Twitter loses its mind over shirtless Andrew Garfield pic

Andrew Garfield became Twitter's man of the hour after a shitless picture went viral.

The "Spider Man actor caused social media to meltdown this week after he was photographed looking buff in Bali and wearing nothing more than a swimsuit.

"I can say for sure that andrew garfield should be in the top 10 wonders of the world," one thirty social media user wrote alongside the image. Many fans said he was "supreme."

"I need to breathe," another person commented on the picture of Andrew looking ripped.

Another admirer said, "Andrew Garfield just got to bali and first thing he does is show off his abs. thank you very much sir."

MJ Photos/Shutterstock

The fan crush has to be secretly gratifying, as the actor told Entertainment Tonight earlier this year that he was once told he wasn't "handsome enough" to be a leading man.

"I remember I was so desperate. I auditioned for Prince Caspian in 'The Chronicles of Narnia' and I thought, 'This could be it, this could be it,'" he said. "And that handsome, brilliant actor Ben Barnes ended up getting the role. I think it was down to me and him, and I remember I was obsessed."

In speaking to his agent, Andrew found out why he was passed over.

"She eventually just broke under my incessant nagging and she was, like, 'It's because they don't think you're handsome enough, Andrew,'" he said. "Ben Barnes is a very handsome, talented man, so in retrospect, I'm not unhappy with the decision and I think he did a beautiful job."

Ambulance called to Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez wedding venue

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's upcoming weekend wedding ceremony at his Georgia home is off to a dramatic start.

According to MailOnline, Ben's mother, Chris Anne Boldt, suffered a leg injury at the wedding venue on Friday, Aug. 19, and medical attention was required.

A source told DailyMail.com that Ben's mom fell off a dock and cut her leg. The "Argo" star reportedly found her and called an ambulance.

Pictures from the Georgia property showed an ambulance on property, and witnesses said medics stayed on property for about 20 minutes.

Chris Anne received stitches, and the source said the incident is "not serious." Paparazzi images published by the Daily Mail show Chris Anne with a large bandage around her leg.

Initial reports said a "child" was injured, but those claims appear to be untrue.

Ben and Jen are already married, having eloped in Las Vegas last month. However, Ben reportedly told pals afterward that he and his new wife would be having a bigger, more formal ceremony. Soon after, multiple media outlets confirmed that that ceremony would take place this weekend at his serene Riceboro, Georgia, mansion.

According to Page Six, a rehearsal dinner will take place on Friday night and the ceremony on Saturday. The weekend will conclude with a barbecue and picnic on Sunday.

Alec Baldwin feared Trump supporters would kill him after 'Rust' shooting

Alec Baldwin feared for his life last year after Donald Trump publicly suggested that the actor intentionally shot and killed Halyna Hutchins on the set of "Rust."

While rehearsing a scene for the now-shelved indie-western, Alec pointed a gun at Halyna. Unbeknownst to him, the gun was loaded when it discharged

MediaPunch/Shutterstock

Halyna's death has been ruled accidental.

Shortly after the incident, Trump, who's no fan of Alec's, theorized on a podcast that the actor loaded the gun himself. "In my opinion, [Alec] had something to do with it," Trump said.

Reflecting on that moment, Alec told CNN in a new interview, "That was the only time that I was worried about what was going to happen. Here was Trump, who instructed people to commit acts of violence, and he was pointing the finger at me saying I was responsible for the death."

Gregory Pace/Shutterstock

Speaking about the Capitol riot specifically, in which Trump supporters attempted to stop the certification of Joe Biden's Presidential victory, Alec referred to Brian Sicknick, the police officer who died as result of that insurrection.

"They killed someone," Alec said of the Jan. 6, 2021, mob. "You don't think that I think to myself: Are some of those people going to come and kill me?"

The stress from the fear has "taken years off my life," Alec said. "There is just this torrent of people attacking me who don't know the facts."

The "Boss Baby" star credited his wife, Hilaria Baldwin, for helping him during that time.

"If I didn't have my wife, I don't know where I would be right now … If I didn't have her, I probably would have quit, retired, gone off, you know sold everything I owned, got a house in the middle of nowhere and just you know did find something else to do, sell real estate," he said.

Kristina Bumphrey/StarPix/REX/Shutterstock

During the course of the interview, Alec maintained his innocence, saying Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the on-set armorer, and assistant director Dave Halls, who handed Alec the gun, are to blame for the accidental death.

