From her cult-classic films to her high-profile relationships, this actress is no stranger to the many facets and complexities of growing up in Tinseltown. In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the movie "E.T. Baby Drew! Drew Barrymore — seen here in Los Angeles in 1979 — was born on Feb. 22, 1975, in Culver City, California, to actor John Drew Barrymore — a scion of the Barrymore acting dynasty — and aspiring actress Jaid Barrymore, who divorced when she was 9. While he isn't technically related to her, Drew's godfather is a notable name too: He's acclaimed filmmaker Steven Spielberg!

Drew Barrymore has three half-siblings on her father's side, including actor John Blyth Barrymore III, who's seen here with Drew and the child star's mother, Jaid Barrymore, during a tribute to the siblings' grandfather, the late actor John Barrymore, in the centenary year of his birth in June 1982. As Drew grew up, she would become estranged from both of her parents for the majority of her life.

She'd made her acting debut two years prior in Ken Russell's "Altered States," but it was her work in the 1982 Steven Spielberg-directed film "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial" (pictured) that made Drew Barrymore a star. At just 7, the actress captivated moviegoers with her endearing and exceptional portrayal of Gertie, Elliott's little sister, a performance that won her a Young Artist Award for best supporting actress. "E.T." was also a box office success that became the highest grossing film of the '80s. In no time, Drew had become one of the most famous child actors in the world.

The success of "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial" took Drew Barrymore around the globe. In 1984, Drew Barrymore appeared in the film adaptation of Stephen King's novel "Firestarter," in which she played a young girl with pyrokinesis who, as a result, was targeted by a secret government agency. That same year, she also starred in "Irreconcilable Differences," a film about a young girl who divorces her self-absorbed parents and appoints her nanny as her legal guardian. At just 9, Drew's portrayal of Casey Brodsky, the film's protagonist, garnered her a Golden Globe Award nomination for best supporting actress!

The roles kept coming! Drew Barrymore also starred in the 1985 Steven Spielberg-directed horror flick "Cat's Eye," which landed her a best leading young actress nomination at the Young Artist Awards.

Drew Barrymore's notoriously troubled childhood was the subject of much media scrutiny. By 8, she'd dubbed herself a "party girl." At 9, she was hitting hotspots like Studio 54 with her mother. At 13, she went to rehab for drug and alcohol addiction and spent 18 months in a mental health hospital, only to be sent back after she attempted suicide. At 14 (seen here), she was emancipated from her parents. In an interview with The Guardian, Drew opened up about how it was the institution that suggested she separate from her parents, which in hindsight is a decision she's grateful she made. "It was a very important thing to experience for me," she said of her stay. "It was very humbling, very quieting. Maybe it was necessary, because I came out of there a more respecting person. And my parents didn't teach me that, and life wasn't teaching me that. I came out in a very different way… but I still was me."

In February 1990 just before her 15th birthday, Drew Barrymore released the book "Little Girl Lost" in which she described her spiral into alcohol and drug addiction. She's seen here posing outside the studios of Sally Jessy Raphael's talk show, where she plugged the successful memoir the same month it came out.

In 1992, Drew Barrymore starred in the Tamra Davis-directed crime drama "Guncrazy." According to Drew, she instantly felt connected to the film's protagonist, Anita Minteer. "Anita was very close to home for me," she told The New York Times in 1993. "Not that I was so much like her. I'm not. But I had the best understanding of her than any character I've ever played in my life." It seemed like critics agreed as the performance garnered her a best actress in a miniseries or TV movie nomination at the 50th Annual Golden Globe Awards.

A definite cult classic! In 1992, Drew Barrymore also starred as Ivy in the coming-of-age thriller "Poison Ivy." She played the eponymous character — a cunning, seductive teen who manipulates rich girl Sylvie Cooper in an effort to seduce her father. While it isn't one of her most acclaimed roles, her portrayal of this stylish bad girl is among her most memorable.

Throughout the 1990s, love was definitely in the air for Drew Barrymore. In 1991 at 16, she was engaged to Leland Hayward, the grandson of a big-time Hollywood producer, though they called it off just a few months later. From 1992 to 1993, she was engaged to musician-actor Jamie Walters. And in 1994, she married her first husband, Welshman Jeremy Thomas, a Los Angeles bar owner — the pair are pictured here at the premiere of Drew's film "Bad Girls" in April 1994. But it wasn't meant to be: She filed for divorce less than two months after they wed.

Another headline-making moment for Drew Barrymore? When she famously posed in her birthday suit for Playboy magazine in early 1995. In a 2014 interview with ABC News, the actress said that while she doesn't regret appearing in the magazine at 19, she would caution her own daughter against it. "I would not let her. I don't think I would," she said. "I would influence her not to, because my life choices are supposed to be the gateway to somebody else's. That's my journey. The best kind of parent you can be is to lead by example."

During a taping of "Late Show with David Letterman" in April 1995, 20-year-old Drew Barrymore pulled quite the stunt when she flashed the host — and the media ate it up! More than two decades later during a 2018 appearance on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," Drew recalled the now-iconic pop culture moment. "It's a distant memory that doesn't seem like me — but it is me," she said. "And that's kind of cool. I'm still down with that. I'm a mother of two… I'm such a different person now that it doesn't feel like me, but I'm still into it. You only have one life!"

In 1996, Drew Barrymore made an appearance in the Wes Craven-directed slasher flick "Scream." Upon reading the script, she was reportedly so interested in landing a role that she personally approached the production team. The producers reportedly wanted her to star as the film's protagonist, Sidney Prescott, though due to a slew of unanticipated commitments, Drew had to pass. She instead ended up portraying Casey Becker — the first character to appear on screen and the first victim of the infamous Ghostface killer.

In 1998, Drew Barrymore joined forces with Adam Sandler for the first time when they starred in "The Wedding Singer." Little did they know that this would be the first of three films they'd make together! The duo reunited six years later for 2004's "50 First Dates" and 10 years after that for 2014's "Blended." At the 2020 National Board of Review Annual Awards Gala, Adam got emotional when Drew presented him with the best actor honor for his work in "Uncut Gems." "Drew, that was amazing," he said. "I'm glad we met, and I'm glad we did it all and we always made our movies together."

Another milestone moment for Drew Barrymore in the mid-'90s? She founded a production company with former co-star and longtime friend Nancy Juvonen (who married comedy star and late night host Jimmy Fallon in 2007). Flower Films, which was created in 1995, has produced a variety of films and TV series — many of which Drew's acted in — including 2000's "Charlie's Angels," 2005's "Fever Pitch" and the 2010 television series "Tough Love Couples." Drew Barrymore starred in a slew of films from the '90s to the '00s, but 1999's "Never Been Kissed" was a particularly beloved movie. The rom-com tells the story of Josie Geller, a shy young copywriter at the Chicago Sun-Times who poses as a teenager at her old high school in order to write a piece about contemporary teen culture. She disguises her true age and befriends the most popular clique in school, though her plan seems to go awry when she falls for an unlikely suitor — her English teacher! It's a quintessential late-'90s film, and it's certainly among Drew's most endearing roles to date.

Talk about nostalgia! Drew Barrymore isn't the only star who can claim Steven Spielberg as her godfather — Gwyneth Paltrow can too! Here, the iconic filmmaker is seen with Drew and Gwyneth at the Sixth Annual Women in Hollywood Luncheon in November 1999.

In 1999, Drew Barrymore tried her hand at voice acting and brought to life the titular character in "Olive, the Other Reindeer," a Fox Television Christmas special based on Vivian Walsh's children's book of the same name. The special, which Drew also executive produced, was a holiday hit that was nominated for outstanding animated program at the 2000 Primetime Emmy Awards.

Name a more 2000s film — we'll wait. Drew Barrymore, Lucy Liu and Cameron Diaz comprised a trio of skilled private investigators in the action-comedy flick "Charlie's Angels." While the actresses were seen by many as paving the way for female action heroes, they were also equally criticized for strengthening the male gaze and reinforcing gender stereotypes. The film, which was a modern-day interpretation of the 1970s television series of the same name, was rebooted once again in 2020, though unlike its 2000 predecessor, it was a box office flop.

In 2001, Drew Barrymore married her "Charlie's Angels" co-star Tom Green. She and the comedian divorced the following year.

Drew Barrymore played a small role in the 2001 sci-fi thriller "Donnie Darko," which is about a teenager (played by Jake Gyllenhaal) who struggles to decipher whether his doomsday visions should be taken seriously or not. According to Richard Kelly, the film's director, Drew played a huge part in getting the film made. "Once Drew Barrymore signed on, we got the financing we needed: $4.5 million," he told The Guardian in 2016. "Having Drew also helped us get other actors who might have been reluctant to work with a first-time director." "Donnie Darko" was theatrically released by Flower Films, the production company Drew co-founded.

