'Waterboy' actor's verbal attack on restaurant hostess over mask policy caught on video

Peter Dante, who's a mainstay in nearly every Adam Sandler movie, was caught on video ripping into the hostess of a Los Angeles restaurant who allegedly denied him service for not wearing a mask.

Peter was trying to dine at Quarters Korean BBQ in L.A.'s Koreatown area but was told he wouldn't be served because of his refusal to wear a mask, TMZ reported. The actor then began tearing into the hostess, as a sign behind her clearly stated, "No Mask No Entry."

"You know you're garbage, right," he told the woman in the aforementioned video published by the webloid. "Go back to wherever the f*** you go back to school."

After calling the woman a "c***" he asked to speak to her boss.

Peter appeared to then get verbally aggressive with another staffer and again refused to put on a mask.

The 53-year-old actor eventually left. The hostess, a witness said, was almost in tears.

Peter has not commented publicly on the video.

This isn't the first time Peter's mouth has gotten him into trouble: TMZ notes that he was also thrown out of an L.A. hotel back in 2013 after allegedly making violent threats and hurling racial slurs.

Britney Spears' ex-husband arrested for third time in 12 months

Britney Spears' ex-husband has found himself in a familiar place: behind bars.

Jason Alexander, who was infamously married to the pop star for 55 hours back in 2004, was arrested on Dec. 30, 2021, in Franklin, Tennessee, for violating an order of protection and aggravated stalking, Page Six reported on Jan. 5. It's unclear whom he allegedly stalked.

BACKGRID

It's Jason's third arrest in 12 months.

The 40 year old was being held in the Williamson County Jail on a $30,000 bond. The Williamson County Sheriff's Office confirmed on Jan. 5, 2022, that Jason had been released. A hearing is scheduled for Feb. 17.

Over the summer, Jason was arrested for allegedly breaching security at a Tennessee airport. Jason confirmed the airport incident occurred during an Instagram Live on Aug. 31, saying he ended up "in handcuffs because of something stupid." Radar Online claimed Jason was "double-locked" in handcuffs and detained after he left the secure side of TSA at the Nashville airport. Britney's ex then wandered into a "non-secure area" before attempting to come back through TSA and skip the line.

Jason was also arrested in Nashville in January 2021 on DUI and drug charges, including driving under the influence, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance.

A month before that DUI arrest, Jason attended the Jan. 6 Save America rally in Washington, D.C., to show his support for Donald Trump. It's not believed that Jason was among the mob that stormed the Capitol building as Congress affirmed Joe Biden's victory.

The pop star and Jason, who grew up together in Louisiana, famously married at A Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas in January 2004. Less than three days later, the marriage was annulled.

Jason, who has been seen at a #FreeBritney rally, recently contended that he was duped into signing the annulment papers.

"They told me if I would sign the contracts — the annulment — they would let me and Britney continue our relationship, and if we felt the same way in six months, they would give us a proper marriage," he said in "Toxic: The Britney Spears Story." "So I had no reason to believe otherwise."

Robert De Niro claims ex staffer used $300k worth of his frequent flyer miles

Robert De Niro has filed a lawsuit against his former assistant, claiming she used $300,000 worth of his frequent flyer miles and funded a lavish life with his credit card.

The celebrated actor alleges that Graham Chase Robinson used the American Express credit card tied to his company, Canal Productions, for four years, using it for Pilates classes, dry cleaning, vacations, dinners, groceries and more. He also said she "helped" herself to petty cash.

The actor claims in court docs, which were obtained by Radar Online, the former staff member converted over 7 million Delta SkyMiles over a two-year period, using three million for personal travel and transferring an additional 4.5 million miles to a personal account.

De Niro is suing for $6 million.

The ex-staffer, though, is denying any improper usage and has filed a lawsuit against the "Goodfellas" star, accusing him of gender discrimination and verbal abuse. Further, her team suggests that the two-time Oscar winner only filed a lawsuit to premeditate hers.

"De Niro was enraged at the prospect of Ms. Robinson bringing a lawsuit challenging his behavior. So, he retaliated and struck first," her complaint said.

In her paperwork, she said De Niro created a hostile work environment and spoke to her in a "hostile, abusive and intimidating manner." She also alleged that he made "sexually charged comments" and subjected her to "unwanted physical contact."

The ex-staffer is suing for $12 million.

Lily Collins recalls time she threw a toy phone at Prince Charles' head

Lily Collins launched an attack against the future King of England and lived to tell about… then again, she was about 2 years old.

