Two years after racism scandal, ABC considering bringing host Chris Harrison back amid dismal 'The Bachelor' ratings: Report

A familiar face could be returning to "The Bachelor" franchise.

Amid falling ratings and an overall lack of buzz, ABC is reportedly considering bringing Chris Harrison back as the host of the dating franchise he headed for 19 years.

Gregory Pace/Shutterstock

"Everyone is aware 'TheBachelor' is on life support," a source told Radar Online.

Chris stepped aside from his longtime hosting gig in February 2021 after defending former "Bachelor" contestant Rachael Kirkconnell who was photographed attending an antebellum plantation-themed party in college. In a chat with former "Bachelorette" Rachel Lindsay on "Extra," Chris argued that times had changed, as had the lens in which we look at things. Rachel countered that the images of Rachael were "not a good look."

"Well, Rachel, is it a good look in 2018? Or is it not a good look in 2021? Because there's a big difference," he said, urging fans to have "a little grace, a little understanding, a little compassion" for Rachael.

AFF-USA/Shutterstock

The comments came on the heels of the BLM riots and set Chris' ouster in motion. In the end, he reportedly took a $10 million severance package to leave the show.

Although "The Bachelor," "The Bachelorette" and "Bachelor in Paradise" continued with a new host, the ratings have taken a nosedive, which Chris has noticed.

On his "The Most Dramatic Podcast Ever" in January, Chris said, "I'm not mad at the show. The show changed my life. And I am grateful. The majority of people, I love and adored. Look, the show was a massive success. It's a historic show. It changed television in many ways, one of the most relevant television shows in history. And to be a part of that, to have helped create that over 19 years. I take great pride in that."

He continued, "When I left, it was still the number one show on TV. Now, look. Do I keep an eye on the ratings? Do I know what's happening now? I'm not going to say I'm not so humble or whatever to have not paid attention to the scoreboard. Yes, I do know. I realize the ratings are down 50 to 60% and the show has changed dramatically. That hurts me a little bit because it's something I took pride in building."

Image Press Agency/NurPhoto/Shutterstock

The premiere of Matt James' season of "The Bachelor" — the last season Chris hosted — was watched by 5.2 million people. Since then, ratings have fallen off a cliff.

A source told The Sun last month, "The show has clearly had its ups and downs but this is the first time the big bosses are actually fearful ABC is going to pull the plug. 'The Bachelor' has been a downhill mess that they are trying to keep from falling even farther down but execs are preparing this premiere to be the lowest in the show's history."

Although Radar's new report claims showrunners are eyeing a Chris reconciliation, there's a question as to whether he would even want to return "after the way he was tossed aside," an ABC source said.

Roselyn Sanchez suffered 'depression' after husband's reaction to her going under the knife

Roselyn Sanchez recently underwent a breast lift, and she expected her husband, Eric Winter, to be overwhelmingly pleased with the results. She was wrong.

The couple spoke about the procedure on their "He Said, Ella Dijo" podcast.

"Right now, I'm still in shock because there's scars and the anesthesia was an ordeal for me. It was a big surgery so as of now, I'm so grateful to my doctor and I know everything looks incredible," she said. "I have the pictures, people that I show them too, everybody's like, 'Ros, it looks amazing.'"

Kathy Hutchins/Shutterstock

Right now, though, the "Fantasy Island" star said she's going though some "depression," and it might have to do with her husband's reaction.

"The funny thing is she sends me a picture and says, 'Are you happy.' I was like, 'It doesn't matter what I think, 'Are you happy?'" Eric, 46, said. "Why are you asking me if I'm happy, you just sent me a picture of Frankenstein boobs with scars and stitches."

The response wasn't what Roselyn, 49, wanted.

"I take this picture, my body looks banging, yeah, I have scars but I felt cute. I sent it to my husband … I thought my breasts looked very beautiful. I was like, this could have been more horrific," she said. "I sent it to my husband, I'm so proud, 'Are you happy?' His response was, 'The question should be, 'Are you happy?' I died."

She continued, "I was just hoping you would be like, 'Hey, baby, wow, you look frickin' incredible.'"

Roselyn was quick to add that her husband has been very supportive, and even said her doctor agreed with Eric's assessment.

"He sat down and was like, 'Ros, you didn't do this for your husband or your friends or the world. You did this for you. So at this moment, you have to ask yourself, are you happy?'" she relayed. "And you know what, he was right. I'm shocked, they feel tight, my nipples are too dark but the reality is I'm happy."

Kim Zolciak Biermann's $2.5M Georgia mansion to be auctioned off on courthouse stairs amid foreclosure

It looks Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann will have to find a new "home sweet home" after reportedly defaulting on their mortgage.