In 2003, George Clooney made his directorial debut with the Charlie Kaufman-written spy comedy "Confessions of a Dangerous Mind." Drew Barrymore starred alongside Sam Rockwell, Julia Roberts and George himself. She played Penny Pacino, the supportive, longtime partner of "Gong Show" host Chuck Barris.

In 2005, Drew Barrymore appeared alongside Jimmy Fallon in the romantic comedy "Fever Pitch." Romance and the Red Sox intersect in this film about a teacher and businessman who date despite having differing opinions on the importance of baseball. If you're ever in the mood for a feel-good flick starring Drew, look no further! Fun fact: The film is where Drew's Flower Films producing partner, Nancy Juvonen, met Jimmy. They married in 2007 and now have two kids.

What can't she do?! In 2009, Drew Barrymore made her directorial debut with the roller derby film "Whip It." In addition to directing, Drew also acted in and co-produced the movie, which is based on the Shauna Cross novel "Derby Girl." In a 2009 interview with MTV, Drew explained her reason for making it. "I just wanted to find a film that I could really make personal for me," she said. "I didn't want to be like a director telling a story. I wanted to be a person who could have taken all the emotional experiences, the cultures I've learned, the music I've loved, the films I've studied, the nature of learning how a film works through being a producer for 15 years, and really just apply that to something that could be something that was not just a movie to me, but really my heart."

Drew Barrymore starred in the 2009 HBO film "Grey Gardens," which told the true story of Edith "Little Edie" Bouvier Beale (played by Drew) and her mother, Edith "Big Edie" Ewing Bouvier (played by Jessica Lange). The film spans decades, from Little Edie's younger years through the filming of a 1975 documentary also entitled "Grey Gardens." Justin and Drew, who'd previously dated, got back together while filming but broke up again the following year. In 2018, the pair sparked dating rumors once again when they were seen together at a New York City hotel, though they've maintained that they're just friends.

During an interview with talk show host Ellen DeGeneres in November 2015, Drew further explained: "He got cancer and I had a very rare turn of events where I got to take care of him for three years in a hospice." In 2014 — a decade following her father's passing — Drew reconciled with her mother, Jaid Barrymore. "She loves [my book]," Drew told Ellen. "We've talked about it very intimately and I have to say it was such an extraordinary year of my life writing this book. I came to terms with so many things. It's a love letter to my daughters [Olive and Frankie]."

What happens when you suddenly develop a craving for human flesh? Drew Barrymore answered that question when she starred in "Santa Clarita Diet," which premiered on Netflix in 2017 and ran for three seasons. She starred as Sheila Hammond, a suburban realtor who sends her family of three into a frenzy after she becomes undead and develops a perplexing affinity for human meat. This is another series that was produced by Drew's company, Flower Films.

Drew Barrymore isn't just a talented actress, producer, director and author — she's a makeup mogul too! In 2013, she founded Flower Beauty. She's pictured here with her products at a Walmart — which was for a time the exclusive retailer for the line, which is now also sold at Ulta — in Bentonville, Arkansas, in June 2017. How precious! Three-time co stars Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler reunited at the National Board of Review Awards in New York City in January 2020. That evening, Drew presented her longtime friend with the best actor award for his lauded performance in 2019's "Uncut Gems." Of the first time she met Adam, she said, "I, like everyone, was crazy about him and everything he did… I don't know what it was, it was an instinct, a foresight, my heart that I couldn't control, but I told him, 'I know that we are destined to work together, I know we are a match, and I believe in you so much.'"

So far, 2022 has been a great year for Drew Barrymore! In May 2022, Drew was honored at Variety's Power of Women Event (pictured) alongside Camila Cabello, Kim Cattrall, Amanda Seyfried, Queen Latifah and Venus Williams. She also earned two more Daytime Emmy nominations — for outstanding entertainment talk show and outstanding entertainment talk show host — for "The Drew Barrymore Show," which was renewed for the 2022-2023 season. "I am honored and grateful but I also want to take this show higher and continue to innovate and be a game changer in the daytime space," she said. "Rising to the occasion of finding people in the diverse way they watch is what I want to challenge myself with. Our show wants to be a bright spot not a blind spot and we just want to make people feel good. And I thank all the people who helped us get here."

On June 7, 2022, model-actress-designer Emily Ratajkowski turns 31! In honor of the beauty's birthday, Wonderwall.com is revisiting some of her best and worst looks… starting with this befuddling pick. Emily turned up at the CFDA Fashion Awards in New York City in November 2021 in these risky Miu Miu coordinates. Her funky look was comprised of a navy zip-up cropped sweater with gray piping and a blue collar that put her amazing abs on display. Though it was a great way to show off her phenomenal figure, it certainly wasn't a strong fashion moment thanks to the logo-clad underwear peeking out from her navy pleated midi-length skirt. Finishing things off? A black belt, tights and black-and-white T-strap heels.

Emily Ratajkowski served up a seriously chic street style moment while walking in New York City in November 2021 — this double denim getup. We loved the tucked-in blouse paired with high-waisted straight-leg jeans and brown accessories.

Emily Ratajkowski turned heads at the 2020 Vanity Fair Oscar Party when she arrived in this custom design from her own line, Inamorata. Her coordinates — a tiny bandeau top and a low-waisted column skirt in winter white — perfectly framed her toned tummy.

Crochet chic? Emily Ratajkowski attended the Variety Power of Women event in New York City in May 2022 in this edgy Alaia number. Unfortunately, the sleeveless crocheted turtleneck top over a bralette and low-waisted skinny pants that split at the bottom weren't a combo that we loved.

Emily Ratajkowski headed to an appearance on "Watch What Happens Live" in New York City in November 2021 in this killer combo — a blazer-style green checkered minidress paired with fun knee-high white boots.

Emily Ratajkowski served up quite the look at the 2022 Met Gala. But even though it certainly raised eyebrows, it wasn't even close to adhering to the night's "In America: An Anthology of Fashion" theme. The beauty rocked a vintage Versace number — which first went down the runway in 1992 — featuring a multicolored beaded bodice paired with an equally vibrant high-low skirt crafted from various fabrics, textures and shades.

In 2017, Emily showed up at the Christian Dior Spring/Summer 2018 show during Paris Fashion Week in a dress that surprisingly wasn't by that designer. While guests sitting in the front row typically wear a look from the presenting designer's collection, Emily went against the grain — instead, she wore this very romantic white gown from Brock Collection. The midi-length dress, which featured a corset bodice with an asymmetrical closure, a flattering sweetheart neckline and sultry thigh-high slit, was a major bridal moment. She completed the ethereal look with a pair of black heels by Altuzarra.

Unfortunately, not every look worn by Emily Ratajkowski has been a hit. Take, for example, this rather… peculiar-looking gown she wore during the Cannes Film Festival screening of "Loveless" in 2017. While the ruffled dress by Norwegian designer Peter Dundas definitely brought all the drama, we didn't exactly love the triangular chest cut-out or the mixture of fabrics.

Leave it to Emily Ratajkowski to look like an absolute vision at a social event. When she attended Marc Jacobs and Charly Defrancesco's wedding reception in New York City in 2019, the model opted for this dazzling yellow dress featuring a plunging neckline (that went down to her waist!) from Marc's eponymous label. She looked glamorous form head to toe — her copper-toned eyeshadow, high bun and strappy sandals perfectly complemented the frock. We also can't get over the makeshift collar around her neck!

Emily Ratajkowski looked beautiful at the 2019 Vanity Fair Oscar Party… but this wasn't one of our favorite looks on her. Justin Bieber's reveals part of his face has been paralyzed, says tour is indefinitely on hold

After postponing multiple concerts in the past week, Just Bieber has announced he's "physically incapable" of performing because he's experiencing facial paralysis. In an Instagram video posted June 10, the singer says he's been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. According to the Mayo Clinic, the disorder is caused by the same virus that causes chickenpox. It "occurs when a shingles outbreak affects the facial nerve near one of your ears," and causes a painful rash and in some cases "facial paralysis and hearing loss in the affected ear," per the website. In the video, Justin shows fans close-up how it's preventing him from blinking with one eye and smiling on one side of his mouth. "I gotta get my rest on so I can get my face back to where it's gotta be," he says in the clip. Justin goes on to assure fans he's doing exercises to treat the paralysis and is trying to stay confident he'll recover soon, though it's unclear how long that could take. Justin launched his Justice World Tour in February and was previously forced to miss performances due to a positive COVID-19 diagnosis. On Justin's post, he asked fans and followers to "please keep me in your prayers," sparking supportive responses from music peers like DJ Khaled and singer Khelani.

