Bam Margera cuts off communication with parents, leaves rehab again

Bam Margera has fled his court-mandated rehab again, and he's now no longer speaking to his parents.

The former MTV star left a Florida rehab facility on Sunday, Sept. 4, and seen at a local bar soon after, TMZ reported, which also published video of Bam leaving the 57 Tavern with a woman. Bam appeared to struggle while leaving the bar at 1 a.m. in Monday morning.

According to the website, Bam told friends that he met a male lawyer in rehab, and that attorney said he could get the prankster out of the facility. The caveat: Bam had to leave the state to get out of his court-ordered treatment.

Bam is currently staying with a family friend in the Sunshine State, but he's decided to cut off communication with his parents, who he's butting heads with. Bam is also reportedly upset that he's heard little-to-nothing from his estranged wife and their son, Phoenix, since late June.

The troubled reality TV star left a rehab center in June and turned up at a bar, similar to his most recent escape. After a few days, he was located at a Deerfield Beach, Florida, on June 15. There, police, a crisis intervention team and his parents pleaded with Bam to return to rehab, which he did.

TMZ said police and a crisis intervention team will likely try to track him down again and get him to agree to return for treatment.

'Euphoria' star responds to 'liking' anti-non-binary post

"Euphoria" actress Hunter Schafer defended herself and denied speculation that she doesn't support non-binary people.

The rumors began after the 23-year-old "liked" an Instagram post critical of non-binary community, claiming it was responsible for conservative legislation, particularly in Florida.

"i hold absolutely no hatred towards non-binary folks," Hunter wrote, according to Page Six screenshots. "i agreed with another t-girl's post in which she pointed out an in-balance in the visibility and space-taken up between non-binary folks and binary trans women (particularly those of color and/or those who have resulted to sex work as a means of survival) that i think deserves attention/ re-evaluation (as far as resources and platforms go) within the LGBTQ+ community."

Hunter, who is dating "Euphoria" costar Dominic Fike, assured her 7 million Instagram followers that she is not a "trans medicalist," which means she does not agree with the idea that "being transgender or transsexual is contingent upon experiencing gender dysphoria or requiring medical treatment to transition," according to Wikipedia.

The questioning of Hunter's views stem from an August post that read, "For the last time I am begging non binary people to take a seat and let binary trans people and more specifically black trans women be the voices of the community because they are the ones at risk."

Chris Pine's team is speaking truth to the spitting theory that has dominated social media.

Over the past few days, a rumor floating around Twitter claimed that Harry Styles spat on Chris at the premiere of "Don't Worry Darling" at the Venice Film Festival Monday, Sept. 5.

Video of the supposed incident shows Harry walking to his seat as the crowd — including Chris — applauds. Then, just as Harry sits, Chris reacts in a stunned manner and stops clapping. He even appears to look down at his pants while smirking.

Harry, meanwhile, didn't seem to acknowledge Chris, which only fanned the flames.

Social media is convinced that Harry hurled saliva at him. On Tuesday, Chris' team ended the speculation, saying the former "Star Trek" star was sans-spit.

"This is a ridiculous story — a complete fabrication and the result of an odd online illusion that is clearly deceiving and allows for foolish speculation," Chris rep told People magazine. "Just to be clear, Harry Styles did not spit on Chris Pine."

"There is nothing but respect between these two men and any suggestion otherwise is a blatant attempt to create drama that simply does not exist," the statement continued.

Jennifer Lawrence reveals politics has caused family feuds

Growing up, Jennifer Lawrence assumed she would vote Republican, like her parents did. Instead, she finds herself not only supporting Democrats, but also feuding with her family about their conservative political views — especially when it comes to gun laws, reproductive rights and Donald Trump, whose election in 2016 left Jennifer seriously at odds with her Kentucky-based relatives. "I just worked so hard in the last five years to forgive my dad and my family and try to understand: It's different. The information they are getting is different. Their life is different," she tells Vogue in the magazine's October 2022 cover story. I've tried to get over it and I really can't. … You have to be political. It's too dire." The Supreme Court's reversal of Roe v. Wade also exacerbated tensions at home. "I don't want to disparage my family, but I know that a lot of people are in a similar position with their families. How could you raise a daughter from birth and believe that she doesn't deserve equality?" Jennifer asks. Although the actress recently welcomed her first child with husband Cooke Maroney, she tells Vogue she's had two miscarriages and now worries how such experiences will work for women with fewer options. She also notes pregnancy changed "every single second of … life," which left her wondering, "what if I was forced to do this?" As for guns? "I'm raising a little boy who is going to go to school one day. Guns are the number-one cause of death for children in the United States. And people are still voting for politicians who receive money from the NRA," Jennifer says. "It blows my mind. I mean, if Sandy Hook didn't change anything? We as a nation just went, OK! We are allowing our children to lay down their lives for our right to a second amendment that was written over 200 years ago." Asked if she's able to talk about these issues with her family, the star says it's not exactly a conversation when she tries. "I unleash text messages. Just: Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. They don't respond," she admits. "And then I'll feel bad and send a picture of the baby."

