Mama Kate is out!

Just less than five weeks after giving birth to daughter Rani Rose Hudson Fujikawa, Kate Hudson stepped out in public for the first time on Nov. 7 in Los Angeles.

Donning a long-sleeved collar cocktail dress, Kate attended a United Nation's World Food Programme event, as she is the Goodwill Ambassador for the program.

She later attended a Michael Kors x Kate Hudson dinner in which she donned a stunning black Michael Kors dress.

"I'm just starting to get the itch to get out a little bit more, but I'm enjoying every second," Kate told Access Hollywood about her role as a new mom for the third time (she is also mother to Ryder, 14, and Bingham, 7).

Asked how much different it was raising a girl, Kate said, "The cooing. She's all girl. She's feminine."

The actress added that her Kurt Russell, her mother's longtime partner, is "very smitten" with Rani. "Seeing Kurt with her is really special," she said.

Kate said she can't help but see her boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa, when she looks at Rani's face.

"She's a Fujikawa. It's the cutest thing," Kate said. "When you love your partner so much, and you see your child look just like your partner it's like your heart melts."

The event on Wednesday, however, was too important for her to pass up.

"As a mother, I understand the vital importance proper food and nutrition play in the life of a child," she said on Instagram last week. "Having seen the work of the @worldfoodprogramme first hand, I am honored to join them as a Goodwill Ambassador as we work together toward a future with #ZeroHunger. Everyone deserves the proper food and nutrition they need so they can fulfill their full potential."

Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade have secretly welcomed a baby girl via a surrogate.

The couple announced the news on social media on Nov. 8, with both of them quoting the lyrics to Bill Withers' hit song "Lovely Day."

"We are sleepless and delirious but so excited to share that our miracle baby arrived last night via surrogate and 11/7 will forever be etched in our hearts as the most loveliest of all the lovely days," Gabrielle captioned a series of snaps with their new little girl, including one of skin-to-skin contact. "Welcome to the party sweet girl!"

The actress has been open about her struggles to get pregnant.

"For 3 years, my body has been a prisoner of trying to get pregnant," she wrote in her book, "We're Going to Need More Wine," adding that she's suffered at least eight miscarriages.

This is Gabrielle's first child. Dwyane has three children from previous relationships. In 2016, she spoke to Us Weekly about her role as a stepmom.

"I recognize that I am lucky. Not everyone has the same situation," she said. "My advice is just to be fair, reasonable and consistent. If you're going to be a pushover, be a pushover. If you're going to be a disciplinarian, be a disciplinarian. But be consistent so that [the kids] can get used to whoever it is that you are."

Of the NBA star's three sons, she said, "They are dope kids. I have a lot of proud moments where I'm, like, in tears. They are smart, they are kind and just all-around amazing kids, and I tell them that."

Pic of Eddie Redmayne and Duchess Meghan from 2015 resurfaces

Eddie Redmayne was in the presence of royalty several years ago, and he didn't even know it.

Chelsea Lauren/Variety/REX/Shutterstock

A photograph of Eddie and Duchess Meghan from 2015 resurfaced this week, showing the two of them at Soho House Istanbul with a photographer buddy named Jason Bailey.

"Night in, watching movies and remember fun times with this crew ❤️ #EddieRedmayne @meghanmarkle #istanbul," Jason captioned the photo, which he shared in April 2015, a year before the then-"Suits" actress starting dating Prince Harry.

In the snap, Eddie donned navy pants and a jean jacket, while Meghan opted for jeans, a T-shirt, and a leather jacket.

Interestingly, Meghan and Harry ended up running into Eddie in September at the three-day launch of the new Soho House in Amsterdam. There, Harry and Meghan were said to have spent a long time in conversation with Eddie and his wife Hannah Bagshawe.

Of course, a lot of things had changed since Meghan and Eddie's first encounter.

In May, Meghan and Harry married in England and she became the Duchess of Sussex.

Both Meghan and Harry are known to be big fans of Soho House, and it's believed that their first date was at the swanky chain in London in 2016.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are officially divorced

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are officially single.