The couple's Georgia mansion — one in which Kim once said she was "never" leaving — is in foreclosure and is set to be auctioned off for cash on March 7 on the stairs of the Fulton County courthouse, according to multiple reports.

Curtis Means/Ace Pictures/Shutterstock

Earlier this month, Truist Bank filed foreclosure documents in Fulton County, claiming "The  Real Housewives of Atlanta" stars have an outstanding loan amount of $1.65 million, plus taxes and fees. A Notice of Sale Under Power filed against the reality TV couple said they are losing the home "because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness."

Citing county records, All About The Tea said the bank began the foreclosure proceedings of the 7,186 square ft. home back in August 2022.

Rumors of the foreclosure began last fall. Then, in November 2022, Kim's home narrowly escaped a scheduled sheriff's auction. At the time, though, Kim denied being in financial distress and said she was "never" leaving.

"What are you gonna do, haters, when I'm here for Christmas, and I'm here for my birthday in May, and I'm here for all these amazing dates?" she asked. "I'm here until I f****** wanna move out — until I decide I don't wanna live here anymore. So enjoy the view haters, because you're gonna be seeing it for quite some time."

The property, which sits on the 18th hole of the Manor Golf & Country Club, was initially purchased by Kim and Kroy for $880,000 in 2012. They quickly gutted the place and turned it into their dream home, which came with an enormous price tag.

These days, the home is reportedly worth about $2.5 million. The property was prominently featured on "Don't Be Tardy" and "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."

Stunning guitarist at center of Machine Gun Kelly affair allegations speaks out

Sophie Lloyd, the woman at the center of the Machine Gun Kelly cheating allegations, is sounding off on the "disrespectful" rumors that she was intimate with the "Bloody Valentine" singer.

"Sophie Lloyd is a professional, accomplished musician who has been needlessly dragged into the media based off of meritless accusations made by social media," her management team told Page Six in a statement on Wednesday.

Ash Knotek/Shutterstock

MGK and Sophie have been close ever since she became the guitarist for his "Mainstream Sellout Tour" in May 2022.

The statement of Sophie's behalf continued, "Any suggestion that she has ever acted in an unprofessional manner or stepped out of her relationship are untrue. It's disrespectful to her as a female artist and poor journalism and social commentary to be reporting anything else."

Rob Grabowski/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

The rumors began last weekend after MGK's fiancé, Megan Fox, uploaded an Instagram picture with a cryptic message that many thought alluded to infidelity. "You can taste the dishonesty / it's all over your breath," the "New Girl" alum wrote. Afterward, one of Megan's followers commented, "I bet he got with Sophie." Megan replied, "Maybe I got with Sophie." She also added a flame emoji, according to a screen grab from Comments By Celebs.

Sophie has been dating boyfriend Christopher Painter for five years, and he's often attended MGK concerts. Also, it seems that any potential animosity between MGK and Megan has subsided, as the two were seen together on Valentine's Day. Christopher's Instagram also implied that he and Sophie were together.

Funny, inspirational Bruce Willis speech resurfaces after dementia diagnosis

An inspirational 5-year-old video of Bruce Willis has gone viral in light of his recent dementia diagnosis.

In the video from his 2018 Comedy Central roast, the "Die Hard" star speaks of all the things he's beaten on screen.

Stephen Lovekin/REX/Shutterstock

"I've been attacked by terrorists, asteroids, film critics, music critics, restaurant critics, divorce lawyers, male pattern baldness and none of it — none of it! — stopped me," he said, "because I'm still Bruce f****** Willis."

"People ask me why I wanted to do that roast. Is it because one of the last guys who did it became president? Hell no," he proclaimed, referring to Donald Trump's roast in 2011. "Why would I want to be president when I can just keep being Bruce f****** Willis."

The resurfaced video comes after Bruce's family announced that he has been diagnosed with dementia — this in addition to his battle with aphasia.

"Since we announced Bruce's diagnosis of aphasia in spring 2022, Bruce's condition has progressed and we now have a more specific diagnosis: frontotemporal dementia (known as FTD). Unfortunately, challenges with communication are just one symptom of the disease Bruce faces. While this is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis," his family wrote on the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration website

FTD is the most common form of dementia.

"Today there are no treatments for the disease, a reality that we hope can change in the years ahead," the statement said. "As Bruce's condition advances, we hope that any media attention can be focused on shining a light on this disease that needs far more awareness and research."

After the news was made public, Bruce's daughter Scout said on social media she was "emotionally tired and a bit overwhelmed" from all the support her dad is receiving.