"Someone put a live bullet in the gun who should have known better," Alec told CNN. "That was [Hannah's] job. Her job was to look at the ammunition and put in the dummy round or the blank round, and there wasn't supposed to be any live rounds on the set."

"There are two people who didn't do what they were supposed to do," he added. "I'm not sitting there saying I want them to, you know, go to prison, or I want their lives to be hell. I don't want that, but I want everybody to know that those are the two people that are responsible for what happened."

Elizabeth Banks, 48, poses in bikini after vacation of 'cheese, wine and chocolate'

Elizabeth Banks isn't sorry for indulging.

The actress took to Instagram on Thursday, Aug. 18, to pose for a few bikini snaps during a Greek vacation. In doing so, she noted that her diet consisted of three food groups, none of which are on the food group pyramid.

"I decoded cheese, wine, and chocolate were more important on this trip than a flat tummy," she captioned an image, which was posted to her Instagram Story.

Elizabeth Banks/Instagram

In a scenic snap, the "Press Your Luck" host walked up a path near the Greek shore and showed off her bikini body in a little blue-and-white two-piece. Her caption notwithstanding, Elizabeth looked stunning and happy in the image.

The vacation has been a family affair, as the actress has shared several images of her children from their European vacation, including a snap of the kids swimming in water caves and diving off rocks.

A fun, edited video to begin the trip showed Elizabeth donning a denim jacket and straw hat before her flight. After walking through the airport door, she came out the other side in Greece donning a white bikini bearing cherries.

Kate Gosselin explains why she 'borrowed' $100,000 from kids, ex accuses her of theft

Kate Gosselin has some explaining to do after her children's trust was depleted of $100,000.

Jon Gosselin, meanwhile, has accused Kate of blatant theft, telling The Sun his ex is living off their children's trust and dubbing her a "hypocrite."

Broadimage/Shutterstock

In newly-unveiled 2019 legal documents, the "Kate Plus 8" star admitted to twice withdrawing $50,000 from the kids trust, adding, "I will have to keep borrowing from it to survive."

In fact, she claimed her eight children owe her money to make amends for her paying for their private school.

"So I mean I'm not looking to collect that but I borrowed $100,000 from the kids' trust," she claimed in the legal docs. "And it owes me $387,000 technically."

Gregory Pace/BEI/Shutterstock

In the court filing, Kate said that assets from Hannah's and Collin's accounts were being used to "meet her and the children's expenses." Interestingly enough, Kate ended up buying a $750,000 lakeside home in North Carolina that same year. Jon insisted that Kate has yet to reimburse the children's accounts and said her justification for dipping into the trust is "crazy."

David Buchan/Variety/REX/Shutterstock

Hannah and Collin have been living with their dad since August 2021. Alexis, Aaden, Joel and Leah all live with Kate. The pair's older twins, Cara and Madelyn, are in college.

"It's disgusting and it's morally wrong," Jon told The Sun of the money matter. "Parents are not supposed to withdraw any money from these accounts without permission and without drawing up paperwork that they will pay it back — but she has produced no paperwork and no payments have been made. You can't just live off your kids' money."

"It makes me feel disgusted. She has been on TV telling the world she has saved her children's money when she's actually been stealing from them – she's a hypocrite," he continued. "There's been no remorse from her at all. Now they're 18 she thinks she can get away scott-free."

Broadimage/REX/Shutterstock

Jon said Colin and Hannah called their mother about the missing money recently.

"Hannah and Collin are really mad," he said. "Hannah called Kate the other day about it but Kate didn't seem to care. I don't know what the other children know about this money. I want them to know about this. Now Hannah and Collin are 18 – it's up to them to file a civil suit against her to get the money back. It's an obscene amount of money and it's their money."

Instagram gushes of Eva Mendes' cell phone Gosling-inspired wallpaper

Ryan Gosling — or at least a digital version of him — is with Eva Mendes at all times.

On Thursday, Aug. 18, the actress gave her fans a glimpse into her cleaning routine. In doing so, she wiped off her cell phone and revealed that her longtime partner's picture is on her wallpaper.

In the image, Ryan looks dapper.

After realizing she showed the world her screensaver, Eva laughs and gave her followers a better glimpse at her beau.

"The lock screen," one person commented with several heart emojis. "God bless you and your family." Another said, "Love the phone background."

Carlos Tischler/REX/Shutterstock

Ryan and Eva, who met in 2011 while filming "The Place Beyond The Pines" together, are fiercely private and rarely give fans a peek into their personal lives. Although Eva has taken a break from acting, Ryan continues to take roles. In a chat with heat magazine, the "Barbie" actor said he thinks about he and Eva's two daughters — Esmeralda Amada Gosling, 7, and Amada Lee Gosling, 6 — when deciding on a project.

