January Jones rocks a '70s look while going braless in sultry red jumpsuit

Talk about a hang out session with January Jones!

On Thursday, the "Mad Men" actress left little to the imagination while going braless in a plunging red jumpsuit for a pre-Oscars fashion event.

January epitomized glamour at the Net-a-Porter-sponsored party with 70's-era bob cut, classic red lipstick and black eyeliner. Still, the jumpsuit, paired with white pumps, was the highlight.

"Who does she think she is?" January jokingly captioned an Instagram snap of the look. She later shared an image of fashion designer LaQuan Smith strategically using tape to keep her unrestrained breasts from coming out. "Please don't unstick the tape," she humorously wrote alongside the pic, which was posted to her Instagram Story.

After sharing the image, several of January's 1.1 million Instagram followers chimed in and gushed over the outfit.

"Wait!! You look like a 70's mannequin," one friend said, to which January replied, "That was the goal."

Other fans left complimentary messages and emojis. Some joked that she didn't even look real, harkening back the mannequin comparison. One person very close to January had a different take.

"My sister said I remind her of Gerard Depardieu," the star said on her Instagram Story with a rolling eye emoji.

Most fans, however, were clearly seeing red!

Mindy Kaling debuts new slimmed down figure, Hollywood friends react

She's not the Mindy Kaling of old!

On March 24, the "Ocean's Eight" star took to Instagram to show off a slimmed down, slender figure in a low-cut black gown with spaghetti straps and heels. The actress made no mention of her noticeable weight loss, only captioning the photo with five black heart emojis. Her fans, though, marveled at her incredible look.

Olivia Munn, for instance, called Mindy, 42, a "smoke show." Niecy Nash said "The Office" star was "hotness." Kat Dennings simply said, "whoa."

A cavalry of celebrities and fans posted fire emojis and heart-eye emojis in response to the mother-of-two in the curve-hugging dress.

Mindy spoke briefly about her weight last year with "Good Morning America," recalling the time a fellow writer suggested she work jokes about her weight into scripts.

"This is my greatest insecurity and someone just called it out," she recalled thinking. "It's really devastating."

Hayden Panettiere, boyfriend involved in bar fight, concerned fans flock to her Instagram

Hayden Panettiere and her boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, were caught on video in a massive brawl outside a bar in Los Angeles on Thursday night.

According to TMZ, which obtained video of the street fight, the "Heroes" alum and Brian had been grabbing drinks at the Sunset Marquis hotel on March 24. A melee of sorts reportedly began inside the bar, and one person apparently claimed Brian spat on them. With tensions flaring, the manger kicked everyone out.

Eric Charbonneau/Shutterstock

Once the beefing groups were outside, the jarring continued and Brian continued to fight. Hayden also appeared to be inciting the fight at times. Security eventually got involved, but Hayden's beau broke free of their grasp and ramped things up again. Hayden then got more involved and appeared to try and pry Brian away from the skirmish.

"Brian, jail," Hayden could be heard saying, seemingly reminding him that he's on probation for three more years, as he was arrested for domestic violence against her.

Once the combatants were separated, Hayden and Brian went back to the hotel to apologize to the staff, reports indicate.

RHTY/starmaxinc.com/Shutterstock

Hayden and Brian's romance has been tumultuous, as he's been accused of domestic violence on several occasions against her. In 2020, she even applied for a restraining order against him. In May 2021, he began a 45-day jail sentence after pleading no contest to two felony counts of injuring a spouse or girlfriend.

Just after his release from jail, the duo was spotted together again

It should be noted that after applying for her 2020 restraining order, Hayden said she wanted to warn women about Brian and vowed to speak up for domestic violence victims.

"I am coming forward with the truth about what happened to me with the hope that my story will empower others in abusive relationships to get the help they need and deserve," she wrote on Instagram. "I am prepared to do my part to make sure this man never hurts anyone again. I'm grateful for my support system, which helped me find the courage to regain my voice and my life."