TMZ reported that a private judge signed off on the duo's divorce documents last week and submitted them to a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge. That judge signed the paperwork on Nov. 7, meaning Ben and Jen are now divorced.

Jordan Strauss/Invision/AP/REX/Shutterstock

The divorce date is listed as Oct. 9, 2018, since that was when Ben signed off on the divorce (Jen reportedly had signed off days earlier). Ben and Jen never got lawyers involved in the case.

The documents show that the former couple will share joint physical and legal custody of their three kids, although their custody agreement is purposely vague.

TMZ claimed the physical custody agreement doesn't outline any specific division of time with the kids. In the beginning, Jen will get the majority of the time with Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6. When Ben has the kids, he will have a monitor to ensure he's sober and that the children are safe.

The former couple certainly appears to be on good terms with each other, as they were photographed together after church on Nov. 4. Still, documents require that Ben and Jen remain civil.

Broadimage/REX/Shutterstock

"Neither party shall make derogatory or insulting remarks about the other," the documents say, according to TMZ. "Each party is restrained from arguing, yelling, or using profanity directed at the other party in the presence or within hearing distance of any of the minor children."

Although the former duo didn't have a prenuptial agreement, division of the assets isn't expected to be an issue, and the divorce documents don't contain any information about property.

The former couple split in 2015 after 10 years of marriage.

After more than a month in treatment, Selena Gomez has left a psychiatric facility.

A source told E! News on Nov. 7 that the singer is "refreshed and is in a better head space," adding that Selena is "out of her treatment program in NYC and is doing much better."

Broadimage/REX/Shutterstock

Selena will "still be checking in with professionals as her health battle is ongoing," the source said.

TMZ reported that while in treatment, Selena was involved in dialectical behavior therapy, a type of therapy that treats various mental health disorders.

On Oct. 10, reports surfaced indicating that Selena was receiving mental health treatment after suffering from an "emotional breakdown." TMZ said Selena was hospitalized twice in a two-week span. The first hospitalization came in late September after she had an "alarmingly low white blood cell count" in the wake of her kidney transplant, according to the outlet.

She was released after a few days. Then, during the first week of October, she was again hospitalized after another low blood cell count. During that hospital stay, TMZ said she had "a meltdown" and "freaked out" and "tried ripping the IV's out of her arm."

Several sources likened it to "an emotional breakdown."

Now that she's home, E!'s source said, Selena "wants to lay low for a while and isn't ready to go full force into working yet."

Jennifer Garner details her near wardrobe malfunction at church

Jennifer Garner almost showed a little too much of her holy spirit in church recently.

Broadimage/REX/Shutterstock

While speaking to People magazine, the actress said she detailed the time she nearly gave her fellow worshippers a shot of her underwear.

"My skirt got caught in my panties at church a couple of weeks ago," said said, adding that she nearly walked out of the restroom and into the congregation while showing far more than she bargained for. But, she caught the near wardrobe malfunction just in the nick of time.

"Luckily I felt a breeze pretty quickly," she joked.

Jen, of course, is a regular at church and she's actually often seen there with her ex Ben Affleck. In fact, on Nov. 4, Ben and Jen were photographed chatting after the church service. Ben even put his hand on Jen's shoulder at one point, clearly indicating that the exes are in a good place.

The former duo — who shares Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6 — also attended Game 4 of the World Series recently.

Both Ben and Jen have moved on romantically, but they remain close. Jen, you'll recall, was very supportive of Ben, even driving him to a rehab facility earlier this year.

At the time, she reportedly told him about reservations she had about the woman he was dating, 22-year-old model Shauna Sexton.

"Close friends were honest with him about being in a relationship with someone who was only 22 years old," a source told ET in October. "Jen's opinion truly still matters to Ben. Jen tried to be supportive of his relationship with Lindsay [Shookus] but she couldn't get behind this."

Ben and Shauna split in October.

George Clooney donating motorcycle to raise money for troops

Ride or buy! George Clooney is giving up one of his prized Harley Davidson motorcycles, and the money raised will benefit the Homes For Our Troops non-profit group.

