) The following evening, G took to his Instagram Story to share a PDA-packed video of himself and the Houston-born rapper cuddling on a couch with their legs entwined as he aggressively kissed her on the cheek. (See it here.) The next morning, he returned to Instagram to share a photo of Meg posing on a staircase in the same outfit she was pictured wearing the night before. He captioned the shot with four blue-heart emojis. On Feb. 4, Megan cleared up the romance rumors on Twitter: "Lol alright nowww y'all got all y'all jokes out 😂 but I am not [sleeping with] G Eazy," she tweeted. After a fan asked why the video showed G "sucking the makeup off" her cheek, she fired back, "He like Fenty," along with the shrugging emoji — implying she was wearing Rihanna's makeup brand.
Jeremy Renner and Eiza González also got tongues wagging with their "pretty flirtatious" behavior during a Super Bowl pre-party in Miami on Feb. 1. According to an Us Weekly spy, the duo were seen "looking cozy" in a booth when the actor wasn't "letting loose and dirty dancing" during Lady Gaga's concert as part of AT&T TV Super Saturday Night. He was also seen "laughing hard" and "being friendly" with a group of girls throughout the evening, though he reportedly appeared to be paying special attention to the "Alita: Battle Angel" actress. According to an Us Weekly source close to Eiza, however, "there's nothing romantic going on" between the pair, who also posed together for photos during the big game. "They didn't have a fling at the Super Bowl," continued the insider, adding that the two were simply hanging out with "a bunch of other celebs" and that it's "Eiza's personality to dance and have fun with her friends."
On the incredibly emotional Feb. 2 episode of their "Whine Down" podcast, Jana Kramer and Mike Caussin admitted that they've been working through some major issues stemming from a recent incident they weren't ready to publicly discuss just yet. (The setback in the former professional football player's recovery from sex addiction is separate from his late 2019 Apple-Watch-topless-photo incident.) "There is a boundary that was broken … that was harmful for me because it was a discovery. But it wasn't a physical acting out," explained the mother of two, making it clear that her husband didn't sleep with someone else. "I don't want people to think that it was a physical relapse, but it was also such a big discovery with a boundary that was harmful to me in our relationship. … Was a boundary broken? Yes. Was it harmful for me? Yes. Was it out of marriage? Did he relapse? No." Mike — who revealed that he and Jana are "in the midst of doing a couple's intensive" — went on to explain that he recently came to the realization that he hasn't been "truly working" his rehab program and that before this most recent incident, he was simply doing things to appease his wife. "I had to get real with myself and I had to realize — there's a lot of things in my life that I'm not doing different, and it feels like at times, I'm going through the motion," he said. "Even if I'm not relapsing or acting out or stepping outside of our marriage, if I'm still breaking boundaries or not being completely honest with things — like that picture stuff and other things. It's like, how is that sober? How is that life-changing? How is that living with integrity? It's not." Continued Mike, "I try to make it black and white. Whether it's like, 'Hey, I'm not acting out. I'm not physically looking at anything inappropriate. I'm not acting outside the marriage.' Whatever it is, I'm not doing that, so what I'm doing is OK. … It's taken some time for me to realize, oh, this is still triggering [Jana] in ways I didn't realize." Though they continued dancing around what actually happened, the singer-actress implied during the hourlong chat that there was some sort of "secret or lie" she discovered that triggered her initial trauma from Mike's past indiscretions.
During a late-January Q&A with fans on her Instagram Story, Princess Love made it clear that following their extremely public late-2019 falling out, she and Ray J are on a break. The revelation came after a fan asked, "R you and Ray J still together?" Replied the mother of two, "Not right now… right now we're just focused on the kids." The duo welcomed their second child, son Epik Ray, late last year.
KJ Apa took to Instagram on Feb. 3 to debut his new romance, signaling that his relationship with Britt Robertson has come to an end. He captioned a photo of himself kissing a mystery woman "coup de foudre" — a French idiom for "love at first sight." Fans have speculated that the mystery woman is French model Clara Berry, with whom he's been flirting on social media since late 2019.
Jourdan Dunn took to Instagram on Feb. 1 to announce that she got engaged to a mystery man she started seeing sometime last year. "Jourdan Dunn Hamilton ……. has a nice ring to it!" she captioned a photo of herself showing off her new engagement bling, which she flaunted again at the British Vogue and Tiffany & Co. Fashion and Film Party in London on Feb. 2. Despite her attempts to keep her fiancé's identity under wraps, multiple media outlets have reported that she's engaged to rapper Dion Hamilton, who performs under the name Sincere.