John Legend details falling out with Kanye West, brands Trump campaign's Kanye 2020 support a 'scam'

John Legend says Kanye West's 2020 White House bid was a "clear scam" by Donald Trump's campaign to funnel "Black votes away from [Joe] Biden." The singer also believes his inability to support Kanye's campaign ultimately ended their friendship. In an interview with The New Yorker published over the weekend, the Grammy-winning singer clarifies comments he recently made about his falling out with Kanye on "The Axe Files" podcast. "What it got described as was we stopped being friends because he supported Trump, which was a mischaracterization of what I said," John told The New Yorker, referencing Kanye's hot-and-cold relationship with the former POTUS prior to his July 4, 2020, announcement that he was running for President on the so-called "Birthday Party" ticket. "What I was saying was that he was very upset with me that I didn't support him running for President, and that was the real impetus for us having a strain in our friendship," John continued. "I don't know what will happen in the future, but he was very upset with me that I didn't support him and I supported Joe Biden. It's up to him whether he can get past that." Kanye went public with his politics-fueled rift with John after Trump won the 2016 presidential election, sharing private messages John had sent Kanye in which the singer took issue with the rapper's support of Trump. Kanye promptly called John out and shared screenshots of the messages. But according to John, there was nothing mean-spirited in what they said. "I talked to him with love and with empathy, and tried to help him see another way of looking at things," John recalled. Later, when Trump's staffers and associates helped get Kanye's name on the 2020 ballot — while campaigning for Trump's bid for a second term in office — John couldn't support what appeared to be a "scam," he told The New Yorker. "The most frustrating thing about [Kanye's] run for the Presidency for me was how much it was an operation run by the Trump campaign," John said. "I don't know how aware [Kanye] was of the fact that there was so much Trump personnel throughout his campaign, raising money for him, getting petitions signed for him, getting him on the ballot. I saw their work on his behalf as a clear scam and an operation to try to siphon Black votes away from Biden, so there was no way I was going to support it. Kanye was upset with that, and we haven't been friends since, really." He added that he doesn't want to let political differences become "the sole determinant of who can be my friend and who can't. But values matter and character matters and moral compass matters."

Justin Bieber pauses world tour for the fifth time, citing health reasons

Justin Bieber has announced he's putting his Justice World Tour on hold once again. On Tuesday, Sept. 6, the singer shared an Instagram Stories post explaining that he's pressing pause on some 70 scheduled concerts, having determined the performances are jeopardizing his health. "After getting off the stage, the exhaustion overtook me and I realize that I need to make my health the priority right now," he wrote in the post, which comes after a weekend show in Brazil and six shows in Europe. "So I'm going to take a break from touring for the time being. I'm going to be ok, but I need time to rest and get better," Justin's message continued. "I gave everything I have, but it took a real toll on me," he said of his recent concerts. Justin's announcement marks the fifth time his tour has been postponed, according to Deadline. Most recently, he revealed a bout with Ramsay Hunt syndrome had caused him to suffer facial paralysis, forcing him to take a breather from the tour in June. Initially slated to kick off in 2020, the tour was postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic two years in a row and delayed once again when Justin contracted the virus in 2022. A TMZ source "with direct knowledge" of Justin's situation attributes the latest change of plans to a combination of the singer's Ramsay Hunt diagnosis and ongoing mental health issues.

Jason Momoa's long, luscious locks are no more! On Labor Day, the "Dune" star chopped off his trademark long hair to draw attention to the problems caused by single-use plastics that end up polluting the world and fueling climate change. In a video posted to his Instagram, the Hawaii-born actor transformed his look from long braids to a buzz cut. "Aloha, everyone," he said in the clip. "Hand me those braids." Holding up the lopped-off braids before the camera, Jason said he was "shavin' off the hair," joking that he'd "never even felt the wind" on one part of his head. Mindy Kaling reflects on her decision to become a single mom

Mindy Kaling still struggles with certain aspects of being a single mom, even though she knows she made the right decisions in welcoming daughter Katherine in 2017 and son Spencer in 2020. "Growing up I used to write in journals, 'I'm going to be married to a guy named Josh and we're going to have five children. I'm gonna start having kids when I'm 24,'" Mindy tells Meghan Markle in the latest edition of the duchess' "Archetypes" podcast (via Yahoo). "But 24 came and went," Mindy explains. "No Josh, no marriage, no four kids." Instead, she landed a writer job on "The Office" that year. Jennette McCurdy reads letter from abusive mom asking for money, calling actress 'conniving, evil'

Jennette McCurdy stunned many people last month when she openly spoke about being happy that her mother passed away. Now, she's revealing just how abusive and mean-spirited her mother was… in her mom's own words.

While on an upcoming episode of "Red Table Talk," the "iCarly" alum read a letter that her late mom, Debbie McCurdy, sent her.

"'I am so disappointed in you,'" Debbie began the email, which was also included in the book. "'You used to be my perfect little angel, but now you are nothing more than a little … s***, a floozy, all used up. And to think you wasted it on that hideous ogre of a man.'"

Jennette, 30, didn't reveal who the man was, but recalls telling her mom at the time that she was with a friend named Colton.

In People magazine's sneak peek of the episode, Jennette reads the letter, which was sent after Deb saw photos of the actress with a man online.

"'I saw the pictures on a website called TMZ. I saw you rubbing his disgusting hairy stomach. I knew you were lying about Colton,'" Jennette continued while reading the letter. "Add that to a list of things you are: liar, conniving, evil. You look pudgier too. It's clear you're eating your guilt.'"

In the letter, Debbie allegedly says that the thought of her daughter sleeping with the man in the photos made her "sick."

"'I raised you better than this. What happened to my good little girl? Where did she go and who is this monster that has replaced her? You're an ugly monster now,'" Jennette read. "I told your brothers about you and they all said they disown you just like I do. We want nothing to do with you. Love, Mom — or should I say Deb since I am no longer your mother?"

