Tristan Thompson allegedly urged mistress to get abortion

Tristan Thompson wanted a woman he allegedly got pregnant to have an abortion, court documents claim.

On Dec. 3, DailyMail.com reported that a personal trainer named Maralee Nichols is expecting a child with the NBA player. The child is due on Dec. 3.

Brian To/Shutterstock

As part of a paternity lawsuit against the Sacramento Kings player, Maralee's lawyer filed a legal request to submit text messages purportedly sent between her and Tristan. Those messages reveal that Tristan allegedly urged Maralee to get an abortion. TMZ reported that Tristan also offered her $75,000 to stay quiet about the pregnancy and child.

Court docs obtained by Page Six read, "It is also apparent from the context and substance of these communications that they are from Tristan to Maralee, which reflects that Tristan is addressing the parties' relationship, and even with respect to her pregnancy insisting that she get an abortion and threatening that she will get next to nothing with lesser support requirements in Texas."

Maralee, who moved from Houston to Los Angeles, is suing for child support. An alleged text message from Tristan, posted to TMZ, shows him telling Maralee he "won't be involved" in the child's life.

The lawsuit reveals that Maralee and Tristan had sex on his 30th birthday in March, when he and Khloe Kardashian were still dating. Those same documents included a declaration from Tristan in which he admitted to having sex with Maralee several times at a hotel after the pair attended a party together.

He maintained the hookup was a one-time thing, but she says the relationship lasted months.

Page Six noted that he filed a request in July for her to take a paternity test. It's not believed that she has, but Tristan said he will pay child support if the baby is his.

This would be Tristan's third child, as he shares 4-year-old son Prince Thompson with ex Jordan Craig and 3-year-old daughter True with Khloe.

50 Cent apologizes after criticizing Madonna's Instagram pics

50 Cent is issuing a mea culpa to Madonna after seemingly mocking one of her Instagram posts.

AFF-USA/Shutterstock

Last week, Madge posted a series of provocative images, pictures that she claimed Instagram took down. 50 Cent saw the snaps and compared Madonna to the Wicked Witch of the East under a fallen house in "The Wizard of Oz."

Madonna didn't take too kindly to 50's words and ripped the rapper.

"Here is 50 Cent pretending to be my friend. Now you have decided to talk smack about me!" she wrote alongside a red carpet picture with 50. "I guess your new career is getting attention by trying to humiliate others on social media. The least elevated choice you could make as an artist and an adult."

She added, "You are just jealous you won't look as good as me or have as much fun when you are my age."

https://twitter.com/50cent/status/1466624123149377537

Upon seeing this, 50 took to Twitter to apologize.

"I must have hurt Madonna feelings, she went and dug up a old MTV photo from 03," he wrote. "Ok Im sorry i did not intend to hurt your feelings. I don't benefit from this in anyway i said what i thought when i saw the picture because of where i had seen it before i hope you accept my apology."

Madonna has not responded.

George Clooney once turned down $35 million for one day of work

George Clooney once turned down a life-changing amount of money for one day's work because the paycheck would come from a "questionable" country.

The actor, 60, didn't say what country that was, but implied that his wife, Amal, a human rights attorney, dissuaded him from taking the job.

Rob Latour/Shutterstock

"I was offered $35 million for one day's work for an airline commercial, but I talked to Amal about it and we decided it's not worth it," he told The Guardian. "It was [associated with] a country that, although it's an ally, is questionable at times, and so I thought, 'Well, if it takes a minute's sleep away from me, it's not worth it.'"

George is reportedly worth $500 million, so he's certainly in a position to back away from a massive payday. Also, the two-time Oscar winner is said to rake in more than $30 million for his role as spokesman for Nespresso.

Proving that money isn't really a concern for George anymore, he further added that he's not acting as much as he used to because he wants to spend more time with his wife and children. Plus, he's very particular about his projects.

