Anti-vaxxer RFK Jr. blames 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' wife over holiday party's vax request

Robert F Kennedy Jr., a vocal anti-vaxxer for years, is possibly toeing the line of hypocrisy after a holiday party at his house recommended guests be vaccinated or test negative for COVID-19 before entering his California home.

However, amid reports of the party, RFK Jr. blamed his wife, "Curb Your Enthusiasm" star Cheryl Hines, for the situation.

MJ Photos/Shutterstock

"I guess I'm not always the boss at my own house," he told Politico on Dec. 17.

The guests were urged to use precautions that Robert has been railing against for almost two years.

While defending himself to Politico, Robert claimed the party was for Cheryl's "Curb Your Enthusiasm" cast mates and other entertainment industry folks. He also insisted that he never saw the e-vite invitation until the day of the party last week. Robert also said no one was verifying vaccination or test status upon entry into the house.

John Salangsang/Shutterstock

News of the vaccinated holiday party came just days after the Associated Press published a report about Robert's Children's Health Defense nonprofit, dubbing it "an anti-vaccine juggernaut." The organization more than doubled its revenue during the pandemic.

Last month, AP reported that RFK Jr. appeared at protests in Switzerland and Italy, and he urged people not to get vaccinated.

Interestingly, at an October premiere of "Curb Your Enthusiasm" in Los Angeles, The Hollywood Reporter said that every attendee was required to show not only proof of vaccination, but also a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours.

Cheryl was among the attendees.

Mistress comes clean about Tristan Thompson fling, and it's bad

On the heels of a legal win, Maralee Nichols, the woman who allegedly gave birth to Tristan Thompson's third child, is breaking her silence.

"Over the past couple of weeks, many inaccurate and false stories have been circulated about me. I have not at any point released—nor have I directed anyone else to release—any information regarding Tristan Thompson or any litigation involving him," she told E! News on Dec. 17. "I have never spoken to any media outlet, nor have I leaked any information to anyone at any time. I am providing this statement because I feel I must defend my character."

Brian To/Shutterstock

Earlier this month it was reported that Tristan was expecting his third child. While Tristan has his doubts that the child is his, he did admit in legal papers that he had sex with Maralee the evening of his 30th birthday in Texas, when he and Khloe Kardashian were still exclusively dating. While Maralee filed a paternity lawsuit against him in California, he filed one against her in Texas. Tristan's lawsuit was dismissed this week.

With the win in her back pocket, Maralee is attempting to correct reports connected to her pregnancy and fling.

"I have seen fake stories, unflattering photos of me, people using photos that are not even me, stating an incorrect occupation and age," she said. "There have been multiple fake Instagram posts claiming to be me, making false statements and attaching stock photos of a sonogram and a child (neither mine)."

"These are the facts: I have lived in California since 2019. I am not a personal trainer. I have not worked as a personal trainer for four years; I do fitness modeling. I was never a personal trainer for Tristan," she said, adding that she met Tristan at a party at his Encino, Calif., home in 2020, not in Houston as has been claimed.

"I saw Tristan in March 2021 around his birthday. He told me he had wanted to see me," she went on. "I agreed to meet him in Houston at a private party on March 12. I never drove a Maserati to meet Tristan, as he claimed. He has never even been in my vehicle. I used an Uber or was driven by friends that weekend. Houston was one of many nights we spent together. Soon after his birthday weekend in Houston, Tristan invited me to visit him in Boston."

Shortly after the Boston trip, she found out she was pregnant. Maralee then met up with Tristan in North Carolina in late April and told him about the pregnancy.

Maralee said she didn't want attention drawn to the pregnancy, nor did Tristan.

"Tristan filed a paternity action in Texas after I filed my paternity action in Los Angeles," she noted. "I did not file any request for child support before our child was born. The case that Tristan brought against me was dismissed on December 15, 2021."

"I was induced on November 29, 2021 because I had a placenta abnormality," she continued. "There is no other medical reason why I needed to be induced. I gave birth on December 1, 2021. Instead of focusing on any negativity, I am choosing to embrace being a mother and doing the best I can for my son. I do not want any further media attention, nor do I want a romantic relationship with Tristan. My goal is to raise our son in a safe, healthy, loving and private environment."

Shutterstock/Shutterstock

Remember, Tristan said the fling was a one-time deal, which she claims is categorically false. His court declarations also seem to counter that.