The letter ends, "P.S. Send money for a new fridge; ours broke.'"

Debbie passed away in 2013.

'NCIS' star Pauley Perrette reveals she had 'massive stroke' last year

Pauley Perrette has apparently cheated death one more time.

Over the weekend, the "NCIS" alum revealed that she suffered a life-threatening stroke last year, something she had kept under wraps.

"It's 9/2 One year ago I had a massive stoke. Before that I lost so many beloved family and friends, And daddy And then Cousin Wayne," she tweeted. "Yet still a survivor after this traumatic life I've been given so far… And still so grateful, Still so full of faith, And STILL HERE!"

In a video, she spoke more about that day, saying, "Yes, I'm still here again. Like, how many times do I cheat death? I almost died from a hair dye allergy, I have food allergies. I'm a domestic violence and rape survivor."

In addition to her health emergencies, Pauley was also assaulted by a homeless man in 2015 and nearly died. In that incident, a man who called himself William but was later identified as David Merck, allegedly ran towards her, pinned her arms down, punched her in the nose, and told her over and over again, "I'm going to kill you." Pauley pleaded with the man and he eventually let her go.

"I've been through a lot in the last two years. Things that are harder than having a stroke," she said. "But I'm still here. And I'm still grateful. And thank you, those of you who are my friends."

Prior to voicing Princess Tiana in "The Princess and the Frog" in 2009, Anika Noni Rose rose to fame for her work on Broadway: She won a Tony Award for best featured actress in a musical for her 2004 portrayal in "Caroline, or Change." She also landed a starring role in the 2006 Oscar-winning musical film "Dreamgirls," in which she starred alongside Beyonce and Jennifer Hudson. Since her Tiana days, Anika has appeared in a slew of projects from Broadway musicals to films to television series. In 2013, she played Angelica Schuyler in the acclaimed musical "Hamilton" for the Vassar College Workshop; in 2018, she appeared in the Sam Levinson-directed flick "Assassination Nation"; and from 2015 to 2016, she played Liz Babbitt on TV's "Bates Motel." She more recently appeared in the 2021 miniseries "Maid" with Margaret Qualley and will next reprise her role as Princess Tiana on the forthcoming "Tiana" series for Disney+.

In the 1998 Disney flick "Mulan," Ming-Na Wen voiced the titular warrior — the daughter of war veteran Fa Zhou who disguises herself as a man and enlists in the army in order to protect her weary father.

Following the release of "Mulan" in 1998, Ming-Na Wen reprised her role as Mulan in the 2005 sequel "Mulan II" and in 2018's "Ralph Breaks the Internet." She's appeared in a variety of projects over the years — from films like 2008's "Prom Night" and 2016's "The Darkness" to television series like "Two and a Half Men" and "Stargate Universe." In 2013, Ming-Na landed the role of Melinda May on the Marvel series "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." In 2020, the talented voice actress worked on two series — "Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens" and "Transformers: Siege." In 2020, the actress took to Instagram to thank Buzzfeed for pointing out a very cool feat: "With her role in [2019's] 'The Mandalorian,' Ming-Na Wen is the only person to be a Disney princess, a Marvel superhero and a 'Star Wars' character, thus completing a 'Disney Hat Trick.'" She's since lent her voice to characters on "The Book of Boba Fett" and "Gremlins: Secrets of the Mogwai." Ming-Na is married to Eric Michael Zee, with whom she shares two children.

In the 2010 Disney animated film "Tangled," actress-singer Mandy Moore voiced Rapunzel — an abducted recluse with magical long hair who's actually a young princess with dreams of leaving her lonely tower and leading an adventurous life.

After headlining "Tangled," Mandy Moore starred in the 2012 romantic comedy "Love, Wedding, Marriage" alongside Kellan Lutz. That same year, she reprised her voice role as Rapunzel in the short film "Tangled Ever After," then did it again from 2017 to 2020 on the Disney TV show "Tangled: The Series." In 2016, Mandy landed a starring role on the hit NBC family drama-comedy series "This Is Us," for which she garnered a Golden Globe nomination for best supporting actress and an Emmy nomination for outstanding lead actress in a drama. The show aired its series finale in 2022. The "A Walk to Remember" alum also appeared in 2017's "47 Meters Down," 2018's "The Darkest Minds" and 2019's "Midway." At just 16, Auli'i Cravalho starred in her breakout role as the voice of Moana — the ambitious daughter of the village chief who's picked to restore the heart of Te Fiti — in the 2016 Disney animated feature film of the same name.

After making her acting debut in 2016's "Moana," Auli'i Cravalho has slowly but surely worked to add to her roster of credits. In 2018, she made her television acting debut on the NBC series "Rise," which lasted for one season. She showed off her vocal chops once more in 2019 as Ariel in ABC's "The Little Mermaid Live!" — a live-action version of the popular Disney flick. The actress-singer, who came out as bisexual in 2020, more recently starred in the 2022 Hulu film "Crush."

Irene Bedard voiced Pocahontas in the 1995 animated film of the same name. She was the adventurous, confident daughter of Chief Powhatan who, against her father's strict orders, met and fell in love with white foreign explorer Captain John Smith.