On the Feb. 5 episode of E!'s "Pop of the Morning," Teresa Giudice said that she and her four daughters are "doing good" amid her separation from their father, Joe Giudice — and that she supports him moving on romantically for their sake. "Joe and I, our first priority is our daughters, and that's it. We're just gonna be the best parents we could to them and support each other, no matter what," she said. "I even told Joe, 'You know, when you find your significant other, I'll even come and hang out with you to make it good for my girls. I just want my girls to be happy. Obviously, if I'm fine with it, they'll be fine with it." She added that Joe was "so upset" when TMZ published video of him partying with a group of bikini-clad women in Mexico in late January. "He didn't want them to see that," she said. "And I made it good for [my daughters], and they were fine with it." Continued Teresa, "If I was upset about it, then they were gonna be upset about it — and they kinda were. But I told them it's OK. That's what he's supposed to be doing. We're not together. I want him to be happy. He was having a good time, and that's what he's supposed to be doing." As for Melissa Gorga's recent comments that Teresa would like to date "a nice Jewish boy," the reality star clarified, "I want a gentleman. But I heard Jewish men are amazing." She also emphasized the word "man" to make it clear she's not looking for a "boy." (She spent most of 2019 denying rumors that she was having an affair with a much younger man.) Meanwhile, the Feb. 5 episode of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," which was shot sometime late last year, showed a forlorn-looking Teresa weighing the possibility of separating from Joe. At one point, she confesses, "[Joe] said to me, 'I just want you to know: I feel nothing for you.' He told me, 'Go find somebody else. I won't even be mad.'" Ouch!
During an interview for the cover of the March 2020 issue of Elle, which popped up online on Feb. 5, Hailey Bieber explained why she and Justin Bieber waited a year after legally tying the knot to have their big wedding for family and friends: "When we first got married, we were just figuring out our life together. I felt like putting a wedding in the middle of all of that would be really hectic and stressful," she said, adding that her new husband's struggle with Lyme disease also played a role in the delay. "It was months of me being a new wife trying to help him figure out what was wrong and what was going on. Now he's perfectly healthy. But going through that and then trying to be like, 'So where does our wedding fit into this?' didn't feel like the vibe at all." Mused the model, "In sickness and in health. … We went straight into figuring out the hard stuff." She also opened up about the early road bumps on their path to marriage: "There was a time when our lives seemed to be going in very different directions," she said. "I actually think — now that I look back at it being married — that it was a good thing for the two of us, very healthy." She also detailed how they ultimately reconnected at a church conference in Miami: "It was the first time we'd seen each other in a while. I remember we were hanging out and I was like, 'Listen, I'm really, really happy for us to be friends again. I want us to always be cool and be friends,'" she recalled. "He was like, 'Yeah, here's the thing: We're not going to be friends.' And I was like, 'Oh. Is that so?' … I think we were both a little unsure about what was going on in the very beginning. It was familiar territory, but when a lot of time goes by, it's like getting to know a new person. … He had grown up so much. I was actually shocked. I think I had grown up a lot too. He was somebody I'd always cared about so deeply and loved very deeply. Obviously, it took work and getting past things between the two of us, but it was all very worth it. He's an incredible, amazing man and such a good partner to go through life with. There is no one else I would have ever wanted to spend my life with except him. So I'm lucky." She added of hitting the road with Justin on his upcoming tour, "I'm really excited about experiencing this new part of life, being someone's partner. I think it's exciting and it's fun."
In a preview for the Feb. 9 episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" that popped up online on Feb. 5, Cynthia Bailey expressed her concerns that her fiancé, Mike Hill, will eventually cheat on her. "I think I'm getting Mike at the best time in his life, right now," she said during a confessional. "But he has cheated on his wives before me. What makes me different?" Mike, meanwhile, addressed his past bad behavior during a party with some of the women in Cynthia's life: "We caught each other at the right time," he said of his fiancée. "Because if she would've met me three years ago, it was a different Mike. Two years ago, [I] was finding [myself] … [and] in the process." He went on to say that he's been open with his two daughters about his infidelity issues and apologized to their mothers for cheating on them. "I've apologized to them for the things and transgressions I've made in the past, and now, I'm just trying to do it the right way this time," he said.