On the heels of this week's fight, fans are commenting on that nearly two-year-old post and imploring her to get away from her man, who she's been with for three-and-a-half years.

"You are better than him," one fan said. Another wondered, "Why are you still with Brian?"  A third concerned fan said, "Please leave that man and be safe."

Fans are also leaving similar comments on other recent Instagram posts.

Teresa Giudice hospitalized for 'emergency medical procedure'

Teresa Giudice is recovering in the hospital after undergoing an "emergency medical procedure," according to multiple reports.

On March 24, the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star's rep confirmed the hospitalization, but said the surgery was "non-cosmetic."

Charles Sykes/Bravo

"She is in recovery, currently resting, and she thanks everyone for their prayers and well-wishes," the rep told Page Six, adding that Teresa is expected to be discharged "within the next 24 hours."

News of the reality TV star's procedure got out after Teresa's eldest daughter, Gia Giudice, posted a photo of her mom in a hospital bed.

"Such a trooper. I love you," she captioned a photo of her mom wearing a mask. "Pray for a speedy recovery. I love you @teresagiudice."

Gia Giudice/Instagram

Teresa's children Gabriella, 17, Milania, 16, and Audriana, 12, have not commented publicly on the hospitalization on social media, nor has her fiancé, Luis Ruelas.

The medical emergency comes amid reports that Luis and his Digital Media Solutions business were the subject of three complaints filed in 2021, as the company was accused of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Luis has denied any wrongdoing in legal documents.

Teresa and Luis got engaged in October 2021 during a Greek vacation. On Feb. 1, Teresa appeared on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" and revealed the couple has no plans to get a prenuptial agreement.

Sandra Bullock is anti-social media because of this movie…

Social media wasn't around in 1995, but Sandra Bullock knew then that she wanted no part of it.

While on the "The Jess Cagle Show," the Oscar-winning actress said she "learned a lot" about social media and the World Wide Web while filming "The Net" 27 years ago.

Evan Agostini/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

"We met real hackers and I remember people going, 'Does that exist? Do you think we could actually order a pizza from your computer?' And I was like, 'Yes,'" she said when asked why she's not on any social media platform.

In the movie, Sandra played a a computer programmer for a software company.

"The Lost City" star previously spoke of her aversion for social media, telling InStyle in 2018 that she'd get in trouble if she was on social media. But, she suspected her Instagram absence won't last forever.

"Oh god, I would have one glass of rosé and be spouting off like [slurs voice], 'This is not the truth!,'" she said. "I'm not ignorant of what's happening out there."

She admitted, "I look over people's shoulders, going, 'What is that little vignette of a cat on a fan?' I'm just lazy. But I'm going to get on it and troll my friends. Once my kids are using it, I'll know how to navigate it. I don't want to be naïve."

Heidi Montag accuses Lady Gaga of torpedoing her singing career

Heidi Montag believes Lady Gaga is a little monster who sabotaged her singing career.

Well over a decade ago, "The Hills" alum and future Grammy winner both worked with producer RedOne. At the time, Heidi was arguably more well known, due to her reality TV career, but Gaga had more of the songwriting chops.

Todd Williamson/JanuaryImages/Shutterstock

"People are, like, 'I love Lady Gaga,' and I'm sure she's great, but I have not had the best encounter with her," Heidi said on "The Unpopular with Jacques Peterson" podcast.

Heidi recalled wanting to record a song called "Fashion," but she needed Gaga to sign off on her releasing the tune since the "Bad Romance" singer wrote it. According to Heidi, Gaga agreed. However, shortly after, a producer of 2009's "Confessions of a Shopaholic" expressed interest in using "Fashion" for the soundtrack. The MTV star claims Gaga promptly snatched the song back and released it for the film.

"'No, I'm pulling that song, and I'm recording it. It's not Heidi's anymore,'" Heidi claimed the Gaga said at the time.