After lending her voice to the Native American Disney princess, Irene Bedard appeared on the 1998 series "Smoke Signals" as Suzy Song. That same year, she reprised her role as Pocahontas in "Pocahontas II: Journey to a New World" and did it again in 2018's "Ralph Breaks the Internet." Irene has appeared in a slew of projects — from starring in films like 2015's "Songs My Brothers Taught Me" and 2019's "The Harbinger" to making guest appearances on TV series like "The Outer Limits" in 2001 and "Westworld" in 2018. From 2020 to 2021, Irene appeared on the Paramount+ miniseries "The Stand." The talented actress, who shares a child with ex-husband Deni Wilson, made headlines in August 2022 when she was arrested in Ohio for disorderly conduct.

In the 2012 Disney animated film "Brave," Kelly Macdonald voiced Princess Merida — the headstrong 16-year-old daughter of Scottish rulers who defies royal expectations when she refuses to marry.

Scottish actress Kelly Macdonald went on to appear in films like 2012's "Anna Karenina," 2016's "The Journey Is the Destination" and 2018's "Holmes & Watson." She also won raves on the HBO period crime drama "Boardwalk Empire" from 2010 to 2014 and the 2019 miniseries "The Victim." In 2016, Kelly landed a starring role on "Hated in the Nation," an episode of the acclaimed Charlie Brooker-created sci-fi series "Black Mirror." In the 1992 Disney animated film "Aladdin," Linda Larkin voiced Princess Jasmine — the strong-willed princess of Agrabah who's become disillusioned with her life of luxury.

Two years after "Aladdin" premiered, Linda Larkin reprised her role as Jasmine in the "Aladdin" Disney animated television series that ran from 1994 to 1995. She would go on to voice Princess Jasmine again on an episode of "Hercules: The Animated Series" in 1999, "House of Mouse" in 2002, "Disney Comics in Motion" in 2018 and 2019 and in the film "Ralph Breaks the Internet" in 2018. Linda has also appeared in movies like 1999's "Runaway Bride" and 2007's "You Belong to Me" and television series like "Trinity" in 1998 and "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" in 2007. In 2011, along with Anika Noni Rose and Jodi Benson — two women who've also voiced Disney princesses — Linda was honored at the Disney Legends Awards for her voice work as Jasmine.

In the 1989 Disney film "The Little Mermaid," Jodi Benson voiced Princess Ariel — the seventh-born daughter of underwater ruler King Triton who longs to be human.

Jodi Benson not only provided Ariel's speaking voice in "The Little Mermaid" films and television series — she provided her singing voice too! In 1999, Jodi showed off her voice acting skills once more when she played Barbie in the 1999 Golden Globe-winning film "Toy Story 2" and again in the 2010 Academy Award-winning sequel "Toy Story 3." Since "The Little Mermaid," Jodi has crafted an impressive list of voice acting credits including Thumbelina in the 1994 film of the same name and Helen of Troy on the 1998 "Hercules" series. In 2018, along with fellow Disney princess voice actresses, Jodi reprised her role as Ariel once more in "Ralph Breaks the Internet." In the 1991 Disney film "Beauty and the Beast," Paige O'Hara voiced Belle, the bookish daughter of a local inventor who becomes imprisoned and falls in love with a misunderstood prince-turned-beast.

Actress-singer Paige O'Hara went on to reprise Belle in 1997's "Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas," 1998's "Belle's Magical World" and 2018's "Ralph Breaks the Internet." In addition to voicing beloved Princess Belle, Paige appeared in two films — 2001's "Legend of the Candy Cane" and 2007's musical rom-com "Enchanted." She also lent her voice to two television series after "Beauty and the Beast" debuted — "Adventures from the Book of Virtues" in 1996 and "Rapsittie Street Kids: Believe In Santa" in 2002. In 1995, Paige played Fantine in "Les Misérables" on Broadway.

In 1959's "Sleeping Beauty," Mary Costa voiced Princess Aurora — a cursed royal who can only be awakened by a kiss from her one true love, Prince Philip, on her 16th birthday.

In 1959 at just 22, Mary Costa landed the role of Princess Aurora. Aside from being a talented voice actress, Mary is also an operatic soprano — she portrayed Tytania in the U.S. premiere of Britten's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" in 1961 and made her Metropolitan Opera debut as Violetta in "La Traviata" in 1964. Mary was also famously asked by former first lady Jacqueline Kennedy to sing at the memorial for late President John F. Kennedy in Los Angeles in 1963. In 1971, Mary also sang at the inaugural concert for the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts. She appeared in two films following "Sleeping Beauty" — 1972's "The Great Waltz" and 2000's "Titus Andronicus." Mary is also an ambassador for Childhelp, a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing and treating children who have been abused.

In the 1950 film of the same name, Ilene Woods voiced Cinderella — a girl mistreated by her evil stepmother and stepsisters who falls in love with Prince Charming.

In 1963 — 13 years after she voiced "Cinderella" — Ilene Woods married Ed Shaughnessy, the drummer in "The Tonight Show" band with whom she had two sons. She went on to become a spokeswoman for United Cerebral Palsy telethons. She was honored with a Disney Legend Award in 2003 for her voice work in "Cinderella." In 2010, Mary passed away in Los Angeles at 81.

In the 1937 Disney animated film "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," Adriana Caselotti voiced Snow White — a young princess who befriends seven forest-dwelling miners and dreams of living happily ever after.

As Snow White, Adriana Caselotti can claim the distinction of being the first actress to voice the main character of Disney's first-ever animated feature film. In 1994, she was honored with a Disney Legend Award — the first female voice actor to be recognized for such an accomplishment. She appeared in two more films in uncredited roles — 1939's "The Wizard of Oz" and the 1946 Frank Capra movie "It's a Wonderful Life." In 1997, Adriana passed away in Los Angeles at 80.