On the Feb. 4 episode of the "Today" show, Jessica Simpson said that she and former love John Mayer "were great at intimacy" and "great at loving each other" but that "the relationship was very complex." Said the singer-actress, "It was always on again, off again, on again, off again and I went back close to nine times." Jessica also opened up about the "Gravity" singer during an interview with The New York Times that hit the Internet on Jan. 29, saying that she was devastated when a therapist once told her that he probably never loved her but was simply obsessed with her. "Ooh, that broke me in half!" she said. "And that's years into being married and having kids. And it was like, 'Wow. I did this all for obsession? This was his way of loving me?' I think that it just never clicked until it was just blatantly said to me: That's not love." She went on to say that she didn't tell him that he would feature heavily in her new memoir, "Open Book." Said the mother of three, "I don't think he'll be shocked. He knows these stories." One of the stories — according to a Jan. 31 Radar Online report — is that John's comments likening Jessica to sexual napalm "sealed" their final breakup… "He talked about me by name in the most degrading terms," she reportedly wrote. "I didn't accept his apology. I deleted all his contact information from my phone. I was done with this man in a way I never thought was possible. When he reached out to me, I changed my number and changed my email. Delete. … I am grateful he removed himself from my life so spectacularly." Keep reading for more of Jessica's biggest revelations about John in her new book, including how he sabotaged her relationship with Tony Romo…
In her new memoir, "Open Book," Jessica Simpson dishes on her initial attraction to John Mayer: "The connection was so strong that he made me feel seductive, and he spoke about sex and my body in a way that made me feel powerful, at least physically," she writes, according to Radar Online. "I would get up to go to the bathroom, and John would ask, 'Where are you going?' While I was married, my ex-husband couldn't be bothered to figure out what city I was in. It felt safe to be desired. I know John would never cheat on me, and that confidence was a new feeling for me." (As previously reported, Jessica has said that she felt her first husband, Nick Lachey, often put "himself into situations where he could be so easily accused of cheating.") She goes on to allege that the "Gravity" singer broke up with her several times via email and used her pain as inspiration for his music. "[Sometimes] a breakup was so out of the blue that it seemed to come just as we were finally getting somewhere. Now I knew the truth. I was a pet bird," she writes. "Sometimes it was out of the blue, other times I knew it was coming, because my light would start to go dim. John loved me when I was shining, and he'd draw strength and inspiration to write from that light. … To think that every single time I lay on the ground, broken and bewildered, he took his time walking over. Observing me to jot down notes and hum a new song of heartbreak. … He'd dump me, then come back saying he had discovered he loved me after all. I always saw it as him mercifully taking me in from the cold. Every time John returned, I thought it was a continuation of a love story, while my friends saw a guy coming back for sex with some foolish girl." She also accuses John of meddling in her relationship with Tony Romo: The football star dumped her after he saw a text from John come through on her phone. "Tony confronted me with it immediately," she writes, adding that her then-boyfriend accused her of seeing her ex "behind his back" and "within that second, he broke up with me right there." The singer-actress, however, makes it clear that she "hadn't cheated on Tony at all." John, meanwhile, got exactly what he wanted: "I wouldn't be with him because of Tony, and now Tony was gone. I lost my feeling of agency in my life once again and felt I should just give in and be with John. He had promised forever in my parents' backyard. Who was I to argue?" she writes. "I went to John's house quickly. Driving over, I felt like I was in the closing scenes of sweeping, epic love story, and the dark romantic hero had beaten out the star quarterback. … He had said all these things, practically asking my parents for my hand in marriage while I was in a serious relationship. Swearing to me up and down that he was a changed man. Now here I was, ready to pledge my love back, and to kiss him as the curtain came down. And it fell on my head."
In other John Mayer news… Lucy Hale revealed during an interview for the cover of the March 2020 issue of Cosmopolitan that she's seen the singer-songwriter on the mysterious dating app she uses. "I pressed yes for him, but I don't think he pressed yes for me," she said, adding that she doesn't care about the "Gravity" singer's bad-boy rep because she's "so drawn to musical talent." In spite of being on a dating app, though, the actress said she's just fine being single: "When I was younger, I was constantly wanting to be with or date someone because I was so deathly afraid of being single or by myself," she said. "Now, I'm at the point where if I meet someone, they better really elevate my life, because I love being single." Added the former "Pretty Little Liars" star of what she's looking for in a man, "I used to be really drawn to, like, damaged people who had been through some [stuff]. Now, I'm like, 'You can be nice but not boring.' Nice but not a dud."