Savannah Chrisley has 'so much restored strength' after visiting dad in prison

Savannah Chrisley is opening up about her parent's prison conditions and the "weird" experience of seeing her father locked up.

"I will say it's really weird seeing him with gray hair," she said on her "Unlocked With Savannah Chrisley" podcast, referring to his trademark blond locks. "Like, really weird. He's definitely used some color over the years, and now seeing him with gray hair. I'm like, 'Oh my gosh!'"

Back in November 2022, the "Chrisley Knows Best" patriarch was sentenced to 12 years behind bars after being found guilty of financial crimes. Julie was sentenced to seven years for similar crimes.

In recalling her visit to her father's Florida prison, Savannah said she found "hope."

"I never felt the presence of Jesus more than I have in that visiting room," she said. "Even visiting my dad, like, I know I have so much hope and so much restored strength that I'm like, 'This isn't the end.'"

"And I know that they're going through what they're going through for us to make a difference, for us to make a change," she continued. "Because whether this appeal works or not, they're still coming out with a story."

While Todd is being housed at Federal Prison Camp Pensacola, Julie is locked up at a federal facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Speaking specifically about her mom's incarceration, Savannah said there's a lot to be desired, even claiming dogs have better living conditions.

"My mom's in a facility that has no air, but yet, there are service dogs for the prison that are in a heated and cooled building because it's inhumane for them not to have air," she said. "I read an executive order that [President Joe] Biden signed that said all federal inmates must be housed in environmentally friendly facilities. And I'm like, 'OK, well, this is completely opposite of that."

Fired CNN anchor Chris Cuomo reveals the dark, troubling intentions he had after the network ousted him

Chris Cuomo was in a bad place after getting fired from CNN in late 2021.

"I had to accept [my firing] because I was going to kill everybody, including myself. Things can consume you," he said on Anthony Scaramucci on his podcast, "Open Book with Anthony Scaramucci."

Evan Agostini/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

The former CNN star and "Cuomo Prime Time" host was let go after it was determined that he advised his brother, then-New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, through a sexual misconduct scandal.

While speaking to The Mooch, Chris admitted he made "a lot of mistakes" and added, "There is damage that is relatable, there is damage that is unrelatable to people that I have to deal with, that I am working on."

Evan Agostini/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

Last summer, Chris returned to TV as the host of "Cuomo" on NewsNation. His show, though, has been getting lackluster ratings, as it averages only 63,000 per night. His CNN show regularly pulled in over a million viewers nightly.

"At CNN and I wasn't set up to be [No. 1]. I wasn't the big name there, I didn't have the big team, they didn't do the advertising about me. But I was still No. 1. Why? Because it was the best show. Because I was giving people what they needed in that moment," he told the former White House communications director.

In 2022, Chris sued the network for $60 million over his firing. The case is still active.

Selena Gomez reveals the common three-word phrase Disney would not allow her to say

Say what?

While appearing as Alex Russo on "Wizards of Waverly Place" from 2007 to 2012, Selena Gomez said a lot of things, but she was prohibited from saying one very common phrase.

"I wasn't a wild child by any means, but I was on Disney, so I had to make sure not to say 'What the hell?' in front of anyone," Selena, 30, told Vanity Fair in its 2023 Hollywood issue, which came out on Feb. 15.

As a child star, the singer put pressure on herself to keep a wholesome image and not steer off course.

"Now I think being the best role model is being honest, even with the ugly and complicated parts of yourself," she said.

Although Selena has been nominated for an Emmy, Golden Globes and two Grammys, she knows that some people will always associate her with Disney, which is something that took time for her to accept.

"I definitely feel free of it," the "Only Murders In The Building" star said. "Sometimes I get triggered. It's not that I'm ashamed of my past, it's just that I've worked so hard to find my own way. I don't want to be who I was. I want to be who I am."

Priscilla Presley calls Bam Margera 'dishonest and unstable,' denies gifting him Elvis belongings

Priscilla Presley is trying not to be cruel, but she's essentially calling Bam Margera a liar.

Last week on Instagram, Bam posted several pictures and videos with Elvis' former wife and even claimed he was gifted several keepsakes that once belonged to the King of Rock 'n Roll. However, Priscilla tells TMZ that she never gifted a thing to the troubled prankster, and she says he betrayed her and her son, Navarone Garcia, for filming in her home.

Bam Margera/Instagram

According to Priscilla, Bam, "came over, talked non-stop about his new ventures and personal struggles and asked for a photo with me for his father, who is a big fan."