Vianney Le Caer/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

While it's possible that Gaga just really liked the song, Heidi thinks something else was at play — she thought Gaga was a "hater" and suspected her of being a fan of "Hills" star Lauren Conrad, Heidi's longstanding nemesis. (Gaga actually appeared on MTV reality show once.)

Heidi also alleged that Gaga basically gave RedOne an ultimatum, declaring she would stop partnering with him if he continued working with Heidi. RedOne picked a side… Gaga's side.

"He was like, 'I'm sorry, she's my writing partner for huge things,'" Heidi claims the producer said while parting ways with her.

Gordon Ramsay's comments about Cornish people are not going over well

Gordon Ramsay is not making nice with his neighbors.

The famous chef is under fire with the townspeople of England's Cornwall after he said he "can't stand" them in a radio interview.

"Trust me, I absolutely love Cornwall, it's just the Cornish I can't stand," he said on Zoe Ball's BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show this week. After a radio host pressed him about the comment, Gordon said, "I promise I did mean it."

Ken McKay/ITV/Shutterstock

Quickly after the remarks, Gordon's spokesman said he was simply joking.

"Gordon has made these tongue-in-cheek comments many, many times," the rep said. The comments, the rep added, are "always, very clearly, said in good humor and seen that way by the majority."

Still, the locals did not see it that way, and many took to social media to shred the "Next Level Chef" host.

"Never liked that man, he's so horrible. We don't want him in Cornwall ever," one person said.

Another local added, "Well the feeling is entirely mutual. No question he's a good cook but his attitude absolutely stinks and I have to grit my teeth watching his cookery programs. But listening to him talking in that breathy voice just aggravates me. I'm pretty sure that Cornwall and the Cornish wouldn't miss him for a nanosecond if he didn't live or visit here."

Some were even more touchy, essentially equating Gordon's comments to a hate crime, as the government recognizes Cornish people as a national minority.

Chris Pizzello/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

Gordon has been at odds with the community before, as he and his family spend much of 2020 there, relocating from their London home during the pandemic. Some locals felt he flouted COVID guidelines, as Brits were encouraged not to travel.

In a recent interview with Radio Times, Gordon spoke about the heavy criticism he endured for retreating to his holiday home, which he's had for 10 years.

"God knows why we took so much s— from the Cornish. We lived down there; we just hadn't been down there for a long time. We didn't sneak down there at all. We got there at an appropriate time, and had an absolutely amazing time," he said, while also adding he no regrets about spending time with family during lockdown. "A time like that – we'll never get back again. When the kids started disappearing again, I didn't want it to end – as a dad, not a chef."

Alec Baldwin is returning to work after 'Rust' shooting

Five months after the fatal shooting on the set of the indie-Western "Rust," Alec Baldwin is heading back to work.

Citing two Italian production companies, Variety reported Alec will join his brother Daniel Baldwin for two movies, which are being filmed in Rome and directed by Italian Francesco Cinquemani. Alec is set to arrive in Italy this week, whereas his brother is already there.

MediaPunch/REX/Shutterstock

The Emmy winner previously worked with Francesco in "Andron: The Black Labyrinth."

The shoots for the movies —title "Kid Santa" and "Billie's Magic World" —are expected to last four weeks. Alec signed on to the films before the "Rust" incident, a studio executive told Variety.

Production on "Rust" has remained suspended since October 2021, when a weapon Alec believed contained no live rounds discharged, killing the movie's cinematographer, Halyna Hutchins, and wounding its director, Joel Souza. Alec later said in an interview with ABC News that he "didn't pull the trigger."

Alec, along with a number of crew members and producers, face lawsuits from the film's script supervisor and chief electrician, according to EW. An investigation into the shooting is ongoing.

MediaPunch/Shutterstock

Last month, Alec and others involved in "Rust" were also sued by Halyna's family. In the wrongful death lawsuit filed on Feb. 15, the family claimed numerous safety measures were violated when a gun wielded by Alec accidentally fired a live round directly at Halyna.