In her memoir, "Open Book," Jessica Simpson also opens up about her split from Nick Lachey, whom she accuses of having a "wandering eye" during their marriage. According to a Jan. 30 Radar Online report and a Feb. 4 Page Six report, the singer-actress claims in her book that when she decided to file for divorce, her then-husband refused to sign the papers, insisted they go to marriage counseling and begged her to stay with him. In 2006, the same year they finalized their divorce, Nick slammed Jessica in an MTV documentary about his music. "I just wanted to know what he thought of me now, because at that point I had no idea," she reportedly writes of watching the doc. "I watched him portray himself as a victim, casting me as this selfish person. … I knew he did this to hurt me. … He then mentioned that the door was still open for us to get back together. I kept pulling the blanket up over my face to hide [because] I felt so exposed. It was so disrespectful and [he] dragged me back into his orbit when I was just starting to leave it." She goes on to say that she "felt responsible" for Nick "breaking down in front of the world." Continues the blonde beauty, "How many times are woman made to feel responsible for the actions of men? I know now that I wasn't, but back then, it felt like I needed to fix him." So she invited Nick over to her home to chat. "He rang the bell, and out of reflex I hugged him. I meant it too. Despite my anger, I missed him," she writes, adding that they ended up listening to his new songs inspired by their split. "I was numb, just blank. How do you react when you find out you have apparently hurt someone so deeply that they feel entitled to such actions? I felt manipulated into some revenge fantasy, but I had put myself in this situation. … I didn't know any other way to make it better, so I slept with him," she admits. She adds that the hookup was "emotional" but that ultimately, there was "no connection" between them. "[It was] confirmation that this man was not my husband anymore," she writes. "He didn't stay the night. I was relieved because I could feel his hate. The whole situation was very dark. I didn't want the energy in my home. When he walked out the door, I knew I would never see him again." Meanwhile, Nick shared his thoughts on his ex-wife's new book on the Feb. 3 episode of the "Today" show: "I'll be honest, I obviously haven't read the book, so I don't know what she said or what she revealed there, but I'm certainly happy for her and her life, I know she is happy for [me]," he said. "There's definitely a mutual respect there. … Obviously, [we were together] a long time ago. We've all moved on." But Jessica hadn't moved on from talking about Nick… On the Feb. 6 episode of "The Dr. Oz Show," she dished on her biggest regret about their marriage. After at first saying she wouldn't have done anything differently during their divorce, she added, "I wish I would've signed a prenup. And that's the funny thing is that Nick wanted me to sign a prenup, but I was, like, so offended. I'm like, 'But we're going to be together for the rest of our lives. We're saying our vows to God and in front of all of our family and friends. Like, this is never going to end,' and we didn't sign a prenup." When Dr. Oz followed up by asking her what their relationship is like now, she replied, "There is not one."
Jessica Simpson's memoir truly is the gift that keeps on giving! While promoting the book on the Jan. 29 episode of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," the singer-actress revealed that she and childhood pal Justin Timberlake "shared a nostalgic kiss" while hanging out at her house following her divorce from Nick Lachey. But after the lip-lock, something strange happened: "He took his phone out and started typing. I was like, 'OK, I hope that's not, like, another girl,'" she recalled, adding that she questioned whether or not she stuck her "tongue out too much." She then realized that he was texting another childhood pal: Ryan Gosling. "Apparently him and Ryan Gosling had a bet on who would kiss me first when they were 12 years old, and so he texted Ryan and told him he won the bet," she said. "And I was like, 'Oh, OK, so we don't kiss again?'" She went on to say that she would've actually preferred to smooch the two-time Oscar nominee: "Ryan was the one that when I was 12, I was like, 'This guy is so cool. He's from Canada — I don't know where that is on the map, but I really think that that's amazing and there's something so cute about him.'"
And finally, Jessica Simpson opened up about her second husband, Eric Johnson, during a Feb. 4 interview with "Extra." Gushed the singer-actress, "He has taught me how to live my best authentic life. … We connect mind, body, soul — it's a very spiritual experience. … I call him my sexual shaman." She added that her hubby "has embraced me at every size and loved me just the same." As for some of her former loves, Nick Lachey taught her "how to love," she said, while Johnny Knoxville (with whom she had an emotional affair while making their "Dukes of Hazzard" movie, she writes in her new memoir, "Open Book") taught her "how to grow up" and John Mayer taught her "that nobody deserves to be broken up with eight times."