Newlyweds Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have been granted a restraining order against Britney's ex-husband, Jason Alexander, after he tried to crash the couple's A-list-packed wedding on June 9, Page Six reports. Jason livestreamed his wedding invasion at Britney's home in Thousand Oaks, California, where the ceremony took place. He was promptly arrested after dodging security and is now ordered to stay at least 100 years away from the bride and groom, according to the outlet. "Fortunately, Alexander is incarcerated and under an emergency protective order," said the singer's attorney Matthew Rosengart. Jason reportedly had a knife when he showed up on Brit's property. In addition to trespassing, he was charged with vandalism and battery. Page Six noted police discovered Jason was also wanted on a warrant "for grand theft embezzlement and possession of stolen property." Wedding guests — invited ones, that is — at Brit and Sam's wedding included Madonna, Drew Barrymore, Selena Gomez, Paris Hilton and more.

Val Kilmer says he and Tom Cruise 'blew a lot of takes laughing' while filming 'Top Gun: Maverick' reunion

When Tom Cruise called Val Kilmer to invite him to reprise his Tom "Iceman" Kazansky role in "Top Gun: Maverick," Val "said yes immediately," he recalls in a new interview with Entertainment Weekly. The sequel to 1986's "Top Gun" sees Val's Iceman — once the nemesis of Tom Cruise's Maverick when the young pilots were in training together — return as an admiral who's asked Maverick to train a new class of pilots for a dangerous mission. Although their onscreen reunion is brief, Val, 62, says "it was like no time had passed" between the stars — and between their characters — when they shot the scene. "We were all so young during the making of the first movie, but even then there was a special bond between us all," Val tells EW via email. "Even after shooting we would laugh and dance the night away!" that dynamic apparently continued when he and Tom teamed up again more than 30 years later. "We blew a lot of takes laughing so much," Val added. "It was really fun … special." In their scene, Iceman communicates through writing because his character's suffering from an illness that's caused him to lose his voice. Val's had trouble speaking in real-life since he battled throat cancer.

Howard Stern took a moment to tease Michael Che about his role in bringing Pete Davidson and a certain reality star together on the June 8 edition of the shock jock's SiriusXM Radio show. "You are quite the matchmaker," Howard said, playfully. Michael, it turns out, penned the "Aladdin" sketch on "Saturday Night Live" in October 2021 that featured a kiss between Pete and that week's host Kim Kardashian, shortly before they started dating. As Michael laughed out loud, Howard continued ribbing him. "Look at all the trouble you started. Now [Pete] is ensconced in this Kardashian lifestyle," he teased. A Dior Sauvage cologne ad starring Johnny Depp returned to the air this week after the actor's defamation trial victory against his ex-wife, Amber Heard. The ad, which aired on primetime on Fox on June 8, according to TMZ, sparked backlash when it premiered amid Amber's initial headline-making allegations of domestic abuse. It features Johnny playing "Wild Thing" on guitar and reciting lines about the wild in a voiceover. Sales for Dior's Sauvage are reportedly seeing a big spike in the wake of Johnny's courtroom win, The Wall Street Journal reported this week. The actor and musician signed on as a brand ambassador in 2015. Earlier this month, a jury primarily sided with Johnny after he sued Amber for defamation over her 2018 op-ed about the need for more support for domestic abuse survivors. Halsey responds to former nanny's lawsuit, says she left baby unsupervised

Halsey responded to a lawsuit filed by a former live-in nanny this week, dismissing claims the singer's decision to fire the woman in March amounted to "disability discrimination and retaliation." In the suit, Ashley Funches claims she was let go over a request to "take a medical leave of absence" from her job because of a health emergency. She also says she was expected to care for Halsey's son, Ender, "around the clock on consecutive days with little to no day of rest" and inadequate overtime compensation. "These allegations are baseless," a rep for Halsey, who uses she/they pronouns, told ET in a statement on June 9. "This individual's employment was recently terminated in response to specific incidents in which Halsey's infant was left unsupervised in an unsafe location while under the nanny's care, and it was discovered the nanny was intoxicated while the child was in her care," the statement continued. Halsey's rep also denied the nanny's claims she complained about her hours and overtime pay and included a statement about ableism, or discrimination in favor of able-bodied people, in the workplace. "Consequently, while Halsey is both saddened and disappointed by this turn of events, they feel it is important to refute these allegations publicly, as they take ableism and ethical working conditions very seriously," the statement adds. "Halsey wants to be absolutely clear that they remain a vocal advocate both against ableism and for ethical working conditions." Halsey, who welcomed Ender with Alev Aydin, last summer, recently opened up on Instagram about struggling with various health ailments for years.

Candace Cameron Bure cries over the 'state of the world' on Instagram

Candace Cameron-Bure is getting emotional over, well, everything.

The "Full House" star posted a series of videos to her Instagram Story on Thursday, June 10, in which she was tearful and covering her face at times.

"Do you ever scroll through Instagram and just get sad at the state of the world?" she asked. "That's me right now."

The actress didn't specify what exactly got her emotional, but she attempted to change her mental state with a "gratitude challenge."

"I'm going to think of the things that I am grateful for, and I am grateful for God, Lord Jesus Christ, who's in control of all of it," she continued. "I'm grateful that He's already given all of us and me the ability to be justified before Him and be sanctified throughout the process of my life and that He redeems it all at the end, and that's awesome."

The actress later stressed the importance of fitness, believing it can help in reversing her "sad" feelings.

Candace's post comes two weeks after she broke down over the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, which claimed 21 lives, 19 of which where elementary school children.

"With the tragedy and the loss of those 21 people that is so hard, and as a mother I grieve and I just want to grieve with the people of Uvalde and the families," she said.

Why Jennifer Lopez was initially furious about her 2020 Super Bowl Halftime show

Jennifer Lopez and Shakira's 2020 Super Bowl Halftime Show performance was hailed as a massive success by critics and fans alike — but Jennifer initially slammed the collaboration as "the worst idea in the world." The singer's true feelings play out in her upcoming Netflix documentary, "Halftime," which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City on June 8. "This is the worst idea in the world to have two people do the Super Bowl," J.Lo says in the film, according to Sports Illustrated. "This is something I have been working for and hoping for for years," she later explains, though that's just one of her issues with the concept. As she tells her music director in the film, six minutes isn't enough time for both singers to cover the ground they want to, musically, let alone convey a message about the immigration crisis the U.S. was facing at the time. "It was an insult to say you needed two Latinas to do the job that one artist historically has done," adds her manager, Benny Medina. J.Lo also reveals NFL "higher-ups" demanded she and Shakira "pull the cages" they planned to include onstage in protest of children being kept in cages at ICE detention centers at the time. She's later seen telling NFL execs, "We're not changing the show." (And they didn't.) "Halftime" hits Netflix June 14.

Kourtney Kardashian calls out Hulu's editors on engagement coverage in 'The Kardashians'

Kourtney Kardashian was not happy with the way Hulu's editors portrayed her engagement to Travis Barker on "The Kardashians," the reality star reveals in this week's episode of the new series. "[Travis and I] film and have the best time ever," Kourt tells her pal Steph Shepherd in the June 9 edition of the show (via BuzzFeed) "And then we've been watching the edits, and it's been so annoying because they're swirling us in with this Scott drama." The "Scott drama" she's referring to is the way her ex, Scott Disick, felt about her plans to marry Travis. From Kourt's perspective, the initial cuts made too much of Scott's response and didn't focus enough on her engagement. "I am in one of the best places I've ever been in my life, and it's time for our show to catch up," she snaps. The night Travis proposed, Kourtney adds, she wasn't bitter at anyone for thinking about Scott's potential response "because it wasn't a part of the night — it was like two seconds of the night." She goes on to accuse the show's editors of "enabling this old narrative and buying into something that doesn't really exist," and says the episode should instead focus on "me getting out of toxic relationships and really having this fairytale love story that is my reality." Travis popped the question to Kourtney in October 2021. The couple said "I do" in Portofino, Italy, on May 22.