A lawyer for the family said "reckless behavior in cost cutting" led to the 42-year-old director of photography's death. Lawyers for Halyna's estate asserted that Alec and the others involved "disregarded at least 15 industry standards" for safety on the set.

Estate attorney Randi McGinn told NBC she "expected the case would get to trial within a year and a half to two years." She added, "You don't hand somebody a gun until you give them safety training … No one should ever die with a real gun on a make-believe movie set."

Lily Collins reveals the worst part about filming 'Emily in Paris'

It's not always easy for Lily Collins to put her best foot forward while filming "Emily in Paris."

The actress told Jimmy Fallon that she was visiting a doctor weekly because of foot pain caused by the combination of tight stilettos and cobblestone streets.

Ryan Muir/NBCU Photo Bank via Getty Images

"I actually literally went to a podiatrist every week to fix my feet because I was wearing heels all the time," she said. "I had to have, like, insoles made for every pair of shoes."

The 33-year-old added, "I'm not kidding. I felt pretty ancient."

This is hardly the first time Lily has lamented her wardrobe on the popular show. Last November she told Australian Vogue that there was little "comfort" with her character's high fashion look, joking, "There are literally no sweatpants" on the set.

"The brightness and boldness and fun and sense of humor Emily has in her wardrobe enhances her personality, especially coming out of COVID where comfort was everything," she said. "Not everything felt super comfortable after COVID, but it was really nice to have fun with fashion again in the most heightened way possible."

While speaking to Jimmy, Lily insisted that if the Netflix show were to continue filming spinoffs in other cities, she would prefer that her character wear flats instead of heels.

Maren Morris opens up about postpartum depression

Maren Morris' mental health is in a good place these days, in large part due to her husband, fellow country singer Ryan Hurd.

In a new chat with People magazine, the "Circles Around This Town" singer said Ryan helped diagnose her with postpartum depression after their son, Hayes Andrew, was born in March 2020 during the very early days of the COVID pandemic

Eric Jamison/AP/Shutterstock

"I do check-ins all the time [with] therapy, which I've done for years, and my husband was a huge help diagnosing that too," Maren said. "Sometimes it's just someone really close to you saying, 'Are you OK?' It's so simple, but it kind of snaps you out of whatever fog you're in that you think is normal, but isn't."

Maren's depression started to ease about six months after her son's birth. Still, she admitted to struggling at times during the pandemic, as many did.

"I'm pretty sure everyone in lockdown and this pandemic has had to do a temperature check on their mental health, and maybe it'll become a more perpetual practice going forward because of these two years — I hope it is," the crooner said. "I just think there's not a stigma as much around talking about it and reaching out for help. It's been such an amazing thing to know that I haven't been alone in this, that other women have all been dealing with the same exact fears and anxieties; even just knowing that if I wake up in the middle of the night with a panic attack, I know that I'm not the only one."

Ed Rode/AP/Shutterstock

Maren, 31, is adamant that her mental state has improved vastly because of Ryan.

"I wouldn't have made it through with my head this high without him," she said. "This was the most time we had ever spent with each other, and we had a kid, so we were getting to know each other in a deeper way. We definitely got stronger."

Teresa Giudice's fiancé hit with string of business-related lawsuits: Report

Teresa Giudice's fiancé, Luis Ruelas, and his company were sued multiple times over alleged illegal business practices, a new report says.

Page Six reported that Luis and his Digital Media Solutions business were the subject of three complaints filed in 2021, as the company was accused of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Charles Sykes/Bravo

The law "restricts telemarketing certain phone calls, text messages, and facsimiles. It also places restrictions on the use of automatic dialing systems and artificial or prerecorded voice messages."

According to the first lawsuit, which has since been dismissed, Digital Media Solutions engaged "in unsolicited text messaging with no regard for consumers' privacy rights."