When Brock proposed in 2021, he gave Scheana a 12.74-carat rectangular cushion-cut rare fancy pink morganite ring set on a 14-karat white gold band studded with 12 diamonds, designed by Kyle Chan (see it here). The pick was polarizing, with many fans on social media criticizing his choice or morganite over a diamond, which Scheana defended. "It's still 12.74 carats. Why does it matter what stone?" she tweeted, also telling one fan, "I didn't want a Diamond. Morganites are beautiful and have so much meaning." But at their wedding, Brock presented her with an upgraded engagement ring designed by Ring Come True — a 4-carat emerald-cut diamond solitaire set on a thin band set with more diamonds, the jeweler shared on Instagram along with images of Scheana's new bling.

Nearly two weeks after former model Jennifer Flavin filed to divorce movie star Sylvester Stallone after 25 years of marriage, People magazine is shedding some light on what caused the split. They "are very different people, age-wise and in temperament," said a Hollywood insider who's spent time with the couple, who have a nearly 22-year age difference. "What was once exciting and challenging is now routine and irritating." According to the insider, "disagreements on little things add up after so many years together." A Flavin source told the magazine that Sly can be impetuous, which caused problems. "He tends to do things on a whim without asking her before," that source explained. The "Rocky" star previously denied to TMZ that reports claiming he and Jennifer broke up because he got a new dog — a Rottweiler named Dwight — against her wishes was not true. Though they didn't see eye to eye over the animal's care, Sly admitted, "We did not end the relationship on such a trivial argument," he said. "We just went in different directions. I have the highest respect for Jennifer. I will always love her. She's an amazing woman. She's the nicest human being I've ever met."

On Aug. 30 — after a summer of speculation about the status of their relationship — People magazine reported that sources confirmed that Leonardo DiCaprio and model-actress Camila Morrone, who's 23 years his junior, have split. The pair were first romantically linked nearly five years ago in December 2017. The Oscar winner has a history of only dating women 25 and under — and Camila hit that age in June. Meanwhile, Instagram gossip account Deux Moi has been posting speculation, which has also been discussed on her podcast, that Leo's been quietly spending time with beautiful blonde model Gigi Hadid who's — gasp! — 27 and also a single mom, though those rumors are unconfirmed. E! News also reported that Leo was spotted aboard a yacht in St-Tropez on July 18 accompanied by friends — and Ukrainian model Maria Beregova, whom DailyMail.com reported was newly single after splitting from her husband, Ahmed Masoud Abdelhafid, whose grandfather was an interior minister and loyalist to late Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi.

Former "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Braunwyn Windham-Burke is dating a new woman following her July split from her girlfriend of about nine months, Victoria Brito. Braunwyn took to her Instagram Stories on Aug. 31 to share videos and photos of herself vacationing in Dorado, Puerto Rico, with Jennifer Spinner (see her here). "I like her, we laugh a lot, it's good," the mother of seven, who came out as a lesbian in late 2020, captioned one clip. Jennifer captioned a post on her own Instagram Story, "Here's to new chapters and a lot more cheesy posts." The former Bravo star told Us Weekly she and Jennifer met online. "Her brother … is in the same friend group that my ex-girlfriend [Victoria] used to be friends with," she explained, adding that they started DM'ing, learned they shared the same sense of humor and met up the next time Braunwyn was in New York. In the wake of Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady's return to team training following a mysterious 11-day absence in August comes news that he and wife Gisele Bundchen are having trouble, Page Six reported on Sept. 1. Citing multiple sources, the New York Posts's gossip column claimed that following a series of what it described as "heated arguments over Brady's shock decision to un-retire from the NFL" — which he announced earlier this year — the supermodel left their family compound in Tampa, Florida, and headed to Costa Rica while Tom stayed behind. "Tom and Gisele are in a fight right now," a source told Page Six. It's happened before, and they've reunited in the past, the source added. According to a second source, "There's been trouble in the marriage over his decision to un-retire. Gisele has always been the one with the kids. They had agreed he would retire to focus on the family, then he changed his mind." Another insider further told Page Six that Tom and Gisele "have a fiery relationship. Gisele is a bit hot-headed — she has that Brazilian heat!" During a Bucs press conference on Aug. 27, Tom was asked about the time he took off and offered a vague explanation. "It's all personal," he said. "Everyone's got different situations they're dealing with. We all have really unique challenges to our life. I'm 45 years old, man. There's a lot of s*** going on. Just gotta try to figure out life the best you can. It's a continuous process."

That was fast! Barely two weeks after "Mad Men" actor Vincent Kartheiser filed to divorce "Gilmore Girls" and "The Handmaid's Tale" actress Alexis Bledel on Aug. 10 in New York following eight years of marriage, a judge has signed off on their split. On Aug. 31, Page Six confirmed that court records showed the order for the divorce was signed on Aug. 26 and the case is now disposed. The couple, who share a son, married in 2014 after meeting on the set of "Mad Men" three years earlier.