MediaPunch/Shutterstock

While appearing on "The Late Late Show with James Corden" on Jan. 4, the "Emily in Paris" star spoke of sharing multiple experiences with the Royal Family, a few of which didn't go well.

"When I was younger, I was playing with some toys with Prince Charles and I proceeded to kind of like throw something at him, like throw a toy telephone at his head," she said, much to James' astonishment.

Lily estimated that she was "two-ish" when that happened.

The actress, who's the daughter of Phil Collins, also spoke of another faux pas involving Princess Diana.

While attending an event with her parents for the Prince's Trust in the early '90s, Lily presented a bouquet of flowers to Lady Di. While Lily doesn't remember this particular moment, she's been told that she wasn't the greatest guest or the best giver.

"I've been told this is what happened," Lily said. "I'm giving Diana flowers, but the second she went to take them, I then tried to pull them back."

During both incidents, she said, "The air was sucked out of the room."

She added, "I guess I have a tendency to do naughty things as a two-year-old."

Jana Duggar pleads guilty in child endangerment case: Report

Jana Duggar has legally acknowledged her wrongdoing.

The former "19 Kids and Counting" star pleaded guilty to a third-degree count of endangering the welfare of a minor in Arkansas, TMZ reported on Jan. 5, citing court documents. The case is now closed.

Jana Duggar/Instagram

Court paperwork shows that the reality TV star entered her guilty plea on Dec. 15, a week after an Arkansas jury found her brother Josh guilty on two charges of receiving and possessing child sexual abuse material.

While Josh faces a lengthy prison sentence, Jana's punishment is far less severe, as she reportedly paid $880 in fines and fees, with $100 of that going toward something called the Child Victim Crime Fee.

Although Jana's incident occurred on Sept. 9, 2021, it went largely unnoticed initially. In December, she addressed the media reports that had begun to surface about the case.

"The raw facts: I was babysitting a few months ago when one of the children wandered outside alone," Jana wrote on her Instagram Story. "A passerby who saw the child called the police. This resulted in a written citation, as well as a follow-up with child welfare who concluded that it was an accident, and the child was unharmed."

The eldest daughter of the Duggar clan, who initially pled not guilty, said authorities "recognized it was a case of a child slipping out of the house when you turn your back for a moment."

"It all happened so quickly and was scary. I am grateful for law enforcement and those who protect and serve our community," she wrote. "I was certainly never arrested like some may have implied. In the end, I was just upset at myself that it had happened at all, but so thankful it all ended safely and that's truly what mattered the most to me."

Jana's family also backed her up, with sister Jessa Duggar Seewald calling it "an innocent mistake."

Dark days are ahead for Cher.

The follicly-blessed singer recently spoke of her jet black locks, which have been dark for five decades now. The "Believe" icon intends to keep them that way.

"[Going gray] is fine for other girls," Cher, 75, told People magazine. "I'm just not doing it!"

Over the years, several experienced actors and singers have embraced their gray hair. Andie MacDowell, for instance, called her decision to go gray a "power move."

Her hair notwithstanding, Cher is willing to try other beauty regimes, having recently teamed up with rapper Saweetie and M.A.C. "I never met her, but I saw a video, and I liked her essence," Cher told the mag. "We got along really well. Now she comes to dinner!"

Speaking of her own makeup journey, Cher said, "It's had to morph. It's had to have changes."

"It's all about having fun," she continued. "I just think that people who worry about the way someone puts on their makeup should get a life."

Fonzie from 'Happy Days,' 76, twerks on chair during dance with grandkids

The Fonz has still got it!

Just one day into the new year, Henry Winkler showed off his dance moves while grooving to the Pussycat Dolls' song "When I Grow Up" with his grandkids in a TikTok video.

"My grandchildren" the "Happy Days" alum captioned the fun video, which showed him rubbing his derrière on a chair at one point.

The video began with the kids standing in line and spinning out of the frame as the music started. The actor appeared at the end of the line and threw his arms up while walking away from the camera. All four then hopped back into the frame and began dancing.

This is hardly the 76-year-old's first foray into TikTok, as he joined the platform in November 2020. This is, though, the first time his grandkids have appeared on his TikTok page.

Back in 2014, Henry told Parade that his grandchildren didn't know that he was an actor.

"They're too young," he said. "They know me only as Papa!"

Viral video, post suggest Kim Kardashian Photoshopped pic of kids at Disneyland

Kim Kardashian is being accused of Photoshopping a picture of her daughter Chicago and niece True Thompson.