She added, "Unbeknownst to us at the time, Bam chose to circulate those photos accompanied by false information and storytelling. After what Bam has chosen to do, my son and I want no further communication with him. I consider him a dishonest and unstable individual. I had no idea who he was or that he was filming in my home without my consent."

Bam, though, definitely painted a different picture, implying that he and Priscilla were longtime pals. He also went into detail about a robe and ring he claimed she gave him … items that once belonged to Elvis. Bam has since given the robe to his dad, and the ring now belongs to rock-rapper Yelawolf.

Priscilla's son and the former MTV star were pals prior to this kerfuffle, but the report says that friendship is now broken. Further, Priscilla insists that the ring Bam was pawning off as Elvis' was actually his own. And, she said, the robe never belonged to the "Heartbreak Hotel" singer either.

"At no time during the visit did I give him anything of Elvis'. I still have everything he ever touched. I would never disrespect Elvis who was the love of my life by giving away anything that belonged to him," she said. "I have always protected them for the fans. Elvis belonged to all of you and I cherish my life with him too much to ever squander anything."

Todd Williamson/Invision/AP/REX/Shutterstock

As for Bam, who has struggled with addiction for years, Priscilla hopes he "gets the help he needs and does what is right."

'Shark Tank' star Kevin O'Leary criticized for controversial comment about money

"Shark Tank" star Kevin O'Leary is getting torched on social media after tweeting out the notion that money is more important than anything else, including family.

ABC

Over the weekend, the reality TV star known as Mr. Wonderful, tweeted, "You may lose your wife, you may lose your dog, your mother may hate you. None of those things matter. What matters is that you achieve success and become free. Then you can do whatever you like."

Kevin, who has an estimated net worth of $400 million, was immediately roasted.

"You are clearly confused about what success really means," one person wrote. Another added, "Define success. [Success] can be for others to have a lovely wife, happy dog and loving mother as they value [relationships] more than material or business success."

Finally, a Bloomberg analyst tweeted, "That sounds more like the definition of Hell."

Kevin's family has been in the news over the past few years. Back in 2019, Kevin's wife, Linda, was driving their family boat on Lake Joseph in Ontario when she crashed into another vessel. Two people died in the incident. Following a criminal trial tied to the accident, Linda was found not guilty.

Ivanka Trump reveals she just got the phone call 'that every parent dreads'

Ivanka Trump is dealing with a family fracture.

On Sunday, the former White House senior adviser revealed that her 6-year-old son, Theodore, broke his wrist playing soccer at school.

"This week I received a call from the school nurse that every parent dreads. My 6-year-old son Theo broke his wrist while playing soccer," she said. "Since I was over an hour's drive away, an ambulance took Theo, accompanied by the school nurse, to the closest hospital. Jared and I raced to meet him, Jared arriving at the same time as the ambulance and me getting there a few minutes later."

Ivanka said Theo suffered a "bad break."

While attaching several images of her son in a cast, the former First Daughter said her little man was rolling with the punches.

"Theo's visit culminated with two ice pops, which led to him declaring 'this is the best day ever!'" she wrote. "The nurse turned to me and said, 'This is why I'm in pediatrics! No adult in the emergency room has ever said something like that when given an ice pop.'"

Ivanka, 42, thanked the medical team for their care and said even donated to the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital. She urged her 7.5 million followers to donate, as well.

Following her post, the hospital commented back.

"We're so grateful for your trust in our skilled medical staff! It's a privilege to care for Theo, and all the sweet children who come through our doors," the hospital's social media team wrote.

Megan Fox responds to rumors Machine Gun Kelly had affair with his guitarist

Megan Fox has reacted to a claim that her fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly, cheated on her with his guitarist.

On Sunday, Megan uploaded an Instagram picture with a cryptic message that many thought alluded to infidelity. "You can taste the dishonesty / it's all over your breath," the "New Girl" alum wrote.

Afterward, one of Megan's followers commented, "I bet her got with Sophie," referring to Sophie Lloyd, the guitarist in MGK's band. Megan replied, "Maybe I got with Sophie." She also added a flame emoji, according to a screen grab from Comments By Celebs.

Split speculation ran rampant over the weekend following several of Megan's posts. On an Instagram slide show, Megan burned a letter in a bonfire and included lyrics from Beyoncé's "Lemonade," an album often associated with cheating.

Megan later unfollowed MGK on Instagram and only followed Eminem, Harry Styles and Timothée Chalamet (MGK and Eminem have often feuded). She later deleted her Instagram all together.

Popular Instagram site DeuxMoi claims that Megan and MGK have been "fighting" but not broken up. In fact, the site said the actress is "trolling" the rocker.

MGK has not responded to breakup rumors.