In late August, a tipster sent Instagram gossip site Deux Moi a blind item about a secretly engaged celebrity couple that's quite easy to solve — but is it true? "I have it on very good authority that this A-list actor's older brother is dating and engaged to this C-list actress and are planning a secret fall wedding. Album is on hold till A-lister returns to the country for wedding," the item reads. Considering it also mentioned the pseudonyms "Shantana Slammin" and "LetoLovin," it's pretty clear the tipster is referring to 30 Seconds to Mars rocker Shannon Leto, whose new romance with "Salem" and "The Real Bros of Simi Valley" actress Cara Santana was revealed in August 2021 — seven months after she moved on from a 13-year romance with "Desperate Housewives" actor Jesse Metcalfe. The A-list brother the item refers to is, of course, Oscar winner and Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman Jared Leto, who's been vacationing in Europe for much of the summer.

Rachel Bilson clarified comments she previously made about her 2020 split from Bill Hader — back in June, she made headlines for saying it was "probably harder than childbirth" — on the Aug. 31 episode of Alex Cooper's "Call Her Daddy" podcast, suggesting it was taken out of the context. "I did not actually say that. I'm happy you brought that up," Rachel told the host. "I said, obviously, he and I, we're not still together, so we broke up. But it was during a time where you could not leave your house," she explained, thinking back to the early days of the coronavirus pandemic when lockdowns had just begun. "I had to deal with this. I had to deal with being alone and taking care of my kid and everything else," she continued. "Being isolated and not being able to connect with any humans, not being able to help myself. Nobody had this pairing on their bingo card for 2022! The most talked-about couple at the MTV Video Music Awards on Aug. 28? Rapper Yung Gravy (real name: Matthew Hauri), 26, and Sheri Nicole Easterling, 42, who's the mother of TikTok star and actress Addison Rae. During a pre-show interview with MTV, People magazine reported, the "Betty (Get Money)" rapper — who kissed and cuddled the newly single mom 16 years his senior as they posed for photographers on the red carpet — revealed how they got together, explaining, "We met online. … We connected right away. I'm from the furthest north it gets, she's from the furthest south it gets. I'm into MILFs and she's kind of the queen of MILFs, so I figured it was just a perfect match." Their PDA-filled outing comes nearly two months after 25-year-old Renee Ash alleged to Page Six that she had a five-month affair with Addison's 46-year-old father, Monty Lopez, after he "misled" her and "lied" to her about that state of his marriage with Sheri. "Game of Thrones" star Jack Gleeson — who played sadistic and villainous King Joffrey Baratheon on the hit HBO series — married actress-comedian Roisin O'Mahony at the Sacred Heart Church in The Glen, Ballinskelligs, in County Kerry, Ireland, on Aug. 27. The priest who performed the ceremony, Father Patsy Lynch, shared three beautiful photos of the bride and groom from the "very simple, prayerful and dignified marriage ceremony" on Twitter two days later. Father Lynch also told the Irish Independent that Jack texted him after the nuptials "to say that it was such a wonderful, moving ceremony and afterwards they went for a meal," and that the couple planned to have a second wedding in England.

Tim Robbins has settled his divorce from Gratiela Brancusi more than two years after they split, The Blast reported on Aug. 27. When the "Shawshank Redemption" star filed to divorce the "1883" actress, who's 30 years his junior, in January 2021, it came as a surprise to fans as it wasn't public knowledge that they were even married. They secretly wed in 2017 and separated in 2020. Details of the divorce settlement are confidential.

Things got weird at Scheana Shay and Brock Davies' Aug. 23 wedding in Cancun, Mexico. On Aug. 26, Us Weekly reported that "Vanderpump Rules" stars Tom Schwartz and Raquel Leviss — who were both in the bridal party — hooked up at the destination wedding. "Apparently there was some heavy drinking involved. They made out," an insider told Us, further sharing that they heard "through the grapevine" that "more happened" between the two. It's an interesting pairing considering both were in serious relationships with other "Vanderpump Rules" stars until recently: Raquel and fiancée James Kennedy split in December 2021, and Tom and wife Katie Maloney announced in March that they're ending their marriage. Katie was in Cancun at the same time but didn't appear to attend the wedding, adding another layer of awkwardness. A source told E! News that Katie and Tom's previously amicable breakup is now full of "tension" because of how close he's getting to Raquel, while a production source told Page Six that Katie is "annoyed because he decided to hook up with a girl in their circle of friends" and is also "mad at Scheana because she believes Scheana is responsible for Raquel and Schwartz hooking up." A second source told Page Six that Katie is the once who "planted the seed" for her ex and Raquel to get together. "She told Scheana, 'They'd be really cute together.' Scheana simply relayed the message later on to Raquel: 'Katie thinks that you and Schwartz would make a really good match and gave her blessing.'" Of course this isn't the first time Tom and Raquel have been accused of hooking up: Back in April, a rumor made the rounds on Twitter claiming that Tom was holding hands and making out with Raquel during Coachella that month, but he shot it down, tweeting, "Guys hate to break it to you but I wasn't at Coachella."