MediaPunch/Shutterstock

On Dec. 31, the reality TV star posted an Instagram picture that seemed to show the tots having fun at Disneyland. However, fans quickly felt that something was off.

"Why does true look photoshopped in tho?," a fan wondered. Another said, "Who photoshopped this? I just wanna know." Others said True was "copy and pasted" or "cropped" or "edited," among other things.

Amid all of this, a popular TikToker named @maiachondrialmembrane weighed in the pictures, and her commentary video has been viewed 11 million times.

"True just looks obviously Photoshopped and like she's not really there," Maia said.

In her video, Maia alleged that True is not only Photoshopped in, but that her face was cropped onto Kylie Jenner's daughter Stormi Webster's body. A fan page noted that Chicago and Stormi were at Disneyland on October 19 with Kyle and Kris Jenner. The Instagram account even showed images that appeared to show Stormi at the Happiest Place on Earth wearing a white hoodie on that fall day. Kim's recent post shows True in a white hoodie, not Stormi.

The Instagram account Ky.Storm.Lovely even shared previously-posted images of True that it says Kim used for the Stormi coverup.

None of the Kardashian clan appears to have commented on Kim's post, which is a real rarity… and might tell us all we need to know.

Andy Cohen's one regret from his drunken new year's eve CNN broadcast…

Andy Cohen had a rowdy New Year's Eve that consisted of him getting incredibly tipsy on the air for his annual CNN broadcast with Anderson Cooper

During the program, the Bravo scion threw back shots, scorched former New York Mayor Bill de Blasio and didn't mince words about ABC's competing New Year's broadcast. On Jan. 3, with a few days to reflect on the evening/early morning, Andy now regrets one thing from the evening, and it was calling Ryan Seacrest and the ABC broadcast a "group of losers."

Kristin Callahan/Shutterstock

"The only thing that I regret saying, the only thing is that I slammed the ABC broadcast and I really like Ryan Seacrest and he's a great guy. And I really regret saying that, and I was just stupid and drunk and feeling it," he said on his SiriusXM show Andy Cohen Live show. "And it was, it was, I was continuing the Journey rant and I just kept talking and I shouldn't have, and I felt bad about that. So that is the only thing. It's the only thing."

Gregory Pace/Shutterstock

In one of the more viral moments from the evening, which Andy alluded to, he laid into the band Journey, who performed for the ABC broadcast.

"I just got doused with confetti from the fake Journey appearing on ABC," he angrily said before brining up Journey's original singer, who left he band in 1987. "If it's not Steve Perry it doesn't count… It's propaganda, it's propaganda!" Anderson tried to calm his pal, saying, "things change."

Prior to that, smoke came from the ABC stage, which was behind CNN's designated area.

"There's smoke coming from Ryan Seacrest's group of losers that are performing behind us," Andy said. "If you've been watching ABC tonight, you've seen nothing. I'm sorry."

Still, Andy insisted that he wasn't really bashing Ryan Seacrest, whom he respects.

"The headlines about Ryan Seacrest are all like I trashed Ryan Seacrest," Andy said on Monday. "I'm like, I really, I hope he hears the clip. You know what I mean? Anyway …"

Fans go nuts after Emma Watson is confused for Emma Roberts on Harry Potter reunion

"Harry Potter" fans were lighting up social media over the weekend after an embarrassing case of mistaken identity.

On Jan. 1, HBO Max released its highly anticipated reunion, "Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts." At the beginning of the special, producers flashed a childhood picture of Emma Watson on the screen… or so they thought. The photo was actually a childhood image of Emma Roberts, who has no connection with the wizardly franchise whatsoever.

Face. Palm.

"GUYS HELP ME THATS LITERALLY EMMA ROBERTS NOT EMMA WATSON," one person captioned a screenshot of the snafu. That post has since gone viral.

Amid the mix up, fans jokingly began congratulating Emma Roberts on her role in "Harry Potter," which she didn't have.

As fans buzzed, produces acknowledged the mistake, telling E! News, "Well spotted Harry Potter fans! You brought an editing mistake of a mislabeled photograph to our attention. New version is up now."

Evan Agostini/Invision/AP/Shutterstock

Neither actress has commented on the snafu.

Other than that, fans seemed thrilled with the reunion. The cast, too, seemed emotional to be back together at times.

"It's a strong bond that we will always have," Rupert Grint told Emma (Watson) during the special.