John Salangsang/BFA/REX/Shutterstock

While the troops are bound to be happy, as will the new owner, Amal Clooney might be the happiest of all when the bike sells.

"Ever since George Clooney's motorcycle accident, his wife Amal has told him he's off two wheels for good," an eBay page for the motorcycle reads. "George just bought a brand new dresser Harley with only 25 MILES ON THE ODOMETER!— all yours if you win the bidding."

The page indicates that the new buyer will have to pick up the bike in Los Angeles, but, as an added bonus, George will sign the tank of the bike.

David Fisher/REX/Shutterstock

The eBay page also shows a photo of George and Amal on the Harley, and it makes it clear that 100 percent of the proceeds will go to Homes For Our Troops.

According to TMZ, George and his friend Jake Tapper of CNN have been planning the motorcycle donation for a month, and money raised from the sale will be used to help build custom homes for severely injured military veterans.

The bike, a Harley Davidson 2017 FLHTK Ultra Limited Series, carries a starting bid of $25,000 (it retails for about $28,000).

The sale of the bike comes about four months after George crashed on his scooter in Italy. He walked away with a few bumps and bruises, but no bones were broken.

Earlier in the day, Abby shared a quick video to her Instagram Story in which she flashed two thumbs up from bed. In her caption, she wrote, "Working Today!!!!"

Earlier this year Abby underwent emergency surgery on her back which turned out to be Burkitt lymphoma, a Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Are Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt finally close to a custody settlement? Conflicting reports reveal latest drama

There's no debating that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's divorce and custody battle has dragged on for more than two years now. But what is less clear is how close the warring exes really are to settling their differences in the wake of a new court filing and fresh conflicting reports about what the latest legal news means.

Getty Images

According to a document filed on Nov. 5 in Los Angeles County's Family Court, the exes have asked for the tenure of the retired judge who's privately been working on their case to be extended to June 30, 2019. The same judge is also set to preside over their custody trial, which is set begin behind closed doors on Dec. 4.

People magazine, however, reported late on Nov. 6 that the trial date should be viewed as a target date by which the actors could finally reach an agreement over their six kids: Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 10. Multiple sources tell People that both sides are working on an out-of-court settlement to avoid going to trial.

People further reports something new: It has long been believed and widely reported that Angelina — who initially filed for sole custody of the children when she left Brad in September 2016 — has continued to insist on sole custody while Brad has always sought joint custody. But an insider now tells People, "Angelina isn't seeking full custody."

Martin Mejia/AP/REX/Shutterstock

The Blast, however, reported early on Nov. 7 that the exes actually are gearing up for a custody trial because Angelina "wants sole custody and has been unwavering," it writes, while Brad "has been trying to work out a settlement and believes there is no reason the two parents can't split custody 50/50."

Further, Brad feels that his wife of more than two years and partner of nearly 12 "is purely trying to drag him thought he mud in the upcoming custody trial and is worried about the long-term effects it will have on their six children," The Blast explains, citing sources close to the case.

Brad, it adds, thinks Angelina's tactics are irresponsible to their children and believes a trial would only serve to put the kids through an unnecessarily damaging experience.

Vince Bucci/PictureGroup/REX/Shutterstock

The Blast's sources believe that Angelina will try to use the mysterious September 2016 private plane incident involving Brad and one or more of their kids — the altercation led her to file for divorce and him to face a child services investigation, which ultimately cleared him of any wrongdoing — in her fight for custody. Brad's legal team, however, "is not worried about Jolie's tactics because the actor was never criminally charged with anythign and the custody case is not a criminal matter," The Blast explains.

In recent months, Brad has reportedly had every-other-day visitation with the children as part of a temporary custody plan. The move came after a judge warned Angelina she was in danger of losing custody herself if she did not help improve the kids' relationship with heir father and stop interfering in the relationship.

In October, two months after Angelina accused Brad of failing to pay "meaningful child support" — which his team denied — legal documents revealed that a psychologist was about to begin conducting a formal custody evaluation for the fractured family.

