Kim Kardashian laughs off 'dumb' Photoshop accusations

Kim Kardashian just couldn't stomach her most recent online critics.

Over the weekend, the reality TV star took to her Instagram to promote her Skims brand and show off her fit physique. While the images were no doubt flattering and even scenic, fans focused on Kim's belly, believing she was heavy-handed with Photoshop.

A slew of Instagram followers claimed she edited out her belly button.

"You forgot to leave in your belly button!" one person alleged. Another wrote, "Where on earth is your belly button?"

As fans and even media reported on the belly brouhaha, Kim clapped back.

"Come on guys….Seriously! This is so dumb!" she wrote. "Claiming I Photoshopped out my belly button????"

In a separate post, she implied that her shapewear line covered up the body part, and, ever the businesswoman, she even used the moment to hype up the benefits of Skims.

"Belly button insecurities?! why don't you head over to skims.com to conceal that saggy belly button of yours with a great pair of high waisted underwear like I did!" she wrote. "You're welcome!!!"

Kim and her famous family are no strangers to Photoshop accusations. Less than two weeks ago critics suspected she edited boyfriend Pete Davidson's nose and jaw. Just days prior, her sister Khloe Kardashian accidentally admitted to a months-old Photoshop fail. In January, a TikToker went viral after claiming that Khloe's daughter, True, was poorly edited into old Disneyland pictures that featured Kim Kardashian's daughter Chicago.

On Tuesday, April 12, Khloe accidentally fessed up to the editing while celebrating True's 4th birthday at Disneyland. The Good American owner said it was her daughter's first time at the park. Of course, social media recalled the infamous images from Dec. 31, 2021, and called Khloe out for it.

"Welllppp I f***** this one up," Khloe tweeted after being called out.

Lea Michele offers to carry former co-star's baby

That's what friends are for!

Lea Michele told her "Spring Awakening" co-star Jonathan Groff that she would happily carry a baby for him should he decide he wants to become a dad.

"I'll carry your baby. I will," she told Jonathan, who came out as gay in 2009, in an interview with People. To his surprise, he asked, "You will?"

Broadimage/Shutterstock

"Hell yeah! I love being pregnant," she said. "It's so much fun."

While Jonathan didn't commit to his friend's offer, he took note of it in case he wants to go down that path in the future. Still, if he were to become a parent, he's going to have to work on his approach with children.

"I have this weird quirk where I scare small children," he joked. "Because — this was with my two nieces as well, between the ages of 0 and 2 — I come in hot with the enthusiasm, and it freaks them out."

The same thing happened with Lea's son, Ever.

"I'm slowly trying to play it cool to gain his love and affection back," he said.

However, Jonathan has an ace-in-the-hole in regard to Ever. The tyke is a huge "Hamilton" fan, and Jonathan played King George III in the musical.

"My one in with him is that he likes 'You'll Be Back' from Hamilton," he said. "Whenever we FaceTime and Ever's there, I'll be like, 'Da, da, da, da, da!' [I'm] waiting [for] the age when he's going to be able to watch Frozen, and then maybe I'll have another in, but I'm working on it."

Ireland Baldwin has a hot take about Amber Heard amid Johnny Depp trial

Ireland Baldwin is backing Johnny Depp in his defamation trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard, even going so far as to call the "Magic Mike" actress a "terrible person."

Matt Baron/Shutterstock

Over the weekend, the model wrote a message over a screenshot that contained footage from the trial. In the footage, Amber appeared to admit to hitting Johnny.

"The thing is, I know women who are exactly like this," Ireland said wrote on her Instagram Story. "They are manipulative and cold and they use their very womanhood to play victim and turn the world against the man because we live in a society where it's cool to say men are all the worst and blah blah… blah."

The trial has been explosive, as it's depicted a rather volatile two-year marriage. After the duo split, Amber penned an op-ed for The Washington Post that painted Johnny as an abuser, although it never mentioned him by name. Johnny filed a $50 million lawsuit against Amber, claiming the piece essentially cost him his career.

Steve Helber/AP/Shutterstock

In defending the actor, Ireland argued that "men can experience abuse too." She called Amber an "absolute disaster of a human being" and "terrible person," according to Page Six.

"I hope Johnny gets his reputation and his life back. And I hope he's in like 5 more Pirates movies," Alec Baldwin's daughter concluded.

