Cher might be in her late 70s, but she has no problem dating a man 40 years her junior.
The icon stepped out at 76 in November 2022 holding hands with then-36-year-old Alexander Edwards, a music executive who shares a child with model ex Amber Rose, from whom he split in 2021 amid a cheating scandal. After tweeting "LOVE DOESNT KNOW MATH, IT SEES [two hearts] — Cher further confirmed the love connection, posting a photo of Alexander captioned with a red heart emoji. After a fan tweeted concerns that Alexander could be taking advantage of his older girlfriend, the music and movie star replied, "As we All Know …I WASNT BORN YESTERDAY, & What I Know For Sure…There Are No Guarantees. Anytime you make a Choice You Take a Chance. I've Always Taken Chances… It's WHO I Am."
Six months later in May 2023, TMZ and Us Weekly reported that Cher and AE had broken up but that there was "no bad blood between them and they're on good terms," a source said. The pair then stepped out again four months later: They were photographed holding hands on their way to dinner in Beverly Hills in September 2023.
In October 2023, she opened up about their romance, telling "Extra," "I hate to talk about how happy I am, but … we have a great time together. We can talk music. We can talk about everything. He's got a great sense of humor, he's got the cutest son in the world, ever [with ex Amber]… We just get each other." She did, however, admit that their age difference can sometimes be painfully obvious. "Sometimes I'm talking to him and he has no idea who I'm talking about," she said. Billy Ray Cyrus and Australian singer-songwriter Firerose — who's nearly three decades his junior — tied the knot on Oct. 10, 2023, following an engagement of a little more than a year. The age-mismatched duo — he was 62 when they said "I do" while she was reportedly somewhere in her mid-30s — shared the happy news on Instagram, captioning a slideshow of wedding photos, "10/10/23 will always be the beautiful, joyous day that our two souls united as one in holy matrimony. It was the most perfect, ethereal celebration of love we could have ever imagined. For both of us to hear the preacher say, 'Billy Ray and Firerose Cyrus… I now pronounce you husband and wife,' that was the sacred moment our new forever began. Long Live Love!"
Firerose is just a few years older than Billy Ray's oldest biological children: son Christopher Cody Cyrus and daughter Miley Cyrus, who were both born in 1992 and in their early 30s when their dad wed for the third time.
She's either the same age or a few years younger than his two adopted children: daughter Brandi Cyrus, who was born in 1987, and son Trace Cyrus, who was born in 1989. On their one-year anniversary, the comedian posted a picture of himself with the singer and fitness instructor — who's more than 26 years his junior — writing, "Kelsi thank you for so many nights filled with laughter, days filled with creative thoughts & expressions and mostly thx for the love." She posted a picture as well, writing, "I have the most amazing guy by my side with the sweetest of hearts. I love you with all of mine."
In July 2022, a 50-year-old Dane proposed to a 23-year-old Kelsi in York Beach, Maine — where they took their first trip together — after five years of dating.

"They've met up in the States before, which got people in the industry talking, and now are meeting up in London while they're both here. They've clearly hit it off," a source told the tabloid in early June, noting that Bill, who was in London shooting a "Ghostbusters" sequel, was spotted on the side of the stage, where he watched the mother of three perform during the Mighty Hoopla festival in early June as well as other recent concerts. On top of that, the actor, who was 72 at the time while Kelis was 43, "were both seen at the same hotel."
According to the source, Bill and Kelis have "also both shared relatively recent bereavements and have that common bond between them," noting that the singer's husband died from stomach cancer at 37 in 2022 while Bill's second ex-wife, with whom he has four adult sons, died in 2021. "Whatever it is that has brought them together, and however unlikely it seems, they are both single and are having fun despite the fairly big age gap," added the source.
Days later, after Kelis told a fan on social media that she "wouldn't bother" to address the rumors, she responded to another of many who were asking for an explanation, "Lol yeah maybe for now everyone's dumb and will believe anything but the best part is we are both blessed, rich and happy."
As summer wound down, however, things ended, The U.S. Sun reported in late August 2023. "Kelis and Bill were — and still are — very fond of each other but things just ran their course. They both have busy schedules and after a whirlwind romance decided to go their separate ways," a source told the outlet, adding that it was Kelis's decision for them to part. "They hope to remain friends but also plan to get on with their lives."