Demi Lovato now living in sober house part-time

Demi Lovato is taking her newly hard-earned sobriety very seriously.

On Nov. 7 — just a few days after the pop star returned to Los Angeles after completing rehab following a three-month stay in an out-of-state residential treatment programTMZ reveals that Demi is living in a sober house part-time as she continues her recovery.

Gregory Pace/REX/Shutterstock

Demi — who nearly died in July after freebasing what TMZ identified as oxycodone laced with fentanyl — is "splitting her time between a halfway house and a private home in Los Angeles," TMZ writes.

Sources told the site that Demi has decided it's important for her recovery to spend three days a week at the sober house, where she has access to counselors and can spend time with other recovering addicts who can relate to her battle.

She's decided to spend the other four days at a private home because "she wants to resume a normal life," which so far has included regular trips to the gym and, on Nov. 6, a trip to the polls, where she voted in the midterm election, telling fans in her first post-rehab social media post, "I am so grateful to be home in time to vote!"

https://www.instagram.com/p/Bp2jlPwh53d/

TMZ further reports that Demi currently has a sober coach with her "24/7" and has regularly been attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.

The singer, who put the house where she OD'd on the market a few months ago, has also been seen spending time with fashion designer Henry Levy, who founded the Enfants Riches Déprimés line. They were photographed holding hands during dinner at Beverly Hills sushi hotspot Matsuhisa on Nov. 3.

Cindy Barrymore/REX/Shutterstock

A few days later, they were seen grabbing coffee and walking with their arms around one another. Despite speculation that Demi and Henry are dating, a source told "Entertainment Tonight" they are just friends.

This is not the first time that Demi has lived in a sober house. Back in 2012 and 2013, she quietly resided in a sober living facility for a year, which put her on a path to six years of sobriety — even while she was working as a judge on "The X Factor." She did chores and went without a cell phone while living in the drug-free residence with other recovering addicts.

NBC scraps plan to have Megyn Kelly help lead midterm elections night coverage

The repercussions of NBC's decision to part ways with Megyn Kelly in the wake of her blackface comments scandal late last month are now being felt on election day.

Evan Agostini/Invision/AP/REX/Shutterstock

Page Six reports that NBC had long planned to have Megyn play a high-profile role in its midterm election night coverage. With "Megyn Kelly Today," which occupied the "Today" show's third hour, suffering from declining ratings since she took over in September 2017, the network had hoped that the former Fox News personality would be a better fit for its political coverage, the New York Post's gossip column explains.

According to a press release the network sent out shortly before the lawyer-turned-journalist disastrously defended wearing blackface when it's part of a costume, Page Six notes, plans were in place for Megyn to broadcast on Nov. 6 alongside Lester Holt from "NBC Nightly News," Savannah Guthrie from "Today" and Chuck Todd from "Meet the Press."

Nathan Congleton/NBC

But now, NBC is erasing all mentions of Megyn: A new ad promoting NBC's "The Vote: America's Future" live broadcast only features Lester, Savannah and Chuck.

Nearly two weeks after Megyn sparked controversy then issued an apology, NBC and her lawyer are still negotiating an exit package both sides can be happy with.

Recent reports have claimed Megyn wants the remaining balance on her three-year contract with the network, which is said to be another $50 million. She also reportedly wants an extra $10 million to sign a non-disclosure and non-disparage agreement, but her lawyer has denied she's asking for any more than what's in her contract.

Teresa Kroeger/Getty Images

On Nov. 5, Megyn's former colleague, disgraced former Fox News star Bill O'Reilly, told the Washington Examiner that he thinks she would have survived at NBC if her ratings had been better even with her troubling blackface comments. "NBC wanted out and they found a way," he said.

Bill — whom Megyn has publicly criticized in the past — did not, however, excuse what she said. "I was surprised that Ms. Kelly did not understand… the horrible history of blackface in this country… That this technique, if you will, was used to marginalize denigrate and mock blacks. That was its primary use. So you can't justify it by saying you were a kid and it wasn't a big deal. It was a big deal."