"Defendant's unsolicited text messages caused Plaintiff harm, including invasion of his privacy and annoyance," the court documents stated. "Defendant's text messages also inconvenienced Plaintiff and caused disruption to his daily life."

Page Six noted that the complaint was filed as part of a class-action lawsuit from other parties who made similar accusations.

A second complaint, filed in summer 2021, claimed Digital Media Solutions placed cold calls and sent unsolicited telemarketing text messages with shortened web links which "redirect consumers to their websites to solicit Defendant's products, including but not limited to, Quotza.com, which sells auto insurance quotes."

The case was dismissed in March 2022.

A third person said DMS called with an "artificial or prerecorded voice," causing a "great deal of frustration and inconvenience." DMS denied the allegation, but the case is still open.

In addition, an Illinois company called Insurance King Agency, Inc. accused Luis' company of "false advertisements" and "copyright infringements." The case remains open, and Luis' team has denied all wrongdoing.

Charles Sykes/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

Teresa's beau was also named in another lawsuit in September 2021, this time for allegedly mismanaging funds from a vendor he had a business partnership with. Again, Luis and his company denied the allegations.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star and Luis got engaged in October 2021 during a Greek vacation. On Feb. 1, Teresa appeared on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" and revealed the couple has no plans to get a prenuptial agreement.

Judge rules Amanda Bynes' conservatorship is 'no longer required' and has officially ended

Amanda Bynes' days of living under her parents' control have officially ended.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, the judge overseeing Amanda's conservatorship case issued a tentative ruling on March 21 saying the conservatorship is "no longer required." That decision was confirmed on March 22.

@rlamandabynes/Instagram

While Amanda was not present at court, her attorney told TMZ: "Amanda appreciates the love and support of her fans during this time. She thanks her family for never giving up. Now that the conservatorship has ended, she looks forward to completing her bachelor's degree and living her life."

The conservatorship came after a lengthy series of bizarre behavior, but Amanda has largely cleaned up her life.

In November 2018, she said she'd been sober for four years, but she returned to treatment two months later after what was reported to be a "stress-related relapse." In 2020, she got engaged to Paul Michael, whom she met in Alcoholics Anonymous.

Last week, TMZ reported that Amanda found a home to rent in Los Angeles and claimed Paul is set to move in with her once the conservatorship is formally removed. Amanda has been staying at sober living facility that only allows women, so this will mark the first time the couple has lived together.

@amandabynesreal /Instagram

Unlike the final days of Britney Spears' famous conservatorship battle, Amanda's situation hasn't been nearly as dramatic.

The former "Easy A" star submitted paperwork signed by a psychiatrist that says she no longer suffers from "thought disorders." Plus, she consistently tests negative for drugs at random screenings. Amanda's mother, who was one of her conservators, was on board with with conservatorship ending, citing the doctor's "capacity declaration."

Donald Trump asked Kid Rock for advice about North Korea and ISIS during presidency, the singer reveals

Kid Rock found himself suddenly becoming a presidential adviser while meeting with then-President Donald Trump in the Oval Office in 2017, as the rocker says he was asked about ISIS and how he felt the United States should handle North Korea.

Shutterstock

While chatting with Fox News, the Detroit musician recalled Trump wanting to send out a message about the Islamic State terror group. The then-POTUS asked Kid Rock's opinion before hitting the send button. The message Trump wanted to tweet out, Rock paraphrased, was: "If you ever joined the caliphate, and trying to do this, you're going to be dead."

"I go, 'Awesome. Like, yes tweet that out.' I was like, 'I can't add anything better than [that],'" the music star told Trump.

During the meeting, Kid Rock said the commander-in-chief was looking at maps, prompting the "Cowboy" singer to wonder if he was seeing classified information.

"And I'm like — I'm like, 'Am I supposed to be like in on this s***?" Kid Rock said.