"In general, there just aren't that many great parts – and, look, I don't have to act. My wife and I had this conversation when I turned 60 this summer. I said, 'I can still bounce around pretty good, and we both love what we do. But we gotta make sure we don't book ourselves silly,'" he said. "So, part of it is just us making sure we live our lives."

Demi Lovato ditches controversial 'California sober' lifestyle

Demi Lovato's lifestyle is changing.

The singer, who uses pronouns they/them, announced that they are no longer "California Sober." Instead, they are now legitimately sober.

Diggzy/Shutterstock

On Dec. 2, the "Sorry Not Sorry" singer posted a message on Instagram, saying, "I no longer support my 'California sober' ways. Sober sober is the only way to be."

"California sober" was a lifestyle that allowed for alcohol and marijuana use in moderation. Why Demi decided to change their ways isn't known.

For a while, Demi often praised the "California sober" lifestyle, and wasn't shy about their marijuana use. They even released a song called "California Sober."

The lifestyle is not without its detractors or people who just roll their eyes at the gray area of sobriety.

Back in July, "Vanderpump Rules" alum Lala Kent, who's been sober since 2018, called the stance "super offensive."

"You know, there are people out there who work their a** off to never take themselves out of reality and to never place themselves in an altered state," she said on the Behind The Velvet Rope podcast. "You know, they don't even, when they have a cold, take DayQuil or NyQuil. So to say that you're, like, 'California sober' or this type of sober is extremely offensive, I think."

Frank Micelotta/Fox/Picturegroup/Shutterstock

Demi's battle with substance abuse is well documented. In 2018, they survived a near-death overdose and went to rehab.

In a March 2021, chat with CBS News, Demi said they "best identified" with "California sober."

"I really don't feel comfortable explaining the parameters of my recovery to people, because I don't want anyone to look at my parameters of safety and think that's what works for them, because it might not," they said. "I am cautious to say that, just like I feel the complete abstinent method isn't a one-size-fits-all solution for everybody, I don't think that this journey of moderation is a one-size-fits-all solution for everybody."

Dakota Johnson gave Olivia Coleman a tattoo with at-home kit

Olivia Colman has a permanent reminder of her "The Lost Daughter" co-star Dakota Johnson.

During a chat with Town & Country, Dakota spoke of the film's cast celebrating after a New York Film Festival screening in October. After a late night of revelry — "It was a lot of Talking Heads, the Cranberries," Dakota says — the cast went back to their hotel.

It was then that Dakota pulled out a stick-and-poke tattoo kit and went to work on Olivia, giving the Oscar winner her first tattoo.

David Fisher/Shutterstock

"Maybe it was me being completely seduced by this gorgeous person and wanting her to think I was cool," Olivia says. "Or maybe it was my midlife crisis."

Dakota seems to have a somewhat different take, believing it had more to do with a post-vaccine mentality.

"The thing is, people are not behaving normally. If you go to a party, you… rage," she said, alluding to the fact that people were quarantined for so long due to the pandemic.

David Fisher/Shutterstock

Unlike Olivia, Dakota is no stranger to getting inked. Earlier this year she told James Corden she practiced stick-and-poke tattooing on herself, adding that she's a "big fan" of permanent ink.

"I'm not a tattoo fiend. I mean, I have like 11 or 12. I don't know," she said.

Among Dakota's tattoos is a dying sunflower to represent climate change, the word "tender" on her arm and an infinity design, which she got with boyfriend Chris Martin.

Carlos Santana cancels shows after 'unscheduled heart procedure'

Carlos Santana has canceled all of his December concerts after undergoing an "unscheduled heart procedure."

Drew Altizer Photography/Shutterstock

The music icon made the announcement on Twitter on Dec. 1, but he didn't go into specifics.

The 74-year-old said he wanted to give "some clarity with some specificity to what's going on with [his] physicality."

"Last Saturday, I had an incident where I asked my wife to take me to the hospital because I had this thing happening in my chest. So when we went there we found out we needed to take care of it," he said in a video. "I'm going to be taking time out for a little bit to make sure I replenish and I rest and I catch up with my health, so when I play for you I play the way I'm used to and I give you 150 percent. I wouldn't show up unless I can do that."