"I'm like a dad first, and part of the reason for doing the film ['The Gray Man'] was this opportunity for us to go to these interesting places and be there with my kids," Ryan said.

AFF-USA/Shutterstock

Of course, everything didn't go exactly according to plan. While filming "The Gray Man" in France, he laughed about Eva calling him during a scene.

"That whole scene hinges on me handcuffed to this bench and we're in Prague and there's lots of explosions going up, off, and I was there with Eva and the kids, and they were in a hotel nearby, and I got a call in the middle of one of the scenes," he told Good Morning America. "I kinda hid behind a bench and used my free hand, and it was Eva saying, 'How long are these explosions gonna go on because the girls have a piano Zoom class.'"

'Most Beautiful Girl in the World,' now 20, flaunts post-surgery bikini body

Still beautiful after all these years.

Back in 2007, Thylane Blondeau was dubbed the "World's Most Beautiful Girl" by a slew of media outlets after a picture went viral of the then-6-year-old.

Now 20, Thylane is every bit as stunning as expected.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CegsV_oMY1l/?hl=en

The French model recently put her fit physique on display in a blue bikini for a beach shoot with ETAM. It's one of Thylane first official modeling shoots since revealing in late 2021 that she had multiple surgeries for ovarian cysts. Prior to her first surgery, an ovarian cyst "exploded in [her] stomach," she said.

"From this experience I've learned that when you're body hurts, don't let it slide and take care of it, you must see different doctors until some of them find the problem and heals it," she said in October 2021 on Instagram. "Any pain even the little ones can hide something way more important."

Domine Jerome/ABACA/Shutterstock

Clearly, Thylane — the daughter of French soccer player Patrick Blondeau and actress and fashion designer Veronika Loubry — is feeling better, as evidenced by her stunning Instagram snaps.

Thylane, who twice topped TC Candler's annual "100 Most Beautiful Faces of the Year" list — began modeling at the age of 4 when she walked the runway for Jean Paul Gaultier. At just 10 years old, she posed for Vogue Paris.

When Thylane took home TC Candler's award at a 17-year-old, she took to Instagram.

"I just can't believe it myself," she told her 5.8 million followers.

'Octomom' Nadya Suleman shares photo of her children on their first day of 8th grade

The eight are in 8th grade!

Nadya Suleman made international headlines back in 2009 when she welcomed octuplets. Those kids are now teenagers.

On Wednesday, Aug. 16, the proud mom shared a picture of the infamous children as the 13-year-olds headed off to school.

"First day of 8th grade. Be proud of yourselves kids for being kind, respectful, and helpful to all your fellow peers, teachers and staff. You are exceptional role models to the 6th and 7th graders," she wrote alongside the image, adding, "I love you."

What's often forgotten is that Nadya was already the mother to six children when she welcomed the world's first-surviving octuplets. Nadya, 47, noted that the older siblings — several of whom are now legal adults — did not want their pictures shared.

"I respect their choice, so should you," she addressed her critics.

Damian Dovarganes/AP/Shutterstock

After the post, many of Nadya's followers applauded her for respecting her children's privacy and others commented on how beautiful her children are. The vast majority, though, couldn't believe the octo-kids are teenagers!

"They are all on their way to high school. Time is no joke," one person said. Another said, "Time is flying! Your [sic] a great mom Nadia!!! Your [sic] doing it!!!"

Last year, Nadya reflected on giving birth to the children, saying she never asked for the "Octomom" nickname.

"Octomom, conceived by the media, was birthed in the perfect storm: Between the Great Economic recession of 2007-2009, and the pinnacle of tabloid media sensationalism, I was the perfect prey; a convenient target, with a bullseye on my back, for people to blame their economic hardship on," she wrote on Instagram in August 2021. "Being unmarried and an unemployed graduate student at the time, the predatory media hijacked my life and identity by devising a very effective MARKETING STRATEGY: OCTOMOM."

"They then fueled the fire of fury, outrage, and mass hysteria by feeding the public lie after lie, to push their profit-fueled agenda. Profit over people is an unfortunate pattern perpetuated in this cruel world. Oblivious to this truth at the time, I got trapped in the middle of this evil storm," she continued. "Had I given birth to Octuplets at a more recent time in history, I would never have been the target of media humiliation, misrepresentation, becoming the poster person for 'mommy shaming.'"