"Contrary to [Maralee's] many inferences in her declaration, we did not have a serious ongoing relationship," he said in court paperwork. "We saw each other sporadically between December 2020 and March 13, 2021 and did not have sexual intercourse in California during that time." Tristan, though, also said, "We might see each other on a sporadic basis for consensual casual sex only. From December 2020 through March 2021, we saw each other on such a basis."

"[Maralee] constantly used the term 'hook up' to describe our relationship which was the reality," he wrote. "I am certain that if the child is deemed to be my child that the only date of conception was March 13, 2021, because it was my birthday."

Khloe Kardashian flaunts rarely seen natural curls in new pic

Khloé Kardashian is letting her curly flag fly.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star showed off her washboard abs and rarely-seen natural curls in a new Instagram post on Dec. 17.

Khloe, donning a brown tank top and unbuttoned jeans, captioned the snap with a crown emoji, leaving her followers to do the commenting for her. Khloe's 203 million Instagram followers obliged, as her comment's section was deluged with fire and heart-eye emojis.

"That's some good hair," said Khadijah Haqq McCray, one of Khloe's best friends.

Kris Jenner said, "You are amazing my bunny!!!!!!"

Scott Disick called Khloe a "Fine American," a likely reference to her Good American company.

"Real Housewives" star liked that Khloe was "bringing the curls back for the people."

Matt Baron/Shutterstock

Hairstylist Andrew Fitzsimmons, who Khloe tagged in the series of snaps, wrote, "Loveeee working with your natural texture!!! We need more curly looks!!!!" He also reposted the the look, dubbing the hairstyle "Fantasy Curls."

"Curly has always been my favorite hair texture, so helping @khloekardashian embrace her natural hair texture has been suuuuuuper special for me as a hairstylist," he wrote.

Khloe's love life appears to be as untamed as her hair, thanks to her on-and-off boyfriend Tristan Thompson. The NBA player, who shares a 3-year-old daughter with Khloe, is currently involved in a paternity lawsuit with a personal trainer named Maralee Nichols. Maralee recently welcomed a child and claims Tristan is the father. Tristan has questioned the paternity of the child, but admitted in court papers that he and Maralee had sex on his 30th birthday, when he was still dating Khloe.

Kim Kardashian regrets arguing with Kanye West over MAGA hat

Back in 2018, Kim Kardashian joined the chorus of people who pushed back against Kanye West wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat while hosting "Saturday Night Live." She now regrets it.

Matt Baron/Shutterstock

Kim's regret doesn't seem to be rooted in political leanings, but rather free speech.

"I was very nervous. I didn't want him to wear the red hat on SNL," Kim said on the Honestly with Bari Weiss podcast. "I'm not really a rule breaker, so my personality would be like, 'Okay, you guys don't like the red hat, I'll take it off.' I remember other people were around and it became a thing where he wasn't going to go on because he wanted to be who he is."

Shutterstock

Kim recalls being very up front about the hat, which was a show of support for then-President Donald Trump.

"I was very forceful with him and arguing with him — like, 'You have to take that hat off,'" she recalled. "And now, looking back, I thought why should he take that off if that's what he believes in? Why can't he wear that on TV? Half of the country voted for him, so clearly other people like him also."

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star said she's usually "very neutral" when it comes to her politics. She has been pictured meeting with both Trump and his rival Hillary Clinton over the years.

Rosalind O'Connor/NBC

Speaking of Kanye's hat fiasco, she said, "I learned a lot from that situation and no matter what, it taught me to be a little bit more empathetic for people that just wanna do what they wanna do and freedom of speech."

"If you wanna wear the hat, wear the hat. I respect the fact that he knew exactly what he believed in and always stood by that," she said. "And that, to me, is like a good quality to have — no matter who is against you and what the circumstances are. That's just admirable and that's a really cool quality, even if it's not what I agree with or even if I would have done it differently, I think it's commendable."

'Charlie's Angels' star Jaclyn Smith, 76, leaves fans astonished by youthful look

"Charlie's Angels" star Jaclyn Smith seems to be turning back the clock on aging.

The actress, 76, posted a snap to Instagram this week alongside her 39-year-old son, Gaston Richmond, and people couldn't seem to figure out who was younger.

"My son-shine," Jaclyn captioned the image, which showed her hair perfectly done and her arms around her handsome son.

"You look like brother and sister," one person said, as others shared similar sentiments.

Another admirer marveled, "Howww do you look exactly the same as you did in Charlie's Angels?? Stunning."

Because of Jaclyn's youthful look, some people (who didn't read her caption) even wondered if she was posting photo with a love interest. A slew of fans noted that they remembered Jaclyn's famous Time magazine cover from 1982 when she was pregnant with Gaston.

Back in 2019, the "Rage Of Angels" star spoke to Daily Mail about the secrets to maintaining her youthful appearance, crediting "lots of berries and vegetables."

She also exercises regularly and does not smoke or drink.

"You're looking at a clean-living girl," she maintained.

Tyler Perry crashes $200k SUV after leaving L.A. airport

Tyler Perry was involved in a pretty gnarly two-car accident after leaving the airport in Burbank, Calif. — an accident that saw his $200,000 SUV in need of serious repair.

All parties were unharmed in the crash.

AFFI/Shutterstock

According to TMZ, the movie mogul was driving his Bentley SUV to his Los Angeles-area home after landing at the airport on Dec. 15. While en route, a Honda Accord reportedly cut across three lanes of traffic and ended up right in Tyler's path. He ended up T-boning the car, smashing in the driver's side of the Honda. Video of the aftermath appeared to show that the Honda's airbag deployed, meaning the impact was rather consequential.

Tyler's car retails for roughly $200,000, but it could certainly go for much higher depending on the upgrades, which he likely had.

According to the report, the woman driving the Honda admitted fault.

The incident wasn't bad enough to generate a police report, and it appears that everything will go through insurance.

NeNe Leakes is dating again.

Three months after losing her husband, Gregg Leakes, to cancer, the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star is spending time with a businessman named Nyonisela Sioh, TMZ reported on Dec. 15.

NeNe and Nyonisela, who hails from Liberia, were even pictured together at her surprise birthday party at her Linnethia Lounge in Atlanta. "Housewives" alum Porsha Williams and singer Keke Wyatt also attended the bash.

According to sources, NeNe and Nyonisela met through Cynthia Bailey's ex-husband, Peter Thomas.

Lala Kent claims engagement ring she got from Randall Emmett was 'fake'

Lala Kent's engagement bling was bogus, she insists.

Ever since the "Vanderpump Rules" star split from fiancé Randall Emmett, she's been fairly open about her disdain for him, even refusing to say his name anymore. On a new episode of her podcast, "Give Them The Lala," the reality TV star says that her engagement ring, which was designed by Richie Rich, was "fake" and dyed to make it look flawless.

MediaPunch/Shutterstock

Lala recalled an incident during which Randall spoke to her mom about rappers manipulating less-than-perfect diamonds to "make them pretty." After Lala and Randall split, she took the ring to a "highly recommended" jeweler because she had her suspicions. There, she discovered the stone was "treated by one or more processes to change its color," Lala said.

The rock, the jeweler supposedly told Lala, "was most likely brown." The value of the ring, she was told, wasn't worth six-figures but rather somewhere "in the teens."

Lala revealed that the designer of the 6-carat round-cut diamond ring even admitted that it wasn't as authentic as initially claimed.

"[Randall] knew exactly what he was buying. He knew the diamond he was getting," she said Richie told her. "I love any type of ring that is given and has sentimental value. I don't care if it was $100, I don't care if it was $100 million — I don't. No wonder he whose name we shall not mention flew in four times, he had to make sure the s*** brown diamond was clear!"

Rob Latour/Shutterstock

Lala plans to ditch the ring.

"If I'm allowed to get rid of it, that's what I want to do. I don't want it in a pendant. I don't want this thing in my home. It's bad ju-ju," she said.

Lala and Randall broke up in October amid cheating allegations and claims he lived a "double life." On the new podcast, she referenced the cheating allegations while discussing the ring.

"There's not one piece of my five years with this person that has been truthful and honest," she said.

Cher hilariously outs new couple after they didn't recognize her

A private couple's romance was outed on Twitter this week by none other than Cher. Whoopsie!

Rob Latour/Shutterstock

On Dec. 14, the singing icon posted a photo of a random couple in Houston. In explaining her shot, she said, "When we were coming out of movie I saw beautiful couple. He was taking her pic….She had flowers. I said … can I take your pic….Had my mask on so they didn't know who I was. MAYBE Just a crazy woman..THAT ME."

The woman in the photo saw Cher's social media and confirmed she had no idea that it was the singer who snapped her and her beau's image.

"Omg! That's me, and it was my birthday! Wow! I can't believe it!" the woman, a Houston-based beauty blogger named Syndie, tweeted. She appropriately added, "If only we could 'turn back time.'"

Fans soon wondered how she could not recognize Cher as the "crazy woman" snapping her pic. Syndie explained, "It was dark, and she was fully covered, but we kept thinking this wasn't an average person."

"She had a mask on, and when she asked to take our photo, she was far away from us," she added in a second tweet.

The username Tristan Thompson used for secret hookups with mistress revealed

Tristan Thompson revealed that he used a secret social media account to covertly keep in contact with his mistress as he continued to date Khloe Kardashian.

In court documents, the NBA star admitted he went under the name "blkjesus00" on Snapchat, noting he liked the platform because the messages between him and personal trainer Maralee Nichols were "automatically" erased after being read.

Shutterstock/Shutterstock

"We never had any telephone calls, emails, nor did we exchange text messages. We only communicated via the Snapchat application," Tristan said in a Dec. 8 court filing, which was obtained by Daily Mail. "My username on Snapchat has always been 'blkjesus00.' We used Snapchat to communicate to protect our privacy."

Earlier this month reports claimed that Tristan fathered a child with Maralee. Although the NBA player has questioned the paternity of the child, he admitted to having sex with the woman on his 30th birthday, when he was still dating Khloe.

"As I stated, our relationship was based on sex. We would not have seen each other in Houston if we were not going to have sex," Tristan wrote in the docs. "We did not have any dates in the traditional sense at any time; there were no dining at restaurants, going to movies, traveling or any other indicia of a normalized relationship. There was only Snapchats of 'where' and 'what time' we would hook up and what hotels would be used."

Maralee, who lived in Texas but moved to Los Angeles, is suing for child support.

Brian To/Shutterstock

Following reports of the hookup, Tristan asked a judge to issue a gag order so that Maralee wouldn't speak about the pregnancy or newborn. In his new court filing, he also claimed that Maralee "fabricated" a leaked screenshot of a Snapchat message in which he purportedly urged her to get an abortion and offered her $75,000 to stay quiet about the pregnancy and child.

In that alleged message, which TMZ published, Tristan purportedly told Maralee he "won't be involved" in the child's life. Still, he said he would pay child support if the baby is his.

This would be Tristan's third child, as he shares 4-year-old son Prince Thompson with ex Jordan Craig and 3-year-old daughter True with Khloe.

TMZ reports that the rap icon was in La Tuna Canyon during a drive from Las Vegas to Los Angeles when heavy rains caused a boulder to fall off the cliff. The rock smashed into the front passenger side of his Audi, causing him to briefly lose control of the car.

Jana Duggar breaks silence, details 'raw facts' on child endangerment case

"I'm only sharing this because the media has been having a field day with it all. I prefer a more private life, but I know my last name means that everything we do is open to public criticism and interest, especially during this time," the "Counting On" alum wrote on her Instagram Story on Dec. 14.

Jana Duggar/Instagram

"The raw facts: I was babysitting a few months ago when one of the children wandered outside alone," Jana continued. "A passerby who saw the child called the police. This resulted in a written citation, as well as a follow-up with child welfare who concluded that it was an accident, and the child was unharmed."

Jana was cited for the incident on Sept. 9, 2021. She's due in court next month.

The eldest daughter of the Duggar clan said authorities "recognized it was a case of a child slipping out of the house when you turn your back for a moment."

"It all happened so quickly and was scary. I am grateful for law enforcement and those who protect and serve our community," she wrote. "I was certainly never arrested like some may have implied. In the end, I was just upset at myself that it had happened at all, but so thankful it all ended safely and that's truly what mattered the most to me."

Jessa Duggar Seewald also took to social media to defend her older sister.

"Getting messages about headlines about Jana. Bottom line — it was an innocent mistake," she wrote. "She was babysitting and one of the kids slipped out the door unnoticed, but it ended safely. Could've happened to anyone."

"The media is sensationalizing this because of other current family circumstances and it makes me so mad," she continued, referencing her brother Josh Duggar's recent conviction. "She's without question one of the most amazing women I know and I'd trust her with my kids any day of the week. Do me a favor — give the girl a break, and all you perfect humans go back to living your lives."

Kim Kardashian reveals which joke she took out of her 'SNL' monologue

When Kim Kardashian hosted "Saturday Night Live" back in October, she humorously shaded nearly everyone in her family. However, she insists that she could have gone in a lot harder.

Kristin Callahan/Shutterstock

"Everyone in the family was just like, 'You can do whatever you want,'" she said in an interview with i-D magazine for its Winter 2021 issue.

Still, Kim pulled up on the reins a little in regard to her sister Khloe Kardashian's much-maligned off-and-on romance with Tristan Thompson, who recently fathered a child, his third, with a personal trainer (a fling that occurred while he was still exclusive with Khloe).

"Everyone was really easy and game for me to do whatever I wanted. Although I had a really funny joke about Tristan and Khloe that I took out – I could've maybe gone further," she said. "But everyone was like, 'Use me. Do whatever you want. This is your time.' They were down. That was super cool."

MediaPunch/Shutterstock

The jokes, Kim noted, were all in good fun, and her family knew that.

"I think people might not get that we're absolutely in on the joke. We always have been. It is what it is," she said. "And so, I was just like, 'Listen, if I'm going to do this, I want you guys to know we're in on this. This is what we talk about when we're at home.' We have a sense of humor. We roast each other as a family all day long. None of us are sensitive to it."

She added, "I wanted people to see a part of my personality that all my friends know, that everyone close to me knows. But you know, 'SNL' was a completely different audience for me. It was my opportunity. I wanted to show people that this is funny, and this is a big side of my personality too. And it was fun."

"@bevhillshotel f*** your horrible service for not letting me have lunch with this tiny rip in my jeans. Shame on you. Disgusting," she wrote on her Instagram Story on Dec. 13.

"I have been a patron for decades," she added, "no longer."

Tom Cruise reportedly flew 300 cakes from L.A. to London for 'M:I' film crew

The skies got a little sweeter thanks to Tom Cruise.

A new report claims that A-list star wanted to do something nice for the London-based "Mission: Impossible 7" crew, so he had 300 cakes flown across the Atlantic Ocean.

Amer Ghazzal/Shutterstock

The cakes were from his favorite bakery in Los Angeles.

"Tom wanted to give the team on 'Mission: Impossible' a treat for Christmas and decided that only cakes from his favorite bakery in L.A. would do," an insider told The U.S. Sun. "He organized for the shop to make 300 cakes especially and they were then flown back to the U.K. on his jet."

In all, the cakes went on a 5,500-mile journey.

"It is extravagant, but Tom is an incredibly generous person and he wanted to do something special for everyone who has worked on the movie with him," the source said.

Tom's latest "Mission: Impossible" film wrapped in September.

Stephen Lovekin/Shutterstock

Last year, Tom, who plays Ethan Hunt in the franchise, was caught on tape ripping the "Mission: Impossible" crew for violating COVID protocols on set

In the expletive-laced tirade, which was published by The Sun and soon went viral, Tom yelled, "I don't ever want to see it again. Ever! And if you don't do it, you're fired, and I see you do it again, you're f****** gone."

Tom, who's also a producer on the film, noted the importance of following mitigation rules from a financial standpoint.

"You can tell it to the people who are losing their f****** homes because our industry is shut down. It's not going to put food on their table or pay for their college education. That's what I sleep with every night," he screamed. "So I'm sorry. I am beyond your apologies. I have told you, and now I want it, and if you don't do it, you're out."

Many in Hollywood supported Tom's message. Months later, Tom said he didn't regret his outburst.

"I said what I said," he told Empire in May. "There was a lot at stake at that point. … But it wasn't my entire crew. I had the crew leave the set, and it was just select people."

Recalling the return to filming during the pandemic, he added, "All those emotions were going through my mind. And for the whole crew to know that we'd started rolling on a movie was just a huge relief … It was very emotional."

Fired 'General Hospital' star suing ABC over vaccination mandate

Ex-"General Hospital" star Ingo Rademacher has filed a lawsuit against ABC for its vaccination mandate, calling it unconstitutional.

Ingo, who was a part of the soap opera for 25 years, calls ABC's actions "blatantly unlawful" and believes the company only put its vaccination policy in place to please the Biden Administration, according to TMZ, who obtained the lawsuit.

ABC via Getty Images

In the paperwork, the actor claimed he asked the network for a religious exemption from getting the vaccine and sat through a 30-minute meeting to try and argue his point, but he was ultimately denied.

He was fired in early November after refusing to get vaccinated, which he contests is a violation of his right to privacy under the California Constitution. Ingo further argues that COVID rules are "most draconian restrictions in modern history."

Ingo is suing for damages and wants the court to rule ABC's mandate unconstitutional.

The lawsuit was filed the same day the Supreme Court declined to block a New York vaccine mandate for health care workers.