Amber's team claimed last week that she would carry around a Milani Conceal + Perfect All-in-One Correcting Kit throughout her entire marriage to Johnny to cover up bruising. Interestingly, the makeup brand caught wind of this and debunked the claim in a TikTok video, noting the makeup palette was released in December 2017. Amber and Johnny's divorce was finalized in 11 months earlier, in January 2017.

Amanda Bynes releases rap song with fiancé: Listen here!

Amanda Bynes is rapping it up.

On Sunday, April 24, the "Hairspray" alum released a new rap song titled "Fairfax" on Instagram — it's the second song she's released this month.

@rlamandabynes/Instagram

"Instagram blocked the last post of the song Fairfax because this account isn't verified," she wrote alongside the post. "Because I own full rights to this song, maybe instagram won't delete this post…"

In the song, which also features her fiancé Paul Michael, Amanda raps about "flexing" at Los Angeles' Fairfax flea market.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CcwlVXdAVta/

She says, "You could have it too if you hit the ground heavy. Ridin' low in Cali in my '64 Chevy."

Amanda and Paul released a song called "Diamonds" earlier in the month.

"Diamonds, diamonds, diamonds on my neck, on my wrist," she rapped in the song recorded during the COVID pandemic. "Diamonds, diamonds, diamonds on my fish, all wet."

@amandabynesreal /Instagram

The release of "Fairfax" comes almost a month to the day of her nine-year conservatorship ending.

"Amanda appreciates the love and support of her fans during this time. She thanks her family for never giving up," her lawyer said in a statement. "Now that the conservatorship has ended, she looks forward to completing her bachelor's degree and living her life."

Since then, the former actress has moved into a home in Los Angeles with Paul.

'Princess Bride' star Cary Elwes bitten by rattlesnake, airlifted to hospital

Cary Elwes was airlifted to the hospital after being bitten by a rattlesnake at his home.

The "Princess Bride" actor was doing yard work at his Los Angeles-area home over the weekend when a rattler attacked and bit him, which required immediate attention. Initially, those around him felt like his life was in danger from the poisonous snake bite, so he was airlifted to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, TMZ reported.

Steve Cohn/Shutterstock

It's not clear where Cary was bitten, but he is expected to make a full recovery.

Cary recently began filming "Rebel Moon," but it's not known if the snake bite will affect production. Just last week, Cary retweeted images from the set of the Zack Snyder flick.

The actor has seen his fair share of injuries. He was hospitalized in mid-80s after getting knocked out while filming a scene for "The Princess Bride." He also broke his toe at one point.

'Glow' star Betty Gilpin recalls being accidentally left in a body bag

Bye, bye, Betty.

Betty Gilpin was dead serious about her first real acting acting gig, especially since she was accidentally left in a body bag!

The "Glow" star spoke about some of her early acting gigs while appearing on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on Thursday, April 21, including the time she was on "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," which was her introduction to TV acting.

Evan Agostini/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

"For like the first couple years of my career, it was only theater and 'Law & Order,'" the Emmy-nominated star said. "So I did an episode of 'SVU,' I was a pedophile with vocal fry. And I was a lesbian with acne on 'the mothership,' we called it, just the normal 'Law & Order.'"

Betty went on to tell a story from her "Criminal Intent" experience, in which she played a naked corpse — and then she was forgotten about.

"I was Fran Drescher's daughter, which is an honor, but I don't know about that casting," she recalled. "True fans will know, I was found naked in an oil drum. Vincent D'Onofrio, like, found my naked dead body."

Rob Latour/Shutterstock

The scene, she remembered, was filmed on a "remote beach."

"I remember them zipping up the body bag," she recalled. "Vincent D'Onofrio had like, a grumbly scene over my body bag. And I just had to sort of be in there."

While inside the zipped-up bag, the director decided it was time for lunch, and everyone went on break.

"And I hear, like, footsteps on gravel getting farther and farther away, van doors closing," she said. "And then 10 seconds goes by and I hear one far-away P.A. being like, 'Oh my god' and footsteps coming towards me [and the bag] like, unzips, sunlight my face."

The "Gaslit" actress joked that she didn't complain because she didn't want to be "high maintenance."

Tiffany Haddish is 'back on the dating apps,' dishes on dating dealbreakers

Tiffany Haddish is a free agent again after splitting with Common late last year, but she isn't willing to settle for just any guy.

The actress is "back on the dating apps," she told Seth Meyers, calling her current romantic life "interesting" and an "adventure." While the "Girls Trip" star is currently playing the field, so to speak, her potential suitor must have several nonnegotiable traits.