Nadya says she was "both cyber and physically stoned" by society back in 2009, recalling rocks being thrown at her house and car.

Alongside her post, Nadya shared an image of children holding up signs protesting her.

"This persecution of a mother would be appalling and even protested against in 2021; though was accepted and encouraged in the toxic 2000's," she said. "Sadly, I a MOTHER, was personally protested against, by ignorant parents and their ignorant children; as ignorance breeds ignorance."

'Girls Next Door' OG Bridget Marquardt recalls first intimate encounter with Hugh Hefner

Bridget Marquardt is detailing her strategy when it came to being intimate with Hugh Hefner.

While on Heather McDonald's Juicy Scoop podcast this week, the former "Girls Next Door" star spoke about attending parties at the famed Playboy Mansion before she caught Hef's wandering eye. Eventually, he asked her out, but Bridget turned him down.

Charley Gallay/WireImage

"I was like, oh no, I've heard stories about what went on. I just really want to be a Playmate, that's why I'm here," she said. "He was very gracious and nice about it, everything was fine."

In time, Bridget's career wasn't taking off, so she took the Playboy magnate up on his offer, thinking, "What do I have to lose?" Soon, she found herself following Hef into his bedroom with a swath of other women.

Eric Charbonneau/Shutterstock

Bridget, who was one of the "Girls Next Door" with Holly Madison and Kendra Wilkinson, had a pretty good idea of what was expected.

"The first night I was like, 'I'm not ready yet, I'm not going to do anything I don't want to do,'" she said. "It's not like I never would have done that with him, but I wasn't ready in the moment."

However, other women pressured her to become sexual with Hef, claiming Bridget's Playboy days would essentially be over if she backed out.

Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images

"I was still just gonna watch and then [one of the women] was like, 'Aren't you gonna go?' It's like, 'You need to go.' And I was like, 'I would rather not.' And she's like, 'Well, then you probably won't be invited back,'" she recalled. "So then I was like, 'Okay.' And I'd seen what everybody else was doing, so I knew that this was like a 10 second thing. I mean, definitely no more than a minute."

After her first encounter with Hef, Bridget drew up a plan and made it a point to be the first woman the magazine titan slept with on a given evening.

"There was no way I wanted going after other people," she said. "If there's new girls coming up, which there often were, like, I just wanted to be first and be done. And I felt like that was the cleanest way to be in and out of it."

Holly, who appeared on the podcast with Bridget, added, "I felt everybody was just trying to get it done as quickly as possible, the whole process."

Is Angelina Jolie trying to sully Brad Pitt's name with FBI lawsuit? Read the shocking new details

Brad Pitt's camp is accusing his ex-wife Angelina Jolie of intentionally trying to damage his reputation based on the actress's actions with regard to an FBI lawsuit, according to a new report from TMZ.

Matt Baron/REX/Shutterstock

On Tuesday, Aug. 16, Puck published a story about an anonymous lawsuit that was filed against the FBI in April. In that Freedom of Information Act suit, the then-unknown plaintiff wanted to get to bottom of why her "then-husband" wasn't prosecuted for an alleged incident aboard an airplane. At the time, based on the timing and information noted in the lawsuit, it was believed that Angelina was the anonymous plaintiff. Now, multiple media outlets confirm that the "Girl, Interrupted" star was indeed behind the legal maneuver.

Brad and Angie's marriage ended in September 2016 after a mysterious private plane incident in which an argument erupted between Brad and one of his children, believed to be eldest son Maddox, and reportedly turned physical. The FBI looked into a complaint about what happened and "conducted a review of the circumstances," a bureau spokesperson said at the time, concluding it would "not pursue further investigation" after submitting its findings to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles, which declined to bring charges.

In the lawsuit, which Puck has seen — though it's now sealed — Angelina said she learned from the FBI's FOIA response last year that before the bureau announced that Brad wouldn't be charged with a crime, the agent investigating the incident had "prepared a statement of probable cause and presented it to the chief of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles," Puck writes, explaining that Angelina wants to know the reasoning behind the subsequent decision not to pursue charges as well as what's in the unredacted records that are still in authorities' possession.

The lawsuit also contains new details not previously known publicly: Puck reports that Angelina alleged in her filing that she told a special agent that Brad — who's denied any wrongdoing — was drinking on the plane and at one point grabbed her shoulders, shook her and yelled, "You're f****** up this family." The actress also alleged that Brad at another point poured beer on her and that she was injured during the flight and gave the special agent a photo of her elbow to confirm it.