The Twitter announcement dubbed the medical situation as an "unscheduled heart procedure."

The "Smooth" hitmaker was set for a series of concerts in Las Vegas as part of his residency show at House of Blues. He will return to the residency in 2022.

Eminem's daughter proves she's one of his biggest fans

Hailie Jade Mathers is no fake fan.

While sharing the results of her annual Spotify use, Eminem's daughter proved to the world that she's one of her father's biggest fans.

Toward the end of every calendar year, the audio streaming service sends it customers a snapshot of their usage and it highlights the artist that the user listened to most over the past year. On Dec. 1, the 25-year-old shared the results of her Spotify report, and her top artist was none other than her dad.

In fact, Spotify said she's in the top 3 percent of Eminem's listeners overall, according to her TikTok post.

Outside of his song lyrics, Eminem is relatively private when it comes to Hailie. In a March 2020 appearance on the Hotboxin' with Mike Tyson podcast, the rapper briefly spoke about his daughter, who he shares with ex-wife Kimberly Mathers.

"She's doing good," Em said of Hailie. "She's made me proud for sure."

Hailie rarely speaks about her dad in public, too, but she did mention him in a 2018 interview with Daily Mail.

"We are very close," she said.

Colton Underwood took 'medication daily' hoping to suppress homosexuality

Colton Underwood struggled so much with his sexuality that he started abusing medications.

In his new Netflix docuseries, "Coming Out Colton," the former "The Bachelor" star says, "I was suppressing my sexuality so hard that I was taking medication daily to deal with depression and anxiety, and that made me a paranoid freak."

Matt Baron/Shutterstock

His struggle became bad enough that he contemplated suicide.

During a chat with a longtime friend, Colton recalled hitting "rock bottom" one night when he "took a lot of Xanax" in hopes that he would not "wake up the next morning."

"I didn't trust a whole lot of people, and I was trying to do anything and everything I could to protect a secret," he says on the Netflix series, which premieres on Dec. 5.

Colton's attempted suicide came after his breakup with Cassie Randolph in May 2020. A few months after the split, Cassie got a restraining order against Colton, accusing him of stalking and harassment. She also alleged that Colton put a tracking device on her car. She eventually dropped the restraining order after she and Colton reached a "private agreement," he said.

Cassie met Colton in late 2018 on season 23 of "The Bachelor." The pair didn't get engaged after he gave her the final rose on the ABC show, though they briefly lived together. She even cared for him while he recovered from COVID-19 early last year.

After their split, though, Colton "started to spiral," he confesses on his new show. "I lost my mind, and I did some things, I said some things that I'm not proud of."

For her part, Cassie continues to be frustrated with her ex's public life.

"Cassie really just wants to move past any drama having to do with Colton. She's being roped back into all this Colton mess because of the Netflix show," a source told Page Six. "There are a lot of bad memories associated with the end of their relationship and she wishes there was a way to completely separate herself from his narrative."

Wendy Williams claims 'lots more Wendy stuff' is coming as she leaves 'wellness center'

Wendy Williams claims she's "doing fabulous" amid reports that her eponymous talk show is on verge of being canceled.

While being surrounded by friends and family, the TV host was spotted leaving a "wellness center" in Miami on Dec. 1. In video posted by The Shade Room, a photographer asked Wendy if she's "sad" about her show getting "canceled." Although the cancelation of "The Wendy Williams Show" is mere rumor at this time, the 57-year-old remained silent.

While wearing a red Versace robe and walking barefoot to an awaiting SUV, Wendy was also asked how she's doing. Replying in third person, she said, "Wendy is doing fabulous." She then promised "lots more Wendy stuff."