David Fisher/Shutterstock

"Good credit score because I need to know you're responsible," she said. "You need to have good hygiene. That's really important to me. I can't stand bad breath or funky armpits."

Tiffany knows her type, saying she's been "attracted to a lot of hip-hop kind of guys" in her life.

"I don't mind men wearing jewelry, but if you own a bunch of diamonds but you don't own no land, that's a problem for me," she said. "Land then diamonds. Because where do the diamonds come from? The land. So own the land, then get the diamonds. Like, I got diamonds, yes I do, because I got land."

Tiffany was most recently linked to rapper Stallionaires Pooch, who told TMZ on March 31 that he and the actress were dating. She, however, quickly shut that down, saying they duo simply went to dinner.

She told the website, "I don't think one dinner counts as dating. Does it?"

A better question: Did Stallionaires Pooch order something from the land or the sea?

Multimillionaire Jessica Simpson's credit card declined at fast food restaurant

Jessica Simpson ran out of cash during a run to the border.

While appearing on "The Real" this week, the fashion mogul said she's living somewhat modestly while expanding her clothing brand. In fact, her credit card was recently denied while trying to pick up food.

Paul Zimmerman/Shutterstock

"I am draining my bank account," she said. "I have no working credit card. It's OK. I will pay in cash. I went to Taco Bell the other day, and my card got denied. I'm on a budget, ladies!"

The Jessica Simpson Collection is reportedly valued at $1 billion, and Jessica has an estimated net worth of $200 million. Still, she's invested a lot of her personal money into her clothing line.

"With money, there's just so much fear attached to it," she said. "And I'm the person that you get mad at the blackjack table. I'll put it all out there if it's me that's driving the show because I believe in myself and I know what I can do. And I know that nothing will stop me, and if you try to stop me, I'll try harder."

Cindy Barrymore/Shutterstock

The former pop star started the Jessica Simpson Collection back in 2005 and eventually sold the company to Sequential Brands Group Inc. Sequential ended up filing for bankruptcy, and Jessica and her mother, Tina, fought to regain ownership.

In November 2021, after a three-year battle, the mother and daughter duo regained control of the company that bears Jessica's name.

"I am truly humbled to reclaim 100% ownership of MY name and my brand," Jessica wrote. "It was a long journey getting to this point. I was told no, that brand ownership was out of the question, that I was not relevant enough, and I would never have 100%. My mom @tinasimpsonofficial and I remained steadfast, patient, determined, brave, and STRONG. TODAY we can look back and say we BEAT ALL ODDS stacked against us. We withstood the battle and today we CONFIDENTLY claim victory! The entire Jessica Simpson Collection belongs to us! #OwnYourself."

Social media reacts to Kelly Dodd after she compares 'RHOC' star to ogre

Kelly Dodd got torched on social media after comparing "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Emily Simpson to Fiona from "Shrek."

On Wednesday, April 20, the former "Housewives" star decided to share side-by-side images of Emily and the animated character, both of whom donned floor-length gowns in a green hue.

"Who rocked it better ?? #rhoc," Kelly wrote, according to a screengrab of the post

Bennett Raglin/Getty Images for DailyMail.com

Fans, even those who normally support Kelly, weren't feeling it and encouraged her to delete the post.

"Oh gosh Kelly….I don't like Emily AT ALL, but this is not kind!" one fan commented. Another wrote, "Please don't be like this. I really want to like you but…."

Kelly was called "petty" and "distasteful" and told that the comparison was "not ok."

A fan even asked Kelly why she would post such a negative thing, to which the ex-Bravolebrity replied without a hint of irony, "because she's a bully."

KCR/Shutterstock

The post only stayed up for 10 minutes before Kelly took it down, but Page Six grabbed screenshot of the images and the responses from her followers.

Since being fired from "The Real Housewives of Orange County" last year, Kelly has often lashed out at both the current cast of the show and her former co-stars. After her axing, she blamed Braunwyn Windham-Burke. "This was your fault," Kelly text Braunwyn, even sharing the conversation on Instagram. "We'd still be on the show if you didn't make things so dark and ugly and brought all that political 'woke' BS.'"

Kelly has also called "Housewives" star Gina Kirschenheiter a "charity case" and "fake fake fake." After being asked about the comments last month, Gina expressed pity for Kelly, prompting the former reality TV star to tweet, "@GKirschenheiter don't feel sorry for me!! I feel sorry for your 6 kids being packed into 2 bdrms!!"