Jim Smeal/BEI/REX/Shutterstock

TMZ reports that Brad's camp believes Angelina may very well be attempting to drag her ex's "name through the mud," surmising that her Freedom of Information Act lawsuit was only meant to regurgitate old allegations since she was already privy to the information she was trying to obtain. Sources close to the "Bullet Train" star told the webloid that Brad wasn't charged because there was no evidence to support Angelina's claims.

Australian actress Laura McCulloch's family worried intensely for days on end when she went radio silent after a Tinder date. On Tuesday, Aug. 16, she was found alive and well… in a jail cell in Los Angeles.

The actress, who has starred in several well-known musicals, went on a date in L.A. with someone she met on a dating app on Aug. 12. The following day, Laura didn't show up to any of her commitments and didn't check in with her family, sparking concern and a manhunt.

On Tuesday, her family confirmed that Laura was no longer "missing." The admission came following MailOnline's report that Laura had been locked up for four days after allegedly becoming unruly at a restaurant, something police later confirmed.

According to the Santa Monica Police Department, officers responded to a restaurant on Aug. 12 after Laura got too rowdy. In the following moments, she made her situation much worse.

"According the reporting party, a female, later identified as Laura McCulloch, threw a drink at a restaurant patron and their 2-year-old child," a police report said. "Upon arrival, officers contacted Ms. McCulloch who showed obvious signs of intoxication. While conducting the investigation, McCulloch charged the at the officers while yelling expletives."

"Despite efforts to calm her, McCulloch continued to display aggressive behaviors. During efforts to detain her, she became physically combative, kicked at officers and bit one officer on the shoulder," the report continued, "Laura McCulloch, 37 years old from Australia, was arrested, transported to the Santa Monica Jail and booked for public intoxication and resisting arrest."

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department's inmate booking logs show Laura is currently being held in jail on a felony charge with a $25,000 bond.

After Laura was located, her sister Clare McCulloch said on Instagram, "She has been found safe and well. The family want to thank everyone for your help and support in what has been a traumatic time."

Laura had recently moved to Los Angeles after being based in New York in 2021 where she worked as an actor, singer, voice-over artist, writer and producer. She worked in several musicals and starred in an indie short film called "Covid Support Group" in 2022.

Kim Zolciak defends underage daughter after DUI arrest: 'She was cooperative and honest'

Kim Zolciak-Biermann is claiming her 20-year-old daughter, Ariana Biermann, was stone cold sober at the time of her recent fender bender accident and DUI arrest.

Curtis Means/Ace Pictures/Shutterstock

On Tuesday, Aug. 16, the "Don't Be Tardy" star insisted that the investigating officer of the accident "immediately initiated an investigation for DUI of alcohol." She added, "Despite Ariana's constant invocation that she was upset and anxious from the minor accident, the office incorrectly concluded that she was impaired. That was not the case."

Last weekend, Ariana, 20, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper/erratic lane change, and underage possession/purchase of alcohol, all of which are misdemeanors. The reality TV's star's boyfriend, Hudson McLeroy, was with her and arrested for an alleged DUI, along with allegedly furnishing alcohol to a minor and violating the conditions of his limited driving permit.

Ariana was released from jail on a $5,120 bond.

In a police report, an arresting officer said Ariana admitted to smoking marijuana prior to the crash and refused to take a Breathalyzer at the time of the accident.

"I advised [Ariana] that I could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath. She stated the odor was possibly from her clothing," an officer detailed in a police report, according to Us Weekly. "Ariana stated she had smoked a THC vape pen the night before but did not drink."

On Tuesday, Kim, who was not with her daughter at the time of the 1 a.m. incident, doubled down on her claims that Ariana was sober, saying she "was not impaired by any substance, including alcohol or marijuana."

"Since [Ariana] was being cooperative and honest, she admitted to consuming marijuana the day before, meaning over 24 hours prior to her contact with law enforcement," Kim continued on her Instagram Story. "In addition, the arresting officer, as evidenced by his own police report, charged Ariana with impairment by alcohol. She wholly denies these allegations and intends to fight these charges because she is not guilty of them."

Mariah Carey gets major blowback for attempt to trademark 'Queen of Christmas'

Mariah Carey is getting a frosty response from a few women after trying to trademark the title "Queen of Christmas."

Evan Agostini/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

It appears that Mimi wants the title as an extension of her massive hit "All I want For Christmas Is You." However, according to Variety, full-time holiday singer Elizabeth Chan has raised an objection, claiming nobody should hold the legal rights to the title.