The sighting confirms rumors that he and girlfriend Sarah Brady have split. Shia LaBeouf opened up about his relationship with actress Mia Goth in an email he sent to director-actress Olivia Wilde on Aug. 24 amid drama over whether or not she fired him from "Don't Worry Darling" last summer. In the letter, which was made public when Shia shared it with Variety — in it, he says he quit the film (his role went to Harry Styles), while Olivia has publicly implied he was fired — Shia also wrote about his new baby and his efforts to rebuild his relationship with Mia. "Summer House" stars Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard are engaged, they confirmed to People magazine on Aug. 28. Queens of Bravo was the first to report the news, posting a video taken shortly after Carl popped the question on Aug. 27. The proposal — he gave Lindsay a diamond ring with a 3.5-carat square brilliant cut cushion with two half-moon diamonds on the side — took place at Southhampton's Dune Beach and was captured by Bravo cameras for the reality show's seventh season. On Aug. 29, country music singers Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans announced they've split and are divorcing after nearly five years of marriage. "Friends, I've always tried my best to share my life with you in a real and vulnerable way, while also protecting layers of my personal life as they unfold," Kelsea wrote on her Instagram Story. "This is now public record so I wanted you to hear from me directly that I am going through a divorce." She filed on Aug. 26 and listed their date of separation as the same day. "Dancing With the Stars" pro Cheryl Burke – who filed to divorce actor husband Matthew Lawrence in February — accused an ex of cheating on her in a TikTok video she posted on Aug. 24. "When he said he would never talk to her again yet I found text messages, viagra, and a necklace hidden in a pair of his shoes," she captioned the clip, which was set to Adele singing "the last time" from her hit "When We Were Young." Added Cheryl, "The last time is absolutely right! Goodbye forever…#exessuck #goodbyeforever #hopeitwasworthit." The "Dance Moms" coach didn't specifically call out Matthew, but she's been vocal on her podcast about not having dated anyone else since they called it quits. A source told Page Six, "The post was intentionally not specific. Cheryl has been in abusive relationships in the past, and her reference to an ex could be any one of those subjects."

We never know what to expect from the MTV Video Music Awards. Year after year, the biggest names in music descend on the red carpet in some of the wildest getups of the year. The 2022 event on Aug. 28 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, was no different — so Wonderwall.com has rounded up the best and worst fashion of the night… "Meant to Be" singer Bebe Rexha joked about a potential wardrobe malfunction in her Vivienne Westwood dress ahead of the MTV VMAs, and there was definitely reason to worry! Her elegant black gown included an off-the-shoulder detail and a dangerously low neckline, which was balanced out by a sky-high slit.

Obsessed! Sabrina Carpenter scored a fashion hit in this sweet floral Moschino gown. The floor-length selection covered in colorful flower designs included a halter-style detail and cutouts down the bodice.

Though we loved the shade of her dreamy Jean Paul Gaultier ballgown, the excessive draping swallowed the star whole and the addition of the overly dramatic Lael Osness gloves didn't help matters. Lizzo sported rows and rows of cuffs and hoops from Jennifer Fisher on her ears to top off her Jean Paul Gaultier gown, a surprising choice for such an elegant selection. Dark lipstick and a dramatic smokey eye completed this eye-catching ensemble.

The ladies of BLACKPINK (from left: Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie and Rosé) coordinated in all-black getups on MTV VMAs night, matching the carpet and pulling off a united look despite rocking all different designers! Lisa sported a jumpsuit by Celine while Jisoo donned a pretty lace spaghetti-strap ankle-length frock from Christian Dior. Jennie chose coordinates by Chanel that included a cropped halter top and a low-waisted full skirt and Rosé rounded out the group in a high-necked long-sleeved minidress by Saint Laurent.

Jack Harlow turned up in a designer we don't see often on the red carpet: Hermès! The "First Class" rapper lived up to his song title in this chocolate brown leather suit from the fashion house, which he rocked with a satin turtleneck in a similar shade. Black leather loafers and a few other accessories rounded out his look…

You might not believe it, but Khalid's bizarre multicolored getup was actually Versace. Yep, the singer's clashing prints and multiple layers — which included a black long-sleeved top with a pink-and-orange print underneath a cheery orange-and-hot pink collarless button-down — was actually couture. If the top half wasn't bold enough, the pairing with purple pants and boots cemented this look as a miss… though this is exactly how it was styled down the runway too!

Another Versace look that shocked us? Avril Lavigne's shapeless look from the fashion house! The rocker arrived in this boring pick — a long-sleeved corseted bodysuit paired with silk trousers. A subtle shimmer was included via the wallet chain and leather belt, but you have to see them closer to view the only interesting detail from her whole ensemble…

Yep, upon closer inspection, there's a tiny Versace detail — Medusa heads on her wallet chain. But the most interesting part of Avril Lavigne's MTV VMAs look was actually the orange streaks in her hair.

We fell hard for Becky G's Zuhair Murad dress — that silhouette! the tarot card elements embellished from head to toe! — but when she turned to the side, we weren't as wild about this pick…

This busy Zuhair Murad piece was already stunning and intricate enough, so it didn't need a the barely-there sides to detract from its intricate detailing. But before we move on from this polarizing Becky G pick, we have to give her some praise for her beauty look…

Absolutely flawless! Becky G's eye-catching Zuhair Murad gown was almost eclipsed by her fabulous beauty look: a smokey eye, rosy cheeks and a bold red lip.

J Balvin looked sharp in this all-white Prada ensemble, from his chic oversized suit all the way down to his shoes! Despite the bright white ensemble, he added a little spice and color in a surprising spot… his hairdo!

J Balvin sported tiger-striped hair! Yep, the singer rocked some black stripes on his bright red buzzcut.

Lil Nas X always make a splash at award shows, and the MTV VMAs were no different. The rapper turned up in this creation by Harris Reed that included, well, feathers, feathers and more feathers. Sequined pants held up a hoop skirt trimmed in the detail, and he also rocked a circular headpiece filled with plumes. While we didn't particularly get this look, we did appreciate its intricacy. Lil Nas X's hoop skirt wouldn't have been complete with a near-matching headpiece comprised of halo after halo of black feathers. He added a little bit of shimmer with some layered diamond bracelets and stud earring to complete his wild look.

Get ready to see a lot of neon green! Kicking off the lime green trend was Latto, who arrived in this look from Ludo Bokuchava. Her minidress included a plunging neckline, long sleeves and cutouts down the bodice. The star continued to keep things easy in green with matching sandals in the same neon shade.

Ava Max continued the green trend in this strategically draped minidress from Coperni. It was almost identical to Latto's but included a bigger cutout from the neckline to the waist. Instead of keeping everything green, the singer donned crystal-embellished platform heels to complete her stand-out look.

The neon green minidresses were hits in our book, but Lauren Spencer Smith served up a matching look that we didn't love. The star arrived in this very oversized pantsuit by Christian Wijnants. Though we didn't appreciate the coordinates, we did love the way she topped it with that matching baseball hat and a long side braid.

It wasn't just the ladies in lime green on VMAs night! Colton Haynes followed suit in this sharp Dior Men pantsuit — an oversized blazer and bellbottom-style trousers. He sported the suit sans shirt and added black dress shoes to finish off his cheery pick.

Tayshia Adams turned up in a different shade of green on MTV VMAs night. The former "The Bachelorette" star rocked this strapless Tarik Ediz ballgown that included a sweetheart neckline, a thigh-high slit and a glamorous train that trailed behind her. Next up? A look at her jewels….

Tayshia Adams arrived at the award show in style, adding some diamonds from jewelry designers Nicole Rose and Nickho Rey. Her half-up, half-down 'do wisely allowed her jewels and gown to stay in the spotlight.

DJ Khaled dressed way down at the MTV VMAs, opting for this low-key gray pairing of a Prada shirt and trousers. Despite a darker pick, he jazzed things up with the color of the night: neon green Nikes.

We've got a lot of questions about comedian Chloe Fineman's VMAs look. Her custom threeASFOUR creation included a sleeveless top and an all-over shimmery silver fabric that gave us strong aluminum foil vibes. But the back of the frock was the oddest part…

Is it a snail? A down comforter? Chloe Fineman's truly strange silver confection left us with more questions than answers.

Chloe Bailey rocked a silver frock we could get behind! The singer's intricate gown brought a much needed dose of glamour to the MTV VMAs red carpet. From the spaghetti straps to the structured bodice and thigh-high slit, the Zigman design marked one of the more memorable fashion moments of the night.

We love a surprising gown, and singer Anitta served one up in the form of this sleek fitted red dress from Schiaparelli Couture. The piece included a unique ribbed bodice with a detached detail meant to look like the shape of a human heart held in place by a single thin halter strap. The only aspect of the outfit we didn't like? Her beauty look…

Anitta accessorized her gown with stunning Tiffany & Co. jewels — statement ear clips in gold with diamonds set in platinum — but even those beauties couldn't distract us from her bizarre hairstyle. The singer opted to have a few strands of hair run across her face in a move we hope doesn't catch on!

Rachel Lindsay kept things safe and simple in this feather-trimmed LBD. The former "The Bachelorette" star's Randi Rahm Couture pick included spaghetti straps and fun plumes that were perfectly accessorized with strappy black sandals.

Sorry, Kane Brown! Despite rocking Prada on the red carpet, these designer duds still looked super-casual thanks to the way the crossover artist styled them. His ill-fitting suit and an unbuttoned green shirt gave off a very messy vibe that was finished off with chunky combat boots.

That Girl Lay Lay made a statement in these Christian Dior coordinates. We loved the youthful vibe the cropped jacket, top and shorts — all of which included dashes of the fashion house's signature logo print — brought to the red carpet She finished off her cool ensemble with even more Dior down to her socks and combat boots!

Though we still have two months to go until Halloween, Sofia Carson turned up in this costume-like Carolina Herrera design. Her gown started out stunning — check out that sweetheart neckline and those billowy sleeves! — but lost us with the addition of an attached cape detail. Get a better view next…

Though we didn't love the cape addition on her Carolina Herrera gown, we have to give Sofia Carson credit for choosing those stunning earrings from David Yurman.

Melissa Gorga kept things shimmery in an illusory jumpsuit by Retrofête on VMAs night. The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star's spaghetti-strap one-piece included subtle all-over shimmer and certainly made her husband's ensemble look silly…

Did Melissa Gorga tell husband Joe Gorga they were heading to an award show? It certainly didn't seem like it, as the Bravo star turned up in the most casual ensemble ever — a white tee, jeans and sneakers.

Yawn! Lili Reinhart's black drapey Fendi number might have come straight off the runway, but the pick felt much too dreary for such a fun award show. The semi-sheer piece included a high neck, plenty of lace, sequins and a cutout down the bodice that served as the only element that showed skin on the covered-up confection.

Despite the dismal dress, Lili Reinhart stepped things up in the jewelry department. Look at those gorgeous diamond drop earrings!

Snoop Dogg kept it classy in a shiny leather tracksuit. The legend's olive green coordinates included shimmery long arms for some extra razzle dazzle at the MTV VMAs. The only part we didn't love? The way he finished it off with those camouflage sneakers.

Sheer isn't just for the ladies! Billy Eichner repped for the boys and showed they can get in on the trend when he arrived wearing a sheer black short-sleeved button-down paired with black trousers and shiny dress shoes.

LL Cool J kept things super-simple on the red carpet. Though he definitely could have dressed up more for the occasion and finished off his leather jacket, T-shirt and leather pants look with a shoe other than a sneaker, we appreciate the way the music star always stays true to his individual style.