Hope for a reconciliation? During an appearance on the Jan. 30 episode of Amy Phillips' Sirius XM radio show, Kenya Moore said that she and her estranged husband, Marc Daly, "are in a really good place right now." Added the reality star, "Our relationship has really taken a turn. He has been so kind to me, sweet, you know, 'How's your day? What's going?' Our relationship hasn't been this good in a really long time." She went on to explain that they reconnected at their daughter's first birthday party in November: "We had a great time. I just think that really showed him that, you know, I'm not after him," she said. "I wanted a calm, peaceful home and a great environment for my daughter. That's all I want."
Us Weekly reported on Jan. 30 that Eva Amurri's estranged husband, Kyle Martino, "is on Raya" — an exclusive dating app for the rich and famous — and "dating again" just two months after they announced their split. Eva, meanwhile, is pregnant with their third child.
Tarek El Moussa took to Instagram on Jan. 30 to reveal that he and his girlfriend of less than a year, Heather Rae Young, "have been living together for a while now." Wrote the HGTV star in the caption of a photo of them together, "It's really fun because we live in two different places! Our main spot is in Orange County but one or two nights a week we stay at our place in West Hollywood! … The best part is I now have someone to go to bed with and wake up to every day ❤️❤️❤️. The better better part is that person is @heatherraeyoung! I'm one lucky dude!!!"
Shannon Beador's ex-husband, David Beador, is engaged to Lesley Cook, his much-younger girlfriend of two years. Lesley announced the news on her private Instagram account on Jan. 30, according to People magazine. "Looking forward to eternity with my love," she reportedly captioned a photo of them posing together while showing off her new engagement bling. David later confirmed the engagement to People: "Yes, Lesley and I are excited to be engaged," he said.
It's official! Olivia Culpo and her boyfriend, Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey, made their red carpet debut at the Ninth Annual NFL Honors in Miami on Feb. 1. Later that night, they posed together again at another Super Bowl pre-party: AT&T TV Super Saturday Night. The duo were first linked over the summer.
During a Jan. 30 interview with Us Weekly, Jason Tartick responded with an enthusiastic "yes!" when asked if he and his girlfriend, fellow Bachelor Nation star Kaitlyn Bristowe, have discussed marriage. "The next sequence for us is that step, so it's exciting times," he said, adding that "there could be" an engagement for them sometime later this year. "I don't feel any pressure because we'll move at the pace that makes sense for us," he said.
On the Feb. 3 episode of Marc Maron's "WTF" podcast, Ashton Kutcher opened up about the current state of his relationship with his ex-wife, Demi Moore: "We don't hang out. You know. It's all good," he said, adding that he makes "a really conscious effort to stay in touch" with his ex's three daughters with her second husband, Bruce Willis: Rumer Willis, Scout Willis and Tallulah Willis. "It was eight years — there's no badness," he said. "I loved them and I'm never gonna stop loving them and respecting them and honoring them and rooting for them to be successful in whatever they're pursuing. At the same time, I'm not their father. I was never trying to be their father. I always had respect for Bruce, and I think he's a brilliant human being and a wonderful man. So if they don't want an engagement with me, I'm not gonna force it upon them, but they all do and it's great."
During an interview with Women's Health that hit the Internet on Feb. 4, Rosario Dawson dished on how she and her boyfriend, New Jersey senator Cory Booker, connect while maintaining a long-distance relationship. "Every morning that we don't wake up together, he sends me a song, which means every morning he holds our relationship in his mind and his heart for a few minutes before he goes off into his big day," she said. "I feel a lot of life ahead of us. It's been beautiful feeling nurtured and taken care of. I've never been this close to someone. We make sure we connect. That's something I've taken for granted in the past."
During an interview for the cover of the February/March 2020 issue of AARP The Magazine, which People magazine excerpted on Jan. 30, Shania Twain opened about her "beautifully twisted" path to love with her second husband, Frédéric Thiébaud. The duo connected after the singer's personal assistant and close pal Marie-Anne Thiébaud, who was married to Frédéric at the time, had an affair with Shania's first husband, Robert John "Mutt" Lange. (It was actually Frédéric who told the country star about the affair back in 2008.) "There were days I didn't really care if tomorrow came," she said of her state of mind following the split. But eventually, Frédéric helped her move on: They grew closer following their respective breakups and tied the knot in 2010.