"Christmas has come way before any of us on earth, and hopefully will be around way after any of us on earth," Elizabeth, who released an album titled "Queen of Christmas" in 2021, told Variety. "And I feel very strongly that no one person should hold onto anything around Christmas or monopolize it in the way that Mariah seeks to in perpetuity. That's just not the right thing to do. Christmas is for everyone. It's meant to be shared; it's not meant to be owned."

"And it's not just about the music business. She's trying to trademark this in every imaginable way — clothing, liquor products, masks, dog collars — it's all over the map," she continued. "If you knit a 'queen of Christmas' sweater, you should be able to sell it on Etsy to somebody else so they can buy it for their grandma. It's crazy — it would have that breadth of registration."

Mariah is also getting blowback from Darlene Love, the original singer of "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)," which was released in 1963.

"Is it true that Mariah Carey trade marked 'Queen of Christmas'? What does that mean that I can't use that title?" she wrote on FaceBook. "David Letterman officially declared me the Queen of Christmas 29 years ago, a year before she released 'All I want For Christmas Is You' and at 81 years of age I'm NOT changing anything."

Darlene was a staple on Letterman's show during the holidays, performing her hit song almost annually from 1986-2014.

"I've been in the business for 52 years, have earned it and can still hit those notes!," she said. "If Mariah has a problem call David or my lawyer!"

"Soaking up summer," Demi captioned the sun-kissed snap in which she can be seen relaxing on a boat in the Andie's Swim two-piece.

Demi, 59, didn't indicate where the scenic snap was taken, but reports reveal she's vacationing in Greece.

"And it looks good on you!" Emma wrote in the comments.

Rumer Willis, one of Bruce and Demi's three daughters, wrote, "You're such a hottie mama, my god."

It's hardly a rarity for Demi to show off her enviable bikini body. In late July, the Brat Pack actress stunned in one-piece white swimsuit in her pool. A few days earlier, she modeled several pieces from the Andie's Swim collection.

The hot shots come just a few months after Demi was linked to famed chef and restaurateur Daniel Humm

More details emerge after Kim Zolciak's 20-year-old daughter's DUI arrest

Ariana Biermann, the 20-year-old daughter of Kim Zolciak-Biermann, was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, a new report states.

According to documents obtained by People magazine, the influencer was driving with her boyfriend, Hudson McLeroy, when she was involved in a minor accident at 1 a.m. on Aug. 13 in Georgia.

Records show that Ariana was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper/erratic lane change, and underage possession/purchase of alcohol, all of which are misdemeanors. Hudson was arrested for an alleged DUI, along with allegedly furnishing alcohol to a minor and violating the conditions of his limited driving permit.

Ariana, who was released from Forsyth County Jail on $5120 bond, has denied any wrongdoing, according to her lawyer.

"Ariana was involved in a minor fender bender. When police arrived on scene, the investigating officer immediately initiated an investigation for DUI," her attorney, Justin Spizman, told the magazine. "Despite Ariana's constant invocation that she was upset and anxious from the minor accident, the officer incorrectly concluded she was impaired by alcohol. That was not the case. She wholly denies these allegations and intends to fight these charges because she is not guilty of them."

Citing the police report, Us Weekly said Ariana allegedly refused to take a Breathalizer test.

"I conducted field sobriety evaluations with Ariana and observed signs of impairment. I observed that she had a noticeable sway during the evaluations," the officer continued in the report, indicating Ariana was asked to "provide a breath sample to the preliminary breath test. … she refused."

The "Don't Be Tardy" star and Hudson began dating in high school. They've been together for four years.

Viewers lined up on both sides of the spectrum, with some claiming Justin was out of line. More people, though, seemed to blame Jenna, claiming she was violating his personal space. Some "Today" fans even went so far as to insist she was sexually harassing Justin.

As the social media drew their lines in the sand, Justin responded to the fervor.

"People thought that she was invading my space, and that's actually not the truth," he said.

Justin then said he was attempting to flirt with the chef because "he was cute." He continued, "I was pushing her away so I could have a one-on-one moment with the chef, and people took it the wrong way… People just jumped to conclusions."

In an Instagram video obtained by The Shaderoom, Justin praised Jenna, claiming she's is "one of the nicest, most welcoming people I've ever met."

The Emmy-nominated host said Jenna has always been a "big champion" of his, and he hates that viewers are "taking it out of context."

While Justin seemed to nip this one in the bud, there might be more "Today" show drama brewing between Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie
