People magazine pointed out that Charlotte wore the Cartier diamond tiara necklace that her grandmother, former Hollywood actress Grace Kelly — the late Princess Grace of Monaco — received as a wedding gift in 1956 when she married Prince Rainier III. Several weeks later on June 29, the couple celebrated again with a religious wedding ceremony in Saint-Remy-de-Provence, France, where she wore a custom Giambattista Valli wedding dress.