Adele fires creative team behind ill-fated Vegas residency, hires new one to resurrect show: Report

Maybe Adele is going to say Hello to Las Vegas after all?

According to a new report, the singer fired the creative team behind her ill-fated Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace, and she's hired a new one in hopes of resurrecting the show.

Matt Baron/Shutterstock

The Telegraph said Adele has hired Kim Gavin, artistic director for English pop group Take That, and Stufish, the team producing the Rolling Stones' upcoming anniversary tour. Adele reportedly wants to start her "Weekends With Adele" residency this summer "with a completely redesigned show," a source told the English outlet.

Adele famously postponed her highly-anticipated residency show at the 11th hour, blaming COVID breakouts and delivery delays. However, multiple reports said she and her longtime set designer, Esmeralda "Es" Devlin, couldn't see eye-to-eye on the show's vision, which reportedly led to several arguments.

The new artistic director will "look after and develop a new show as everything from the Es show has been scrapped," a source said.

David Fisher/Shutterstock

Although there have been doubts as to whether the "Easy On Me" singer would actually go forth with a Las Vegas residency, she told Graham Norton in February the shows are "absolutely happening this year, 100 percent."

Adele's months-long residency at Caesars Palace was scheduled to start on Jan. 21.

"In spite of the set costing millions to put together, Adele was unhappy with the result, and she made her feelings very clear to Es," an insider told the Daily Mail shortly after the postponement. "She [Adele] was already nervous and the falling out sent her spiraling into a panic because she was desperate that everything should be perfect."

There were also reports that Adele's boyfriend, NBA super agent Rich Paul, played a role in the show's axing.

"Adele's been crying and couldn't get through a single full rehearsal for the past month," a source told Page Six, adding that the chart-topper was "constantly on the phone with Rich … loudly shouting and sobbing" and "barely rehearsed" because she was "constantly in the middle of an emotional shootout."

Social media rips Duchess Meghan for apparent Ukraine flag faux pas

Duchess Meghan has been labeled "embarrassing" on social media for an apparent faux pas — but, she might not have made a mistake at all.

On Tuesday, April 19, Prince Harry's wife painted with several children in the Netherlands, where the Invictus Games are occurring. Photos depict Meghan showing her support for Ukraine, as she painted the country's flag along with the word "Peace."

However, it didn't go unnoticed that she actually painted the flag upside down, which sent Twitter into a not-so-friendly-frenzy.

"What a GLOBAL EMBARRASSMENT that Meghan don't know the correct colour of Ukraine flag," one person said. Another added, "It's abbhorent. And don't forget our little Meghan … Someone needs to help her Google the Ukraine flag please before she blames the Royal family for not providing any training."

Another said, "This is nauseating! #MeghanMarkle painted the flag of #Ukraine️ UPSIDE DOWN!!!  Couldn't she have googled the flag for Christ sake??? . But I guess not when everything she does is just for show."

Tim Rooke/Shutterstock

As the fervor grew, many on social media came to Meghan's defense and insisted that she didn't actually make a mistake, stating that an upside flag has long signified a country in distress.

"The country is in shambles the flag is bleeding that's why she drew it upside down and wrote peace on it, Meghan is very sentimental in everything she is doing," one supporter said.

Another Meghan defender added, "You do realise that a country flying its flag upside down is a sign of distress. Perhaps Meghan actually is aware of this…good god you derangers are so embarrassing."

Back in February after Russian forces invaded neighboring Ukraine unprovoked, Harry and Meghan voiced their support for the Ukrainian people while posting a statement on their Archewell Foundation website

"Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex and all of us at Archewell stand with the people of Ukraine against this breach of international and humanitarian law and encourage the global community and its leaders to do the same," the statement said.

Shawn Mendes shares cryptic post about hiding 'true honest unique self'

Shawn Mendes hasn't been truthful with his fans, and he knows it.

The pop star took to Twitter on Tuesday, April 19, to share a somewhat cryptic message about honesty.

Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock

"sometimes i ask myself what it is that i should be doing with my life and what i always hear in return is 'to tell the truth, to be the truth' i feel like that's a hard thing to do though," he began the lengthy statement. "i'm afraid that if people know and see the truth they might think less of me. They might become bored of me. so in those moments of feeling low i either put on a show or hide."

The 23-year-old said he "constantly feels like he's either flying or drowning," but wonders if others his age have similar sentiments about life.

