Exes Hilary Duff and Joel Madden reunite during group dinner date: Photo

Mid-aughts alert!

Hilary Duff and Joel Madden famously dated from 2004 to 2006, but they've now reunited 16 years after their romance went kaput.

Over the weekend, the exes were joined by their spouses, as well as others, for a group dinner date in Los Angeles.

On Sunday, a photo started making the rounds on Twitter of a star-studded dinner at Scratch|Bar & Kitchen in Los Angeles that included, Hilary, her husband Matthew Koma, Joel, his wife Nicole Richie, Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz, his girlfriend Meagan Camper, and record producer Josh Abraham and Gina Abraham.

In posting a photo of the guys from that evening to his Instagram Story, Josh joked, "New band alert."

Clearly, a lot of time has passed since Hilary and Joel dated, and they seem to be on good terms with each other.

Back in 2016, Hilary briefly spoke about the romance on Nico Tortorella's podcast "The Love Bomb."

"It was so all encompassing," she said of the relationship. "It was so intense. It was my life. It was like every minute of my day."

After Joel and Hilary split, he began dating Nicole, whom he married in 2010. The two share two children, daughter Harlow, 14, and son Sparrow, 12. Hilary, meanwhile, married hockey player Mike Comrie in 2010. The two finalized their divorce in 2016. In 2017, she and Matthew began dating, and they married in 2019. They share two daughters together, Banks, 3, and Mae, 10 months. The "Lizzie McGuire" star also shares a son, 9, with her ex-husband.

Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong's classic car, guitars stolen

One of Billie Joe Armstrong's prized possessions — a 1962 Chevrolet Nova — was stolen in Southern California, and he's asking the Internet for help.

Shutterstock

The Green Day frontman posted several images of the white two-door car on Twitter over the weekend with the word "Stolen" written across the photos.

"My car was STOLEN 1962 Chevy II. This car is near and dear to all our hearts and has been in the GD family for over 30 years," the "American Idiot" singer tweeted on Feb. 5.

Billie Joe urged his 1.1 million Twitter followers to share his post and report any sightings of the vehicle to the Costa Mesa Police Department.

The Orange County Register said the custom car has cheetah-print interior, a black and yellow license plate, chrome rims and a black leather steering wheel.

It's believed that the car was stolen late on Feb. 4 or early on Feb. 5 from a commercial business.

TMZ reported that the car wasn't the only thing missing. The crooks also reportedly got away with an amp and two electric guitars.

Tori Spelling's 13-year-old daughter convinced actress to redo her boobs

Tori Spelling is changing her chest at the urging of her teenage daughter.

Tori has had silicone breast implants for the last 20 years. In 2011, the Food and Drug Administration said in an advisory, "The longer a woman has silicone gel-filled breast implants, the more likely she is to experience local complications."

After the advisory, Tori always knew she'd have to eventually replace her implants, but she put it off for years. Somewhere along the way, though, she mentioned the implant issue to her family, something that certainly stuck with her daughter Stella.

Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock

"I got them when I was really young. And I didn't know that at a certain point they would have an expiration. I didn't know that you would have to do it again," the former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star told E! News. "It really hit home for me when my daughter came to me and she's like, 'Mom, I'm concerned. You have put this off. You told me for years now that you need to get your boobs redone.'"

The "Messyness" host is no longer dragging her feet.

"For health reasons, it's way safer at this point to do it," she said. "Because there's scar tissue buildup, it puts you out there for having long term things go wrong in your body. So when [Stella] said, 'Are you getting it done?' I was like, you know what, why am I not getting it done?"

"Because my main goal, my kids are my everything," she added. "So this year coming up, scheduling that surgery, getting healthy — that is taking the forefront. Because it's OK to put yourself first. In the end, it is for them, anyway."

Surgery is reportedly set for Feb. 27. Tori previously said on SiriusXM's "Jeff Lewis Live" that she's going to get bigger implants than the ones she currently has.

Steve Irwin's son, Robert, narrowly avoided crocodile attack at zoo

Robert Irwin was nearly attacked by a crocodile during a feeding session at the Australian Zoo.

Erik Pendzich/Shutterstock

In an Instagram video, the son of the late "Crocodile Hunter" Steve Irwin detailed how the croc, Casper, had recently moved enclosures because he was being eyed to be the star of the midday "Crocoseum" show. However, they needed to give the croc a bit of an audition to see how he was faring in the new environment.

"That entails someone jumping in with Casper, a crocodile in a brand new environment, having no idea how he's going to react," Robert said.

In the video, Robert, with food in hand, walks around the water that Casper, a leucistic (nearly white) saltwater crocodile, is hanging out in. The 18-year-old said he's hoping for a "big" reaction, which means Casper is ready. Robert, though, got more than he bargained for, as he nearly ended up on the menu.

The croc came out of the water and began lunging at Robert, who began shouting "bail, bail, bail." The team at the zoo safely got Robert out of harm's way.

The moment will air on the finale of "Crikey! It's the Irwins."

In his Instagram caption, Robert said it was "one of the most intense" crocodile feeds he's ever done.

"We prioritise natural behaviour with our crocs," he wrote. "By getting in their enclosures with them, and letting them put on those huge strikes from the water's edge, they get to use all of their predatory instincts and they just love it!"

"Plus we can educate everyone about their conservation," he continued. "But safety for us is also crucial and you definitely have to know when to call it. And with such a powerful and quick croc like Casper we had no choice but to bail!"

Candace Cameron-Bure reveals her last text from Bob Saget

Bob Saget sweetly expressed his love for Candace Cameron-Bure in their final text exchange.

The actress read off the last messages she shared with her late TV father while appearing on "Today" on Thursday morning. In doing so, she also revealed she and Bob got into a trivial argument just before his sudden passing.

Broadimage/Shutterstock

"We were going to have dinner. And we got into a little tiff. And his flight was delayed. We ended up not having dinner," she told Hoda Kotb. "But in Bob fashion, the next day he wrote me, like, what would be pages long of a text. And he was apologizing, saying he was cranky and he was just so sorry."

Bob then compared himself to his beloved late mother, Dolly.

"He said, 'Oh, now I feel even worse. I was so wrong. You're, like, my favorite person on the Earth and I acted like Dolly. I was getting ready to take a late flight, and I was annoyed,'" Candace said. "Bob went on and on and on in the text. And he said at the end, 'I love you more for the trouble you're giving me, if that's even possible.'"

Candace held back her emotions while reading her end of the digital exchange.

"I wrote back … 'I could never be mad at you. Roll my eyes at you? Yes. But never mad. And I love that [being like] Dolly. That made me laugh out loud. I loved your mom,'" she read from her phone.

Bob replied, "I love you. My mom loved you too."

The "Full House" star died at the age of 65 after being found in his hotel room in Orlando, Fla., on Jan. 9. While the official cause of death isn't yet known, it's believed that he suffered a medical episode

A few days after Bob's death, Candace attended a star-studded funeral, as did many of her "Full House" co-stars.

In speaking to Hoda about that final text conversation, Candace said she worries about even opening up the exchange.

"I'm so scared that I'm going to pull up his text and then accidentally delete it one day," she said. "It scares me so much because I don't ever want to lose this."

'Housewives' alum breaks silence after being held hostage in home

Former "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Elizabeth Vargas is "doing better than expected" after being held at gunpoint inside her home this week.

On Feb. 2, a mere 24 hours after surviving the incident, the reality TV alum told TMZ, "I have great people around me and I have a good ecosystem of positive people, and I think that's what needs to happen."

Elizabeth Vargas/Instagram

Her positivity is commendable, particularly given the terror she had just endured.

On Feb. 1, a man named Ryan Geraghty entered Elizabeth's Newport Beach, Calif., home with a gun. Ryan, who Elizabeth briefly dated, was trying to extort her and pressure her into helping him financially, the "RHOC" alum said.

Just moments before the barricade situation, Elizabeth felt that things were coming to a head, as she called police to report Ryan for alleged extortion. She also told authorities that she believed her ex was coming to her house at some point that day. He did, and Elizabeth was reportedly "roughed up" after he found his way into her home. Police quickly swarmed the beachfront home and a standoff ensued.

For a while, the gun-toting suspect refused to let Elizabeth leave, but he eventually released her. However, he then barricaded himself in the house.

In the midst of the terrifying situation, Elizabeth said she thought, "Please somebody help me."

"It escalated really quickly and I didn't understand it, and when someone takes advantage of someone by manipulating them and extorting, you just kind of don't realize it's happening," she said as she was surrounded by friends. "I'm just happy that it's over. We're going to move on."

Elizabeth Vargas/Instagram

Although Elizabeth and Ryan briefly dated, she claims she didn't know he was a felon. Elizabeth, who starred in season 15 of "RHOC," is now considering getting a gun and hinted that she will run background checks on potential suitors going forward.

"I'm just glad I'm alive to be able to show people the positivity in life," she said on Wednesday night.

Ryan was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, felon in possession of a firearm and extortion for the incident.

Teresa Giudice leaves Andy Cohen flummoxed while discussing prenup with fiance

You can't accuse Teresa Giudice of not trusting her man.

On the Feb. 1 episode of "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen," the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star was asked if she and her fiancé, Luis Ruelas, will sign a prenuptial agreement before they tie the knot.

"No," Teresa said, prompting an astonished reaction from Andy. "I mean, I don't know," she added.

Charles Sykes/Bravo

Teresa's oldest daughter, Gia Giudice, who served as the guest "bartender" throughout the episode, chimed in to question why her mom would even need a prenup with Luis.

"Why wouldn't she sign а prenup?" Andy replied back in a questioning tone. "Why wouldn't she sign а prenuptial agreement to protect her assets and his assets?"

The 21-year-old then recalled feeling displeased when she discovered that her mom and dad, Joe Giudice, signed a prenup before their 1999 wedding.

"I really didn't like that. My dad really did make her sign a prenup before the wedding," Gia said. "My mom, she's so high up that she's not gonna want to take anything from from [Luis], and I think he would never want to take from her."

Luis was in the audience as Andy said, "I know, but you put it in writing! You just put it in writing. Of course they don't want to tаke anything from eаch other."

Teresa then jumped in and noted that she wouldn't rule out signing a legal document to protect her assets.

"I would if he says so," she said. "I'm so very easy about that."

Charles Sykes/Bravo

The conversation came just after an episode of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" aired in which Teresa's co-stars seemed to warn her about her beau. The women's uneasiness stems from a resurfaced video of a shirtless Luis at "warrior camp." In the bizarre video, Luis begs an unnamed woman for forgiveness while being surrounded by other shirtless men staring at the camera.

"I go by how me and Luis are present and future," she said on the reality TV show while defending Luis. "I have a past. He has a past. I don't care, and I want everybody to do the right thing because this is my home. Give me the respect, give him the respect. If not, I'm not going to be good."

JFK's handsome grandson Jack Schlossberg graduating from Harvard Law and Harvard Business schools

John F. Kennedy's grandson has two big reasons to celebrate.

Jack Schlossberg — Caroline Kennedy's son with husband Edwin Schlossberg — is on the verge of officially graduating from Harvard Law and Harvard Business School, he revealed on social media.

Over the weekend, Jack posted a series of images to mark the accomplishment. One photo shows him holding a plate of Harvard-themed cupcakes, whereas another shows a banner reading, "Happy Graduation." Jack captioned the photo with the letters "Jdmbalfg," likely a reference to his dual J.D. and M.B.A. degrees and the phrase "LFG," an acronym for "Let's F****** Go."

In the first photo, Jack's T-shirt also says "Jdmbalfg."

A Harvard spokesman told People magazine that the 29-year-old "has acquired enough credits to graduate as of March 8."

Jack, who's Caroline's only son, graduated from Yale University in 2015 with a degree in history and a concentration in Japanese history. He entered Harvard Law School in the fall of 2017 and Harvard Business School in the fall of 2018.

In the past, JFK's handsome grandson has said he might be interested in politics, and his career path has proved it as he's spoken out in support of Joe Biden at the 2020 Democratic Convention alongside his mom, who served as U.S. ambassador to Japan under President Barack Obama and in 2021 was nominated to be the U.S. ambassador to Australia by President Biden.

Jack, who made a cameo on the season 8 finale of "Blue Bloods" in 2018, also previously worked as a Senate page and intern for former Secretary of State John Kerry.

Back in 2017, Jack spoke of his famous family on "Today."

"I'm inspired by my family's legacy of public service. It's something that I'm very proud of," he said, "but I'm still trying to make my own way and figure things out. So stay tuned — I don't know what I'm going to do."

Simon Cowell hospitalized following e-bike crash … again!

Simon Cowell should probably retire his e-bike forever.