Wendy hasn't been on the air in months. According to reports, Wendy was voluntarily admitted to a New York City hospital on Sept. 14 for a psychiatric evaluation. Around the same time, her team announced that the premiere date for her 13th season would be pushed back two weeks. Since then, a platoon of guests hosts have taken the reigns of the show, including Bill Bellamy, Leah Remini, Michael Rappaport, Fat Joe and Michelle Visage.

Wendy is reportedly dealing with "ongoing health issues" as her chair is filled. She has yet to return for her 13th season.

Gregory Pace/Shutterstock

Meanwhile, there is growing chatter that "The Wendy Williams Show" could be on the chopping block as she continues to be MIA. Interestingly enough, RadarOnline reports that ratings are actually up without her there.

"No one expected ratings to go up 32% without Wendy. The fill-in hosts were just supposed to keep the show's lights on until Wendy was well enough to return," a source told the online outfit. "It was assumed that without Wendy, the audience would not watch, but the has not been the case."

If the show is axed, Sherri Shepherd is reportedly the frontrunner to take over the chair permanently. Incidentally, Sherri is currently set to fill in the final weeks of the show before the holiday break.

Harry Hamlin is 'glad' daughter is no longer dating Scott Disick

There had been murmurs throughout the course of Amelia Gray Hamlin and Scott Disick's year-long romance that her father, Harry Hamlin, wasn't exactly pleased with the relationship. He's now all but confirming the speculation.

Kristina Bumphrey/National Geographic/PictureGroup/Shutterstock

"Look, Amelia's doing great. She's living in New York, and she's having the time of her life solo," Harry said on "Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen" on November 30. "I have no idea [about the breakup]. I didn't pull the curtain. I have no idea what exactly happened there. I'm just glad that she is solo. Put it that way."

Harry and his wife, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Rinna, always seemed to bristle when their youngest daughter's romance was brought up, especially given Scott's dating past and the fact that they began dating when he was 37 and she was 19 years old

In September, just a few weeks after Amelia and Scott called it quits, Lisa appeared on "Watch What Happens Live" and was asked to reveal the "worst thing" she said about the father-of-three "behind his back."

"You know, I've actually been quite nice about Scott Disick," she said after taking a pause to think about her answer. "And I would never say that out loud, anything. I might have thought things that weren't very good. Can I atone for my thoughts?"

She added, "I wasn't mean. Listen, I tried really hard. I was really patient, and I tried really hard. We'll leave it at that."

Scott Roth/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

On the Bravo reality TV show, Lisa seemed frustrated in her then-teenage daughter's choice in men. In an August 2021 episode she spoke of her husband's fondness for daughter Delilah Belle Hamlin's boyfriend, but then shaded Scott.

"Harry made it quite clear that he would not object if Delilah and Eyal [Booker] got married, which is pretty shocking, but that says a lot," the former soap opera star said. "I can't say the same for Amelia at this point now."

John Milne/SilverHub/REX/Shutterstock

Amelia and Scott ultimately split in September after the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star's private message about ex Kourtney Kardashian was outed by another one of her exes, Younes Bendjima.

The drama over the message called his romance with Amelia, now 20, into question, as he seemed jealous over Kourtney's romance with now-fiance Travis Barker. Amid the fallout from the DM, many of Amelia's Instagram followers bombarded her social media and urged her to end things with Scott. She did.

"The breakup was coming, but the Younes DM was the final straw," a source told TMZ at the time.

After the split, Lisa commented on an Instagram post about the breakup with a smiley face emoji.

Josh Duggar's cousin wants him to get 'ultimate sentence' in child porn trial

Josh Duggar's cousin Amy Duggar King is hoping a judge throws the book at him in his child pornography case.

"Today is a heavy day. This whole week will be. Next week will be too. Until justice is served," Amy wrote on her Instagram Story on Tuesday, as jury selection began in the "19 Kids and Counting" alum's trial in Arkansas.

Richard Shotwell/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

In a separate post, Amy, who made sporadic cameos on the Duggar family's reality shows, wrote, "Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord, I will repay thee. Please pray for the victims and for the truth to be revealed. Pray that the judge will give the ultimate sentence."