As of June 9, Britney Spears' teenage sons were not planning to attend their mom and Sam Asghari's wedding later in the day, their dad's lawyer told People. "They're happy for their mom and they are hopeful that Sam and Britney are starting a great future together," Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said of Sean Federline, 16, and Jayden Federline, 15. "It's their night and they didn't want to take away from them." Bob Saget reflects on the meaning of his life and how John Stamos helped him find it in newly published interview

John Stamos recently told CNN his favorite part of the new special, "Dirty Daddy: The Bob Saget Tribute," which hits Netflix on June 10, comes courtesy of Jim Carrey. In the scene, Jim suggests the late comic and "Full House" star is "floating above us, flanked by angels," as they tell him, among other things, he "made people laugh" and "created a cathedral of f****** love in this world.'" As it turns out, John helped Bob have some of those very same revelations while he was still living. In a newly published interview with Bob, one of his last before he died in January at age 65, the star reflects on how a birthday bash John surprised him with helped him begin to understand his contributions to the world. "Sixty hit me very hard, but a friend of mine threw a big party that I didn't expect," Bob says in the multi-part interview on Luminary's "Til This Day with Radio Rahim" podcast. "And I found out how much love that I had given to receive so much love from people. So that was the time, I think, at about 60, maybe in my late 50s — and this isn't without other hardships that were happening at the same time, just personal things — but I really started to go, 'You mean something.'" He goes on to say, "I know for a fact that I have helped people. I know that I have given a lot of love to people, because I have a lot. I have an extreme amount. I was raised with it. It's what helped me to survive and stay sane. It's what helped me not let myself die." June 8 declared 'Katy Perry Day' on the Las Vegas Strip

ICYMI, happy Katy Perry Day! The singer got her very own official mini-holiday in Las Vegas on June 8, when the Clark County commission presented her with the Key to the Las Vegas Strip in honor of her successful "Play" residency at Resorts World Las Vegas. "If the demand is there, I'll just keep playing," she told Entertainment Tonight at the ceremony, noting that a Sin City residency is "kind of like the pinnacle for the pop star." Looking ahead though, Katy said she hopes to get back on the road at some point — and she wants to take Daisy, the 1-year-old daughter she shares with Orlando Bloom. Johnny Depp sings 'I won't believe in humans anymore' on new song

Johnny Depp and acclaimed guitarist Jeff Beck have released a new, Johnny-penned single from their forthcoming album, "18." And it sure sounds like the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star's thoughts were on his defamation case against ex-wife Amber Heard when he wrote the lyrics. On "This Is a Song for Miss Hedy Lamarr," Johnny croons, ​"I don't believe, I can't believe, I won't believe humans anymore … It's so hard to talk when no one will hear, and everyone stares as you quiver in fear," according to Guitar World, which notes the first verse references the 1940s actress who's referenced in the title. "Erased by the same world who made her a star," Johnny sings, "The light of her being, her exotic allure / was torn at the seams for daring to dream / it's so hard to speak when you're frozen in scream … Feels like a dream, but it's life and it's death." The new song comes on the heels of Johnny's controversy-stirring trial victory against Amber, and subsequent photos of the actor seemingly requiring assistance as he exited a hotel in England. According to a Page Six source, Johnny's been "getting mobbed by fans" overseas and the men helping him were security.

R. Kelly deserves 25-plus years in prison, prosecutors say

Federal prosecutors in New York City have recommended at least 25 years behind bars for R. Kelly ahead of his sex trafficking sentencing, CNN reported this week. In a sentencing memorandum filed June 8, prosecutors said their request was based on the singer's "decades"-long criminal past and his "callous disregard for the very real effects that his crimes had on his victims." In addition to prison time, they recommended a fine between $50,000 to $250,000, according to the outlet. In addition to sex trafficking, the 55-year-old was convicted last year of racketeering charges, including bribery, kidnapping and sexually exploiting a child. In the filing, prosecutors said the singer used his "fame, money and popularity" to "prey upon children and young women for his own sexual gratification" and has since shown no remorse. "While the government doubts that the defendant will be deterred, a lengthy sentence of imprisonment will serve to deter others — including those with wealth, fame and the outsized power such status brings — from engaging in similar crimes," the memo stated. R. Kelly's sentencing is reportedly slated for June 29.

Damian Lewis honors late wife a year after her death

Damian Lewis' late wife, Helen McCrory, is gone, but not forgotten. 

The "Homeland" star paid tribute to the "Peaky Blinders" actress while appearing on "Good Morning Britain" on Thursday, June 9, calling her a "fabulous human being."

While speaking about her involvement in the annual Soccer Aid charity tournament in England, Damian also noted that Helen's influence continues to be everywhere. 

"When she came to Soccer Aid the very first time [in 2006] and I got into my hotel room up in Manchester in The Lowry, it was covered in Union Jack bunting and England flags everywhere, which she had gone out and bought and decorated the room with," he said. "So, she's with us. … She's with us again this year."

The "Good Morning Britain" hosts praised Helen while chatting about a recent memorial held in her honor, which they both attended.

"She was a fabulous human being and people from all walks of life have been in touch to say what an impact she had on their lives," Damian shared. "That day we had the other day…was a special day, I'm very glad you could have been part of it."

He continued, "She was celebrated by, you know, her tribe, her profession, the acting profession — actors, directors, producers, writers — all showed up and she's much, much missed."

On April 16, 2021, Damian announced that Helen had passed away at the age of 52 after a battle with cancer. In an essay about his wife, Damian said the "Harry Potter" star managed to "spread happiness" as her time was coming to an end. 

"Even when dying in her last few days, when talking to our wonderful carers, she repeatedly said, 'thank you so much' in her half delirious state," Damian penned in The Sunday Times. "I've never known anyone able to enjoy life as much. Her ability to be in the present and enjoy the moment was inspirational. Nor was she interested in navel-gazing. No real interest in self- reflection; she believed in looking out, not in. Which is why she was able to turn her light so brightly on others."

Reese Witherspoon and ex Ryan Phillippe reunite for son's graduation

Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe are together again.

The former couple reunited this week to celebrate their son Deacon's graduation, and Ryan posted a series of images and videos documenting the moment.

"Homeschool graduation," Ryan captioned the Instagram post.  

In a photo from the celebration, the proud parents flanked Deacon, who rocked an orange cap and gown. Ryan donned his own black cap and gown for the occasion, whereas Reese wore a polka dot dress and a smile. 

"I played principal," Ryan noted. 

A fun video showed Deacon receiving his diploma and shaking hands with his father-turned-principal and friends Matt Sinn and Benjamin Massing, who acted as the home school administration. Deacon happily held up his diploma and toss his cap into the air, only to have it land in a pool. Reese can be seen rescuing the cap before it drowns.

"Best dad ever," Deacon commented on Ryan's post. Actor Justin Long also marveled at the youthfulness of the "Cruel Intentions" stars. 

"All three of you could be recent high school graduates!," he commented.

Reese and Ryan were married from 1999 to 2007. In addition to Deacon, the couple shares 22-year-old daughter Ava. 

It's not completely uncommon for Reese and Ryan reunite for the sake of their children, having done so last October for Deacon's 18th birthday.

"Happy 18th birthday to our gorgeous, smart, talented and caring son," Ryan captioned a photo. "You are a true light in this world and are so loved by all who know you. We are lucky to be your mom and dad. Love you, pup."

He added, "I'd say we did pretty good @reesewitherspoon."

These two could teach a master class in graceful co-parenting.

Halsey 'panicked' after concert canceled due to torrential flood, rodent infestation

Halsey had to cancel a concert in Maryland after torrential rainfall flooded the venue and soaked awaiting fans.

Social media video from the Merriweather Post Pavilion also showed Halsey's crew kicking a large rodent off the stage toward the drenched fans. Other videos showed rain pouring down onto the crowd, all while the National Weather Service had issued tornado and flood warnings.

According to reports, the concert was delayed, but fans were told Halsey would go on at 10 p.m. However, the show was eventually canceled as flooding turned the venue into a makeshift swimming pool.

"Right now I'm heartbroken and panicked and I just want to know when/that you all get home safely. I love you guys more than anything," the pop star tweeted after the cancelation, later noting that it was too "unsafe" to go on with the show.

In the end, Halsey erred on the side of "safety" but said was unhappy with how the venue handled the situation.

During the storm, fans took to Twitter to indicate they were hiding in bathrooms to escape the storm. Flood waters eventually engulfed the venue.

On Thursday, June 9, Halsey was still thinking about the previous evening.