Al Wagner/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

At the time, Kid Rock didn't really know Trump that well, as he was a White House guest of former Alaska governor Sarah Palin.

"She called me and Ted, Ted Nugent, and I was like, hell, yes. Ended up there. We end up becoming buddies and spend a lot of time on the golf course now," Kid Rock said. "And it's really weird — [I] get phone calls from him and stuff. It's just kind of mind-blowing."

Perhaps the most interesting moment of Kid Rock's White House visit came when Trump ask for his take on North Korea.

"What do you think we should do about North Korea?" he remembered Trump asking him. The singer replied, "I don't think I'm qualified to answer this."

Jimmy Kimmel reveals how much he was paid to host Oscars

The Academy Awards aren't gonna go broke from paying their hosts!

While appearing on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on March 21, Oscars co-host Wanda Sykes lamented how little she's getting paid for leading Hollywood's big night this upcoming weekend.

MediaPunch/Shutterstock

"I was real excited about [the gig], but then I realized, out of all the jobs that I have, this one is actually gonna cost me money," said the comedian, who will share the stage with Regina Hall and Amy Schumer on March 27.

The paltry pay wasn't exactly news to the late night host, as he's hosted the Oscars solo twice, in 2017 and 2018. After asking Wanda how much she was making, she replied, "I don't even know it's, like, scale probably."

"Scale" is a term used by the union, SAG-AFTRA. Scale for a low-budget film in 2022 is $686 per day or $2,382 per week, Us Weekly said.

Jimmy doubted that she was even getting that much. He then revealed how much he made for hosting the Academy Awards.

"I got paid $15,000 to host the Oscars. And there's one of me!," he said. "You guys will probably have to split that."

Peter Barreras/Variety/REX/Shutterstock

Both Jimmy and Wanda spoke of how much work goes into hosting the the award show, calling into question whether the job is worth the reward.

"You're getting robbed. You know what? Hold out right now because they need hosts, you know?" he said.

To try and make up for the low pay, the actress said she had a plan.

"Well, I've already decided I'm just going to steal an Oscar," she teased.

How Kaitlyn Bristowe really feels about losing 'Bachelorette' hosting gig

Kaitlyn Bristowe has no issue with Jesse Palmer, but she wishes she was hosting the upcoming season of "The Bachelorette," not him.

"OK, so I've been getting a lot of questions, whether or not I'm being on the next 'Bachelorette' season, so I thought I would just quickly touch base on it," said during her "Off the Vine" podcast.  "I saw at the end of the ['Bachelor' Season 26] finale that Jesse was announcing the two 'Bachelorettes,' and he said he was going to be by their side for that. So I guess, spoiler alert: I'm not coming back."

AFF-USA/Shutterstock

Kaitlyn, a former "Bachelorette" lead, co-hosted back-to-back seasons of the reality TV show with fellow former franchise lead Tayshia Adams. The ABC show, however, has dubbed Jesse, himself a former lead of the franchise, as host of the upcoming season starring Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey.

"He'll be a great host and I hope he helped Gabby and Rachel in any way that he can," Kaitlyn, who's engaged to former "Bachelor" contestant Jason Tartick, said. "It's been a wild year, and I'm coming off filming two 'Bachelorette' seasons, my live podcast tour and now ending the 'Dancing With the Stars' tour."

Christopher Willard/ABC

For Kaitlyn, she thinks it would only be appropriate for a female to host Rachel and Gabby's season.

"I want to support Gabby and Rachel and be there for them so bad," she said. "I think it makes sense to have a woman being there for them."

Still, she called the end of her co-hosting responsibilities a "blessing in disguise," as she can now focus on wedding planning and her businesses.

"There's a lot of exciting things coming up in the next few months, and it all just feels very overwhelming," she continued. "But I guess it's that saying, like, 'You can have it all, but you can't have it all at once' … I will be sad, though. I want to be there to support them, but that's the update."