"the truth is i really do wanna show up in the world as my 100% true honest unique self and not care what anyone thinks, sometimes i do!!" he wrote. "sometimes i really don't care what people think and i feel free. most of the time its a struggle tho. that's the truth."

Although the "Stitches" singer has had tremendous professional success — having seen four of his albums hit No. 1 — he still feels like he's "failing."

"hyper focused on what i don't have, forgetting to see all that i do. The truth is i'm overwhelmed and overstimulated lol," he said. "The truth is ALSO that I'm okay."

The message comes five months after Shawn split from Camila Cabello, whom he dated for two years

Toward the end of his post, Shawn insisted he's trying to "be the truth."

"I like to think that maybe me saying this might resonate with some people," he concluded.

NBC News says the arrest stems from a largely-unreported November 2021 shooting, in which the alleged victim claimed that Rocky approached him on the street with a handgun. The victim told police that Rocky shot at him three to four times and a bullet grazed his left hand.

LAPD made the arrest with assistance from Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations team.

Jessica Simpson mocked over 'cringeworthy' Instagram ad

Jessica Simpson is being mocked over an Instagram ad in which she appears fidgety, uncomfortable and unprepared.

On Tuesday, April 19, the fashion mogul recorded a social media video for Flonase nasal spray. Jessica began the video by speaking about climate change and noted that rising temperatures have increased pollen count and made for "longer allergy seasons." She called both "invisible monsters."

To many, the important message was lost due to Jessica's demeanor, in which her eyes consistently dart up and down and from side to side while seemingly reading cue cards. The former pop star, who says she's an allergy sufferer, also seemed to slur her words during the sponsored post.

"Lmao Flonase please hire a professional. That was embarrassing to watch," one person said.

Social media users said she was "awkward" and "nervous" and "brutal to watch."

"I thought the whole thing was super cringe and unprofessional," another person said.

A few people had compliments or praises for Flonase, but the critic's voices were certainly louder.

Jessica, of course, is used to public criticism. Just last month fans criticized her look and called her "too thin" after she shared a photo of herself on Instagram. She hit back at the haters with a busty Instagram display after her 100-pound weight loss. Then, on April 7, the mom-of-three then proceeded to set the Internet on fire by sharing a close up Instagram image of her bikini body.

Liza Minnelli felt 'sabotaged' after Oscars producers 'forced' her on stage

Although Liza Minnelli's presence was one of better moments of the Oscars last month, things were apparently far more tense behind the scenes. Oscars organizers "sabotaged" Liza and "forced" her to go on stage in her wheelchair last month, a friend alleged.

While on SirusXM's The Jess Cagle Show, jazz singer Michael Feinstein claimed Liza agreed to present the best picture award with Lady Gaga as long as she could sit in a director's chair, not her wheelchair.

Chris Pizzello/AP/Shutterstock

"You know, that whole thing was, she was sabotaged. That's the terrible word to use, but she only agreed to appear on the Oscars if she would be in the director's chair, cuz she's been having back trouble," Michael said. "She said, 'I don't want people to see me limping out there.' She said, 'You know, I wanna look good. I don't want people to worry about me.'"

Things seemed to be going according to plan, but the show was thrown into a frenzy after Will Smith's infamous slap of Chris Rock

"Literally five minutes before she went on, when she sat in the director's chair back there, and because every, I guess they were all shaken up because of everything that had happened earlier, the stage manager said, 'Well, she has to be in a wheelchair' and Liza pleaded," Michael said.

Liza, 76, insisted that she wanted to look strong on stage, not frail in a wheelchair.

"She said, 'No, I will not be seen in a wheelchair in front of everybody. I will not do this. I refused to do this,'" Michael claimed.

While Liza begged for her wants to be met, organizers allegedly issued an ultimatum: go out in a wheelchair or go home.

Myung Chun/Los Angeles Times/Shutterstock

A "discombobulated" Liza succumbed to producer's wishes.

"She was nervous. I mean, and it made her look like she was out of it. And she was just so shaken up that it was," Michael said. "Can you imagine being suddenly forced to be seen by millions of people the way you don't wanna be seen? That's what happened to her. And she was very disappointed at that… and it was not what was agreed to."

He added, "She is really doing well and it's a shame that it turned out that way. She was very disappointed."

Still, the public knew none of this supposed drama. In fact, Liza and Gaga provided one of the most endearing moments of the show. While presenting the nominees, Liza seemed to flub her lines. Cameras and audio caught Gaga sweetly leaning down and quietly telling Liza, "I got you." Liza replied, "I know."