Josh was arrested by federal agents on April 29 (just a few days after his wife announced her seventh pregnancy) for possession of child pornography. Court documents, which officially charged Josh with receiving and possessing child pornography, allege that he used the Internet to download material that showed child sexual abuse.

The disgraced reality TV star allegedly possessed material which depicted the sexual abuse of children under the age of 12, KNWA reported.

Josh has pleaded not guilty.

Washington County Detention Center

In court testimony, a Homeland Security agent said the amount of child pornography allegedly recovered from Josh's property is "in the top five of the worst of the worst that I've ever had to examine." Authorities said Josh had more than 200 images of "child sexual abuse material."

Earlier this week, the court heard testimony as to previous molestation allegations levied at Josh — some of which he acknowledged —and a judge will determine if those should be admitted into the new trial.

Instagram

This is hardly the first time Josh has been in hot water, both legally and spiritually. Back in 2015, Josh, a devout Independent Baptist and the eldest member of the 20 Duggar children, admitted to cheating on his wife after a hack exposed that his credit card was linked to an account on Ashley Madison, which facilitated extra-marital affairs. He was later sued by a DJ for using that man's likeness on the websites he used during his cheating scandal. Before news of his infidelity broke, it was reported that Josh had molested five girls, including his sisters, when he was a teenager.

In a statement to People at the time, Josh said, "As a young teenager, I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret. I hurt others, including my family and close friends …. I would do anything to go back to those teen years and take different actions. I sought forgiveness from those I had wronged and asked Christ to forgive me and come into my life."

After the molestation and cheating scandals, Josh went to a faith-based treatment facility in Illinois for six months.

Michael Strahan 'might wear a diaper' while going to space

Michael Strahan might have a little extra cushion under his space suit during his trip to space on Dec. 9.

The "Good Morning America" host spoke with Jimmy Fallon about his upcoming flight aboard Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin rocket.

"I had to fly the other day, and I'm looking at the thing that tells you that you're 43,000 feet and I'm going, 'Man, this is way up here. Look at this!' And then I realize this is nothing," he said, joking, "So I might wear a diaper!"

At least we think he was joking!

MediaPunch/Shutterstock

Michael, 50, recounted how his flight even came to be, telling Jimmy that he attended Blue Origin's initial launch. At the time, he didn't understand why anyone would want to go to space.

"I went to the first launch and I watched Jeff and his brother Mark and the other crew members go up and I remember being there thinking, 'I'll never, no way I would ever do it,'" he said. "It was the most amazing thing I've ever seen outside of childbirth, and it made you emotional to see it."

"It completely changed my mind about why, if I would do it, the reasoning behind it, why other people would want to do it," he said. "Then I, pretty much, a few months later or so, got a call saying, 'Do you want to go up?' And I had expressed to some people that, 'Hey, I would actually do that' after seeing it. And apparently, they heard it and they called me and I stuck my foot too deep in my mouth to pull it out."

Christopher Polk/Variety/Shutterstock

The NFL Hall of Famer hasn't spoken to William Shatner about the space adventure he had in October.

Asked how he's preparing to fly to the great beyond, Michael said, "Well, physically you go there and you train. I think the toughest thing they say is really just trying to get yourself in and out of the seatbelt. So it's like a five-point harness … like a race car. I'm a car guy. So I have cars with that. So I'm kinda cool with that. I fit in the seat easily. I was worried about that, but I fit in the seat pretty easily. And just the way it's all engineered."

"When you talk to these astronauts, who've been a part of this program for so long, who've been astronauts for 30 plus years, who've been a part of Blue Origin for 10 plus, 20 years … smartest people in the world," he continued. "You feel so comfortable and I feel safer doing this I think than I do getting on a plane to fly to LA every weekend to do my Fox football show, because it's not some guy in aircraft control who's stressed out. These are like people who are focused directly on that and only that."