Johnny Depp's lawyers are slamming claims Amber Heard may have been targeted by an online smear campaign that influenced the outcome of Johnny and Amber's recent defamation trial. Speaking to Savannah Guthrie on "Today" on June 8, attorneys Ben Chew and Camille Vasquez were asked if Johnny or anyone on his team coaxed or paid fans to drag Amber and support Johnny, on social media, as the pair's claims of abuse played out via livestream from the Virginia courtroom. "Categorically false," Camille said. Ben called the notion "baseless." On June 1, the jury found Johnny and Amber had defamed each other. But they found Amber's 2018 Washington Post op-ed about surviving domestic abuse, which Johnny originally sued his ex-wife over, was more malicious than statements another lawyer for the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star made about Amber's claims Johnny assaulted her. Johnny was awarded $13.35 million in damages (later reduced in accordance with Virginia law), while Amber was awarded $2 million. Amber was criticized mercilessly on social media over the course of the six week trial, and since the jury was not sequestered, Amber's lawyer has called foul on the whole thing. "There's no way they couldn't have been influenced by [what was on social media], and it was horrible," Elaine Charlson Bredehoft said last week on "Today." "It really, really was lopsided." Asked if jurors may have been influenced by the press and social media coverage of the trial, Ben said, "No, I don't think there's any reason to believe that the jurors violated their oath." Said Camille: "It is everywhere, but at the same time, [jurors] were admonished every single night. And they had a tremendous amount of respect for the court and the process, and they were doing the best that they could." After his swell of support on TikTok, Johnny joined the platform this week and thanked fans.

Nick Cannon confirms he's having more babies this year

Nick Cannon's talk show was canceled in March after one season, but his babymaker brand seems to have no expiration date. On June 7's "Lip Service" podcast, the "Masked Singer" host and soon-to-be father of eight revealed the baby he and Bre Tiesi are expecting won't be the only new addition to his growing brood in 2022. Asked about social media claims he has "three babies on the way" this year, the 41-year-old, who welcomed three children in 2021, initially got coy. "When you say 'on the way,' … what count are you at?" he asked. "Let's just put it this way … the stork is on the way." Though he didn't confirm how many stork visits are in the works, he hinted there could be at least three more little ones in his near future, teasing, "if you thought it was a lot of kids last year …" Nick also discussed his apparently brief experience with celibacy, recalling that it started around October after his therapist told him he "needed to chill out." "I didn't even make it" to January, he said, citing his depression over the death of his 5-month-old son, Zen, which he and Alyssa Scott announced in December 2021. "Everybody saw I was down," Nick continued. He went on to say sex seemed like a potential "cure" at the time. "I fell victim to it 'cause I was in a weak state … So December, especially right before Christmas … I broke the celibacy," he recalled. "But I was probably celibate for a month and a half strong … I was trying to do it. I had a new show, new energy, I was dealing with a lot." When the podcast's co-hosts asked if the new babies would be arriving in September and October, Nick laughed and admitted, "Y'all are pretty good at math."

Kanye West is reportedly taking a year-long break from music amid his custody drama with Kim Kardashian and other personal matters. In an interview with Complex published on June 8, the music star's frequent collaborator, Vory, mentions Kanye's current situation while discussing their friendship. "I was just talking to him today," Vory says. "We've been talking through my best friend, who's also his assistant, because he hasn't been wanting to talk to anybody. He's taking a year off, and he was like, 'D***, you think Vory is going to be mad at me if I don't go to his release party?' And I was like, 'Nah, you're straight, bro.'" Vory adds, "He's battling his own s***." Though it's unclear when the interview was conducted, Kanye's grown quieter on social media in recent weeks. Looks like the Kardashians' fans aren't the only ones who think Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble may have secretly tied the knot. A new preview for the June 9 episode of "The Kardashians" shows Khloe Kardashian grilling her mom about the status of her relationship with her significant other. "I've heard from so many people that you're secretly married," Khloe challenges Kris in the clip (via E! News). "No, I'm not secretly married," Kris, 66, says with a laugh. Khloe then asks Kris to display her hands, and sure enough, there's a big yellow rock on her left ring finger. "Hmm, looks like …," Khloe says before her mom cuts her off. "Stop. You think I'm gonna get married and not have a big-a** party?!" she asks. "I'm not secretly married. I swear to God on all my kids and daddy." The couple has apparently taken the next step, though. The clip also features Kris gushing that she's now living with Corey, 41. "He's been so amazing moving into the house because he really handles everything. There's so much security," Kris says. "I love that side of him, because he's always really protective." The stars have reportedly been together since 2014. Foo Fighters announce Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concerts as late drummer's wife speaks out

The Foo Fighters are returning to the stage in honor of their late drummer, Taylor Hawkins, who died in March at age 50 shortly before a scheduled performance in Bogota, Columbia. On June 8, the Dave Grohl-fronted band announced a pair of "all-star," Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concerts are planned for London's Wembley Stadium on Sept. 3 and The Kia Forum in Los Angeles on Sept. 27. Presented by the band and the Hawkins family, the concerts will feature some of the artists Taylor "idolized," along with the drummer's "Foo Fighters brothers in celebration of Taylor's memory and his legacy as a global rock icon," the band said in a press release, promising fans would see the late musician's "bandmates and his inspirations playing the songs that he fell in love with, and the ones he brought to life." Taylor's wife, Alison, also shared her first statement since her husband's death, thanking "fans far and wide" for their love and support. "Your kindness has been an invaluable comfort my family and me during this time of unimaginable grief," she continued. "As Taylor's wife, and on behalf of our children, I want to share how much you meant to him and how dedicated he was to 'knocking your socks off' during every performance." Alison, who shares three children with the late Grammy winner, also said her husband's "endearing spirit" would "live on" through the music he made with the Foos and others. Amid news of his death this spring, tributes flooded social media, with artists from Mick Jagger, Joan Jett and Jimmy Page to Miley Cyrus and Travis Barker honoring Taylor's legacy.

Harvey Weinstein to face indecent assault charges in London

Harvey Weinstein is set to face two counts of indecent assault in the U.K. stemming from an alleged incident in 1996 in London, the Crown Prosecution Service announced on June 8. The news comes as the former movie producer awaits trial in Los Angeles on forcible rape charges while serving a 23-year sentence following a felony sex crimes conviction in New York. The charges were authorized "following a review of the evidence gathered by the Metropolitan Police in its investigation," according to CPS special crime division head, Rosemary Ainslie. A woman who's reportedly now in her 50s accused Harvey, 70, of the assault, police said. Sexual harassment and assault allegations against the former producer by actresses including Rose McGowan, Ashley Judd and Rosanna Arquette, have been credited with sparking the #MeToo Movement. His attempt to appeal his conviction in New York was dismissed earlier this month.

Amy Schumer has become Tampax's scapegoat for tampon shortages

Amy Schumer has been called a lot of things over the years, but the cause of a tampon shortage is a new one.

While a baby formula shortage has garnered an avalanche of media coverage, another shortage has largely gone under the radar: the diminishing supply of tampons on store shelves.

Time magazine called the tampon shortage the "supply chain problem that no one's talking about." Procter & Gamble, who makes Tampax, America's most popular tampon, acknowledged the shortage but pinned the blame squarely on the "Trainwreck" star. Back in 2020, the comedian starred in a series of Tampax commercials and hoped to normalize conversations about menstruation.

Since those commercials, demand for Tampax is up 7.7% and its factory in Maine is running nonstop to meet demand. 

Citing the commercials, a P&G spokeswoman said, "Retail sales growth has exploded."

To be fair, it may be a stretch to blame the comedian for the shortage, as other brands are also experiencing low inventory.

According to Time, P&G "posted its biggest sales gain in decades in the most recent quarter, and the amount of money it made from sales in its feminine care division was up 10%."

Interestingly, when company hires a celebrity spokesman, the hope is that increased sales will follow. In Tampax's case, it seemed to work a little too well.

Shakira breaks social media silence after splitting with ex amid cheating rumors

Shakira won't stay silent forever. 

For the first time since announcing that she and longtime beau Gerard Pique have split, the singer posted on social media. Still, Shakira didn't address the breakup, choosing instead to promote her new show "Dancing With Myself," which also stars Nick Jonas and Liza Koshy.

On Tuesday, June 8, Shakira shared several of Liza's Instagram posts and left no commentary.

While Shakira's professional life seems to be firing on all cylinders, the same can't be said for her personal life. On June 1, El Periodico reported that the Colombian singer recently dumped her partner of more than a decade after she caught him with another woman. The Spanish newspaper added that the soccer star has since relocated from their family home to his bachelor pad in Barcelona, where he's said to be enjoying his newly single status.

Shakira, who hasn't posted about Gerard on social media in months, and the athlete confirmed their split on June 4. "We regret to confirm that we are separating," they said in a statement. "For the well-being of our [two] children, who are our highest priority, we ask that you respect our privacy. Thank you for your understanding."

El Periodico, according to a source, said the Barcelona defender has been living the "party lifestyle" at his new pad and enjoying nights out with his teammates. 