The "America's Got Talent" judge reportedly crashed on his e-bike last week in London, resulting in a broken left arm and bad facial bruising. TMZ reported on Feb. 1 that Simon may have also suffered a concussion.

Malizoo / BACKGRID

According to the report, the newly-engaged mogul attempted to turn a sharp corner on his e-bike, but wet roads caused his tires to go out from under him. Simon, who was not wearing a helmet, crashed to the ground.

The British star was taken to the hospital, where he was treated and released.

This is the second time the former "American Idol" judge has dangerously crashed on his bike, but the situation was far more dire back in August 2020. In that instance, he broke his back and narrowly missed severing his spinal cord.

While speaking to "Extra" a few months later, he said, "It could have been a lot worse. When I saw the X-ray, I really nearly could have smashed my spine to pieces, so I literally wouldn't have been able to walk."

Kathy Hutchins/Shutterstock

In recalling the exact moment of the accident, he said, "I knew I'd broken my back the minute I landed. It was really, really kind of sudden and it hurt."

Simon ended up enduring a six-hour surgery to repair his back and later got $112,000 in new teeth.

"I've never been in this situation in my life where you literally can't move," he said. "The pain was off the charts… But you've got to stay positive… I made a promise to myself I'd be fitter than I was before I had the accident. Sure enough, that's what happened."

Adele's 'volatile' romance with Rich Paul adds another layer to Vegas residency drama

Adele and her boyfriend Rich Paul had hit a "rough patch" just prior to her abruptly pulling the plug on her Las Vegas residency show, according to a source close to the singer.

Page Six reported that the singer retreated to Rich's Los Angeles home after hightailing it out of Vegas over a week ago, and she's yet to leave. Behind closed doors, Rich, a sports super agent, is reportedly helping her renegotiate her contract with Caesars Palace, where her show was set to begin on Jan. 21.

Christian Petersen/Getty Images

Incidentally, this is all happening as Adele's romance is supposedly on the rocks.

"She and Rich had been fighting, and their relationship was volatile before she canceled her dates," the source told the New York Post's gossip section. "Adele is very emotional and dramatic. He's an NBA guy who has to go on the road — they are very different — and they hit a rough patch."

In fact, Rich did not join Adele in Vegas in the days leading up to what would have been opening night.

"There's chatter about why Rich wasn't in Las Vegas to support Adele — even the day before the show would have launched. Was he even going to be there for the debut? It's another red flag pointing to relationship conflict as a factor in the cancellation," a second source said. "At first, we took her emotional calls [to Paul] to be about concerns with the show, but many of the conversations were actually fights."

Allen J. Schaben/Los Angeles Times via Getty Imag

Page Six had previously hinted that Rich was a factor in the residency axing

"Adele's been crying and couldn't get through a single full rehearsal for the past month," an insider said last month, adding that the chart-topper was "constantly on the phone with Rich … loudly shouting and sobbing" and "barely rehearsed" because she was "constantly in the middle of an emotional shootout."

The first source said on Jan. 31 that the tumultuous relationship played into Adele unpreparedness.

"Adele didn't show up in Vegas until almost the last minute — in production terms — we think partly because of her issues with Paul," the initial source said, who also echoed rumors that the "Hello" singer was at odds with her set designer. "And when she got there, Adele hated the production and the set, and didn't have enough time to change it."

Adele seemed to hit back at reports of turmoil on Instagram on Feb. 1 while also promoting an upcoming appearance at the Brit Awards.

"Rich sends his love," she wrote at the end of post, which coincidentally showed her holding a playing card, perhaps a nod to Vegas, where she has yet to reschedule.

In her 11th hour Vegas postponement, Adele blamed COVID as the main culprit. However, in the wake of those claims, a report emerged alleging the singer balked at Caesars' request she perform "Skyfall" with a 60-person choir. Then, on Jan. 24, The Sun reported that one of the singer's biggest sticking points centered on a swimming pool set she would have used during "Easy On Me."

"When she saw the finished design, she refused to take part," a source told the British outlet. "Adele described the pool as a 'baggy old pond' and refused, point blank, to stand in the middle of it. The intention was to fill it with water on the set as she was lifted up on a crane-type mechanism, creating the illusion she was floating on water."

There is chatter that Adele may never make up the Vegas dates.