Despite the cheating claims, the couple is trying to stay friendly for the sake of their children, Milan, 9, and Sasha, 7. Last weekend they both attended their eldest son's baseball tournament in the Czech Republic.

The two did not sit next to each other at the sporting event.

Todd Chrisley's estranged daughter, Lindsie, reacts to father's guilty verdict

Although Lindsie Chrisley has had a severely strained relationship with her father, Todd Chrisley, for years, she's not celebrating his massive legal loss and possible prison sentence.

"I know most of you are expecting to hear from me on my podcasts this week as I took time to be with my family last week," Lindsie wrote on her Instagram Story on Wednesday, June  8. "The verdict is not what I had hoped or prayed for, and I am deeply saddened for myself, my son and my family as a whole."

Just one day prior to Lindsie's post, Todd and his wife, Julie, were found guilty on all counts of criminal bank fraud and tax evasion charges in federal court. Prosecutors had claimed the "Chrisley Knows Best" stars took out $30 million in fraudulent bank loans to fund their extravagant lifestyle, something done before they found reality TV fame.

In addition, the couple was accused of hiding their reality TV money so they wouldn't have to pay taxes on it. Todd and Julie, though, argued that they were in the dark, insisting that someone else managed their finances.

Todd and Julie face up to 30 years in prison, and they'll be sentenced at a later date.

After the verdict, Lindsie said, "Please pray for us during this difficult time and know that I will be back when the time is right."

The fact that Lindsie is taking the high road might come as a surprise considering the complicated history she and her father have.

In the summer of 2019, Lindsie, 32, went to police and claimed that her dad and half-brother Chase Chrisley were "threatening and harassing her" and wanted her to lie about an incident believed to involve Todd's taxes. If she refused to do so, she claimed, her dad and brother threatened to release a sex tape in which she was supposedly involved.

Lindsie — who believed her brother was in possession of a tape — filed a police report in Georgia. 

Todd vehemently denied having any involvement in obtaining an alleged sex tape featuring his estranged daughter, but he did discuss it in a statement, claiming Lindsie had affairs with stars from "The Bachelorette." 

"It's heartbreaking and shameful that these kinds of accusations have to be aired in public. We have tried to keep Lindsie's extramarital relationships with Robby Hayes and Josh Murray private for her sake since August of 2016," Todd said in a statement. "Sadly, for reasons we can only guess at, she ran to the sheriff's office to accuse her brother of buying a sex tape of her and Robby, which was a complete lie, and now she's telling more lies about me." He added, "Although our hearts are broken, Lindsie is our daughter and we will always love her."

Kylie Minogue reflects on trademark battle with Kylie Jenner

Back in 2017, Kylie Jenner attempted to trademark her first name, but another famous woman of the same name stood in the way: Kylie Minogue.

In the end, the "Can't Get You Out of My Head" singer successfully blocked the reality TV star from trademarking their shared name. 

While on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" on Tuesday, June 7, Kylie Minogue was asked about the battle.

"It was just business, obviously," she said. "When I was named Kylie, there was like … I think I met one person older than me called Kylie. So it was kind of unusual."

When "The Kardashians" star first filed for the trademark, her Kylie Cosmetics makeup line was in high demand and consistently selling out, which eventually led her to billionaire status. Kylie Minogue, 54, seemed to understand why the mother-of-two would want to own the name, but she wasn't having it. 

"I've spent a lifetime protecting my brand, building my brand," the O.G. Kylie said on the Bravo show. "It was just something that had to be done."

Although she didn't detail her win, Kylie Minogue did say the women "came to an agreement."

Cohen, seemingly knowing the details, laughed, "Yes, you did." He then wondered, "Oh my God. Did you have to call Kris Jenner and be like 'let me tell you something.'"

Hinting that the case was done via lawyers, Kylie Minogue responded, "No, but I'd love to meet them."

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's defamation trial ended June 1 with a $13.35 million win for Johnny, a meager $2 million in damages for Amber, and a statement from Amber's lawyer saying the actress plans to appeal. So what's next for the two? As Johnny told his 4.6 million followers on TikTok after joining the site on June 7, he intends to "move forward together" with the support of his fans. His comments sparked this response from Amber's rep, according to People: "As Johnny Depp says he's 'moving forward,' women's rights are moving backward. The verdict's message to victims of domestic violence is … be afraid to stand up and speak out." Whether that message will be rewritten if Amber appeals remains to be seen. On June 6, Time reported an appeal will likely take years and cost millions. Still, legal experts say appealing could be worth it for Amber, who may fare better before a panel of appellate judges than she did in live-streamed proceedings before a mostly male jury that was not sequestered amid rampant criticism of Amber on social media. It could also work in Amber's favor that a British court without a jury found Amber's claims Johnny abused her to be "substantially true" when he sued the publisher of The Sun in 2020 for calling him a "wife beater." (When Johnny lost the libel case on appeal, he'd already sued Amber for defamation over her 2018 op-ed about surviving domestic abuse. Amber never named Johnny in the piece.) Mary Anne Franks, a professor at University of Miami School of Law who specializes in civil rights, tells Time the live-streamed trial was "a particularly unusual decision given that the case involved allegations of sexual abuse and domestic violence." She added that not sequestering the jury resulted in "a trial by social media." Ultimately, says Washington, D.C. family law attorney Rebekah Sullivan, "Anyone appealing has an uphill battle."

Brad is reportedly pursuing a majority stake in the business, and his lawyers argue in the new filing that he's responsible for turning Miraval into "a multimillion-dollar global business and one of the world's most highly regarded producers of rosé wine," while Angelina contributed "nothing to Miraval's success." Pitt's lawyers go on to assert Yuri Shefler, the Russian billionaire who controls Tenuto del Mondo, is now after "confidential and proprietary information for the benefit of his competing enterprise" as part of a hostile takeover of Miraval. Finally, Brad's team claims the oligarch's "cutthroat business tactics and dubious professional associations" are jeopardizing "the reputation of the brand Pitt so carefully built." The two also remain locked in a custody battle over the five children they share who are still under 18.

Andy Cohen says he might give his children his remaining frozen embryos

Now that he's happily raising two kids who were born via surrogate, Andy Cohen says he might pass on the remaining embryos to his children some day. On the June 6 edition of SiriusXM's "Jeff Lewis Live," the Bravo exec was asked about plans for any other embryos he may have frozen. "I have a few. I can't remember. I think I have three left?" Andy told the host. "You know what I'm thinking — this is crazy — but if either of them cannot have kids, maybe in 20 years they'll defrost their sibling and raise them," he added. "Is that a weird thought?" Today.com reports it's a perfectly valid idea, actually, as do the folks at the National Embryo Donation Center, which coordinates embryo donation for those who may be finished having kids. Andy, 54, welcomed his first child, Benjamin, in 2019. Andy's daughter Lucy — a "biological sibling" to her big brother, Andy told Jeff — was born in April 2022.

Justin Bieber cancels Toronto concerts hours before showtime: 'Doctors' orders'

Justin Bieber's hometown fans in Toronto won't see him perform, as scheduled, this week. On June 7, the singer announced an undisclosed illness is forcing him to reschedule the "next few shows" on his Justice World Tour. "Can't believe I'm saying this, I've done everything to get better but my sickness is getting worse," Justin shared on his Instagram Story just hours before he was due to perform the first of two concerts at Toronto's Scotiabank Arena. "My heart breaks that I will have to postpone these next few shows (doctors orders). To all my people I love you all so much and I'm gonna rest and get better!" A statement from the venue posted to Twitter later in the day noted the postponement is due to "a non-COVID related illness." The singer canceled 14 shows due to "depression, anxiety and exhaustion" at the last minute in 2017, as some fans on Twitter seem to recall. "Justin Bieber just postponed his Toronto shows tonight and tomorrow… this is the THIRD time he's cancelled/postponed a show I was supposed to go to," one user wrote.

With her divorce from Brandon Blackstock behind her, Kelly Clarkson credits two key parts of her life with getting her through the split. On the June 6 edition of the "Today" show, Al Roker revealed his secret to losing "about 45 pounds" in "several months" with a plan he said has also benefited his mental health. After NBC News correspondent Morgan Radford's report on new weight loss research, Al, 67, opened up about his latest path to maintaining a healthy weight. "Exercise, and not extreme exercise. We're doing that 30-day walking challenge that improves, I think, your mental health," Al said. "Combined with a low-carb diet, I've lost about 45 pounds in the last several months. I do about 100 grams of carbs a day and I walk." Hoda Kotb then chimed in to point out Al also does a bit of weight training. In March, the show's weatherman celebrated the 20-year anniversary of his gastric bypass surgery, telling social media fans and "Today" viewers he weighed 340 pounds before having the procedure.

Twitter thinks Dua Lipa is involved in a 'love triangle' with Netflix star

Maybe these are Dua Lipa's New Rules?

Fans of the singer speculated that she might be involved in a love triangle after recently sparking romance rumors with Netflix star Aron Piper. However, the following day, FKA twigs posted a video in which she passionately kissed the actor.

Dua Lipa could either be, as one person said, in a "messy situation," or this could be a carefully plotted publicity stunt to promote "Why Don't You Love Me," her single with twigs. The "Elite" actor, some fans suspect, will star in the music video.

"Why Don't You Love Me" has not been released, but it was teased during Dua's Studio 2054 livestream in 2020.

Still, Twitter had some thoughts about a potential love triangle. 

"WASNT THIS MAN JUST W DUA LIPA? LMFAOOO ARON GETTING TOSSED AROUND" one person tweeted.  "This twigs/dua/aron thing is so messy i can't," one persons said. Another noted, "the dua lipa, fka twigs and aron piper situation is literally an elite episode."

Kelly Dodd quits Twitter… for now

Kelly Dodd is saying ta-ta to Twitter.

The former "Real Housewives of Orange County" star announced on Instagram that she had quit Twitter, equating the social media platform to a "toxic boyfriend."

Alongside a screen grab of her current Twitter page (which shows it being nonexistent,) Kelly took aim at her haters, as she often does. 

"Saying goodbye to my 211,000 Twitter followers… this is for you, trolls," she wrote. "It's like having a toxic boyfriend. You like getting off but it's not worth it in the end."

The reality TV star believes there's "too much hate & too many fake accounts" on the platform and argued that "cancel culture" was born on Twitter. 

Although she insisted that she's "done" with the social media giant, Kelly left the door open for a return, hinting that she would be open to a Twitter reconciliation if Elon Musk takes over, as he's rumored to do. For now, Kelly will be much more of an Instagram devotee.

Funny enough, Kelly claimed just one day prior to her Twitter exit that she hopes the Tesla founder "doesn't" buy the platform. "Who would buy stock in that fake evil platform," she wrote alongside, ironically enough, a screenshot of a tweet in which she laments not having a "blue check mark" to indicate she has a verified account.

Bruce Willis' wife learning to focus on her own needs amid his aphasia diagnosis

Bruce Willis' wife, Emma Heming Willis, is realizing that she can't devote her entire life to helping his. 

On Tuesday, June 7, Emma stressed the importance of self care on her Instagram Story.

"When you put everyone's needs above your own, no one wins," she wrote. "I don't do this perfectly but I really am trying so I can be the best I can be for the people I love and adore."

Emma's message comes more than two months after it was announced that the "Pulp Fiction" star was retiring due to Aphasia, a condition that affects a person's ability to communicate — to speak, write and understand language.

"Our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is impacting his cognitive abilities," his family said in a statement on March 30, just days after Bruce celebrated his 67th birthday. "As a result of this and with much consideration Bruce is stepping away from the career that has meant so much to him."

Emma, who shares two children with the beloved actor, recently said she was struggling with her husband's health. 

"I put my family's needs above my own, which I found does not make me any kind of hero," she told The Bump last month. "That amount of care for everyone else within my household had taken a toll on my mental health and overall health, and it served no one in my family."

She also recently told The Womens Alzheimers Movement, "Someone told me not long ago that when you over-care for someone, you end up under-caring for yourself. That stopped me in my tracks and really resonated with me."

There's trouble in paradise for Shakira and Gerard Piqué. On June 1, El Periodico reported that, according to a source, the Colombian singer recently dumped her partner of more than a decade after she caught him with another woman. The Spanish newspaper added that the soccer star has since relocated from their family home to his bachelor pad in Barcelona, where he's said to be enjoying his newly single status. On May 31, People magazine reported that, according to a source, Matthew Morrison got the boot from season 17 of "So You Think You Can Dance" because he developed "an inappropriate relationship with a female contestant." Explained the source, "They didn't have sex, but he reached out to her through flirty direct messages on social media. She felt uncomfortable with his line of comments and went to producers, who then got FOX involved. He was fired after they did their own investigation." The female contestant and the "Glee" alum — who's been married to Renee Puente since 2014 — "never met up off set," added the insider, noting that the actor simply sent "messages that crossed the line." Echoed an Us Weekly source, "The messages contained sexual innuendos and were flirty to the extent he was overstepping boundaries. He didn't have sex with the contestant, but she complained to producers about him because the messages made her feel uncomfortable and awkward and then they took it to HR." On June 2, Matthew took to Instagram share a video hitting back at the "blatantly untrue statements made anonymously" about his exit from "SYTYCD." On June 2, multiple media outlets reported that Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh — the estranged wife of NeNe's boyfriend of less than a year, Nyonisela Sioh — is suing the reality star for $100K for allegedly having an affair with the businessman that ultimately "alienated, estranged and destroyed" the "love and affection" in their marriage. According to Page Six, Malomine says that she and Nyonisela "enjoyed a genuine happy marital relationship" with an "active sexual relationship" until he connected with NeNe and launched into an "uninhibited and adulterous affair" that has since caused her "embarrassment, humiliation and disgrace." On May 23, Todd Chrisley's former friend and business partner, Mark Braddock, alleged that he and the reality star had "a personal relationship of an intimate nature" for about a year in the early 2000s. Mark made the bombshell allegation in an Atlanta courtroom while testifying as part of a federal fraud trial centered around Todd and his wife of more than 25 years, Julie Chrisley. Johnny Depp racks up $60,000 dinner bill at Indian restaurant in England after winning defamation case

The taste of victory was expensive for Johnny Depp.

On Sunday, June 5, an Indian restaurant in Birmingham, England, closed down to the public so the actor and 21 of his pals could dine without interruption. According to DailyMail.com and TMZ, Johnny spent about $60,000 on the meal at Varanasi.

Mohammed Hussain, the restaurant's operations director, said Johnny was pleasant and humble during the visit. 

Johnny has been riding high in Europe since winning his defamation case against ex-wife Amber Heard. He's essentially been mobbed by fans everywhere he goes, with many of them begging him to do another "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie.

"I absolutely believe post-verdict that 'Pirates' is primed for rebooting with Johnny as Capt. Jack back on board," a former Walt Disney Studios exec told People magazine last week. "There is just too much potential box-office treasure for a beloved character deeply embedded in the Disney culture."

The insider added, "With [producer] Jerry Bruckheimer riding high on the massive success of Tom Cruise in 'Top Gun: Maverick,' there is huge appetite for bringing back bankable Hollywood stars in massively popular franchises."

Johnny starred in five "Pirates" films, and he even earned an Oscar nomination for playing Capt. Jack Sparrow in the original "Pirates of the Caribbean" in 2003.

In winning his high-profile court case, the jury awarded Johnny $15 million in damages, although Virginia law dropped that figure down to $8.35 million. 

Amber has said she will appeal the jury's decision. Her attorney told the "Today" show that Amber can't afford to pay $8.35 million.

Stars including Cardi B, JoJo Siwa and Janelle Monae came together in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 5, for the West Hollywood Pride Parade, kicking off a month of festivities celebrating the LGBTQ+ community. Clad in an on-theme rainbow jumpsuit and matching rainbow hair, the rapper — who officiated Raven-Symone and Miranda Maday's wedding earlier this year — was photographed spraying shots of boozy whipped cream into the mouths of adoring fans as she rolled past on a float packed with friends. JoJo, dubbed the parade's "Next Gen Pride Icon," and her on-again girlfriend, Kylie Prew, were also decked out in full rainbow shades as they partied on a separate float, while "Grand Marshall Icon" Janelle opted for a barely-there black top, silver chain pasties and a skintight black and white checkered skirt. She topped off the look with a matching black and white checkered police hat — and later promised "more gay things to come" on Instagram. Other celebs spotted at the WeHo Pride bash included MJ Rodriguez, Loni Love, Cheyenne Jackson and Gloria Allred.

Mariah Carey hit with $20M lawsuit over 'All I Want For Christmas Is You'

Mariah Carey's "Queen of Christmas" status could end up costing her millions. In a $20 million lawsuit filed in New Orleans on Friday, June 3, singer-songwriter Andy Stone claims Mariah's massive, 1994 hit "All I Want For Christmas Is You" exploited the name, "style" and "popularity" of a song of the same name he co-wrote and recorded with his band, Vince Vance and the Valiants, five years earlier, according to NBC News. Naming Mariah, her co-writer Walter Afanasieff and Sony Music Entertainment as defendants, Andy alleges his 1989 version of "All I Want For Christmas Is You" got "extensive airplay during the 1993 Christmas season and began making appearances on the Billboard Music Charts." He's suing on grounds of "copyright infringement and unjust enrichment," and claims Mariah and her team never asked for permission to use the same name as his country single for her pop track, People reported on Monday. The two songs do not share any lyrics or melody, but Andy says her use of a song title he'd already recorded and released has caused "confusion." He's reportedly seeking damages of at least $20 million. Mariah's "All I Want for Christmas" track was released on her 1994 album, "Merry Christmas." In 2021, it became the first holiday song ever certified Diamond by the RIAA for selling more than 10 million copies. Andy's 1989 song has appeared on Billboard's Hot Country Singles and Tracks chart. Kelly Clarkson also released a cover of the tune in 2020. According to People, Mariah had not yet responded to the complaint as of Monday.

Dave Chappelle will reportedly donate sales from sold-out Buffalo show to families affected by May 14 tragedy

Following Dave Chappelle's last-minute performance in Buffalo, New York, over the weekend, the comic is donating all proceeds from the show's ticket sales to the families of victims killed in the May 14 mass shooting there. Dave's stand-up set at Shea's Performing Arts Center in Buffalo on Sunday, June 5, sold out in less than an hour, according to Buffalo NBC affiliate WGRZ. Dave reportedly announced at the end of the show that he'd invited family members of the victims in the shooting to be his guests that night, then revealed his plans to donate the night's ticket sales proceeds to them. Given the venue's 3,000-seat capacity, the donation amount is expected to be sizeable. The May 14 tragedy left at least 10 people dead after a man began shooting with semi-automatic firearm at a Tops Friendly Market grocery store in a predominantly Black neighborhood. The 18-year-old suspect, who pleaded not guilty after being taken into custody, had previously shared a manifesto on social media in which he proclaimed to be a white supremacist. The FBI is reportedly investigating the attack as a hate crime.

Bradley Cooper locks lips with Matt Bomer on the set of 'Maestro'

Bradley Cooper shares a tender kiss with Matt Bomer on the New York City set of his forthcoming Leonard Bernstein biopic, "Maestro," in photos published Monday, June 6. Bradley, 47, stars as the critically acclaimed composer through a wide range of ages in the film, which he's also directing. Netflix has yet to reveal the name of Matt's character, but personal letters unearthed for the first time in 2019 revealed Leonard had a secret, 10-year-long affair with a man from Japan named Kunihiko Hashimoto, The Guardian reported at the time. (Leonard was "a gay man who got married," as his "West Side Story" co-writer Arthur Laurents one put it. "He wasn't conflicted about it at all. He was just gay.") Carey Mulligan plays Leonard's wife, Felicia Montealegre, in the film, which also stars Maya Hawke, Sarah Silverman and Jeremy Strong. "Maestro" is currently slated to hit theaters in 2023.

Sarah Hyland celebrates upcoming wedding with 'the bridal shower of my dreams'

Sarah Hyland had what she described as "the bridal shower of my dreams" over the weekend, nearly three years after Wells Adams popped the question. The "Modern Family" star, 31, shared photos from the celebration on her Instagram Stories on Sunday, June 5, showing off pics of the bride-to-be smiling alongside pals including Vanessa Hudgens, and being surprised at one point by her fiance, who appeared at the party with a bouquet of flowers for the actress. "Soooooo I finally had my bridal shower yesterday," Sarah wrote on a photo of a purse emblazoned with her future married name, "Mrs. Adams." "Thank you @ciaracrobinson for hosting the most GORGEOUS Bridal Shower of my dreams!!!" she gushed. "I love you more than words can say and I'm so grateful to have you as my best friend and sister." Sarah and Wells announced their engagement in 2019 and planned to tie the knot the following summer. The wedding was then delayed twice because of the pandemic. They have not shared their current planned wedding date, according to People.

Prince Harry, Duchess Meghan return home to the U.S. after celebrating Lilibet's birthday and the Queen's Platinum Jubilee

Before heading back to their new home in California on Sunday, June 5, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle celebrated their daughter Lilibet's first birthday with a party at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor over the weekend. According to Town & Country, the backyard picnic bash featured a cake from Claire Ptak, who also baked Meghan and Harry's 2018 wedding cake. It did not, however, feature a royal family-stuffed guest list. British tab The Sun reported Princess Anne's grandchildren, the Tindalls and the Phillips, attended, while Harry's brother, Prince William, sister-in-law Duchess Kate and their children were busy with Platinum Jubilee-related events in Wales. Queen Elizabeth reportedly stayed close to home for much of the weekend because of mobility and health concerns. The royal matriarch did get to meet her granddaughter, Lili, for the first time during the Sussexes visit, though, per The Sun.

Neve Campbell makes 'Scream 6' decision

Neve Campbell is going to stop screaming. 

The actress announced that she will not be a part of the next "Scream" film after getting an offer that she felt was lacking.

"Sadly I won't be making the next Scream film," before revealing why she won't be back," she said in a statement obtained by Deadline. "As a woman I have had to work extremely hard in my career to establish my value, especially when it comes to Scream. I felt the offer that was presented to me did not equate to the value I have brought to the franchise."

Neve has been a main character in all five "Scream" movies, the most recent of which was released in 2021. The next film will be the first of the series without her Sidney Prescott character.

"It's been a very difficult decision to move on. To all my 'Scream' fans, I love you," she said. "You've always been so incredibly supportive to me. I'm forever grateful to you and to what this franchise has given me over the past 25 years."

Adam Sandler appears on 'GMA' with black eye after 'bad' phone accident

Sporting a very noticeable black eye, Adam Sandler looked a little worse for wear while appearing on "Good Morning America" on Monday morning. However, his shiner wasn't the result of a fight or anything "cool."

The actor laughed off his appearance, asking, "This is something I have to discuss, right?"

While pointing to his facial wound, Adam acknowledged that is eye looked "odd."

The "Hustle" star detailed that he was laying in bed with his cell phone next to him. In the middle of the night, he wanted to untuck his tight bedsheets, so he kicked up his feet.

"The phone went flying, hit me in the head," he said. "I refused to acknowledge it. I felt blood and said, 'Ah, there's something going on, but I got to sleep.' Kept sleeping, woke up …"

"GMA" co-anchor George Stephanopoulos hilariously interrupted and noted, "That is the most elaborate black-eye story I've ever heard."

Adam continued to laugh at his errant cell phone.

"There's nothing cool about this thing," he said. "It looks so cool. When I'm on the streets of New York, like, I see people going, 'Oh, OK. He likes to fight, that guy.' I'm like, 'Ah, it was a bad accident.'"

Like Adam, fans laughed at the incident and some even related, as several social media users revealed that they, too, have done the same thing and suffered a similar fate.

Cameron Diaz attributes this trend to staying slim

Cameron Diaz is the latest person to hop onto the trend of simply not eating at times in order to stay slim.

In speaking to Gwyneth Paltrow during a GOOP interview, the "Shrek" actress praised "intermittent fasting."

"It's worth it – it helps you stay mindful about what you're putting in your body," she said. "We all start off in a great place, but it's easy to end up getting further and further away from the place that's your optimum."

In addition to short-term fasting, Cameron, who shares daughter Raddix with husband Benji Madden, said she cuts back on calories by not munching.

"I'm the mother of a two-year-old, so we're both having a little of this and a little of that, and do I need to be snacking as much as she is all day?" she said. "Doing a little reset kind of brings you back. It helps you be more present in the moment, staying aware of what you're saying and what you're doing."

Having essentially retired from acting, Cameron has been able to focus on her well-being in multiple ways, noting that she rarely wears makeup anymore.

"I've been wearing make-up every day for most of my life, because of work, and it was really depleting to my skin. I always had a breakout," she said. "And since I stopped wearing a lot of it, in my 40s – obviously I'm older, too, but I was getting breakouts well into my 40s – I like my skin much better."

Earlier this year, the "Something About Mary" star spoke about rejecting Hollywood beauty standards. 

"I am absolutely a victim to all of the societal objectifications and exploitations that women are subjected to," she told "RuPaul's Drag Race" star Michelle Visage. "I have bought into all of them myself at certain times. It's hard not to, it's hard not to look at yourself and judge yourself against other markers of beauty." 

Despite having "a billion [beauty] products," Cameron said she "never" even washes her face. 

"Twice a month if I'm lucky, I'll be like 'Oh, I better put this on. One time works, right?' Like is that all I have to do? I'm just not in that place right now like where I put any energy," she said, noting her main focus these days is to "stay strong."