Paul Walker's daughter shares rare selfie on 20th birthday

Paul Walker's daughter was 15 years old when her dad died in a fiery car crash in 2013. On Sunday, that same girl celebrated her 20th birthday, and she is stunning.

Meadow Walker celebrated by sharing a rare photo of someone, presumably a friend, holding a slice of chocolate cake complete with a "two" candle and a "zero" candle on her Instagram Story.

Later that day, Meadow shared a selfie from the car.

Instagram

The 20-year-old rarely shares images of herself to social media — her Instagram page only contains six photos. Three of the images show her and her late father.

In 2015, she shared an adorable photo of her as a toddler with the "Fast and the Furious" star.

"Reflecting on my father, I found myself reflecting on his passions. His passion for the ocean, his passion for rescuing animals, his passion for helping people and his passion for spontaneous goodwill," she said. "I wanted to start this foundation because I want to share that piece of him with the world. I want to share that part of him with others. The New York Post said Angela and Sutton Tennyson, whom she shared 2-year-old son Sutton Jr. with, were in Manhattan Family Court on Oct. 30 because the reality TV star wanted more child support.

"It wasn't lovey dovey, there's a reason people go to court," a source told the newspaper.

The Post noted that Sutton Sr. had been paying about $1,250 a month in child support. Also, over the summer, she received temporary custody of the toddler after filing for a protective order against her ex. In court, she made domestic violence claims against Sutton Sr., alleging that he did not handle their 2017 split well.

Before his death, Sutton Sr., who was formerly engaged to Angela, was FaceTiming his son every night and was preparing paperwork to vie for joint custody.

"He tried hard to be in the child's life," the source said.

After Sutton's Nov. 3 death, Angela — the daughter of Run DMC's Rev. Run and niece of producer Russell Simmons — was devastated.

On Nov. 4, Angela posted a slideshow on Instagram featuring photos and videos of her son and his late father, 37, captioning it, "Thank you for leaving behind my greatest gift. I'm hurting. I'm numb. Atlanta police told TMZ that officers raced to Sutton Sr.'s home after receiving a "shots fired" call and discovered him dead in his garage, his body riddled with bullet wounds. Police said that Sutton was talking to another man in his driveway when the conversation escalated. He was shot and the suspect fled in his car.

People magazine said that the case is currently under investigation by the Atlanta Police Department's homicide unit.

J. Law and her art gallerist beau affectionate at hockey game

Jennifer Lawrence looks like she's scored with her beau Cooke Maroney.

The couple was first linked in early May, but they've maintained a relatively low profile, only being spotted together on a few occasions. However, on Sunday night, the duo attended a New York Rangers hockey game together, and they didn't hide their affection for the team or for one another.

Mariska Hargitay Leaving 'Law & Order: SVU' To Pursue Movie Career?

Is Mariska Hargitay leaving "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" to pursue a movie career? That's the claim in one of this week's tabloids. Gossip Cop can set the record straight.

Niviere/Villard/Sipa/REX/Shutterstock

According to the National Enquirer, the actress is planning to walk away from the NBC cop drama after 20 seasons and relocate from New York City to Los Angeles to explore opportunities in the film industry. An alleged insider tells the magazine, "Mariska feels like she's done all she can and it's time to embark on the next chapter of her life."

The supposed source goes on to say that NBC is putting together a "gradual" and "well-planned" departure for the actress "to create the least amount of chaos possible." Tellingly, the magazine doesn't provide any specifics about how the network plans to transition the show when Hargitay exits. Still, the questionable tipster continues, "She's been doing the job so long that Mariska suffers from the same traumas real cops do in this line of work. It's pushed her to a breaking point."

From there, the tabloid's supposed insider speculates that Hargitay's marriage to actor Peter Hermann could suffer because his TV show "Younger" shoots in New York and their three children attend school in Manhattan. "A move to LA would be extremely difficult for him," says the suspicious source. "Only time will tell how it will affect their home life."

The magazine's article is based on claims from an anonymous tipster, but Hargitay's own rep is going on the record to dismiss the claim she's leaving the show. In fact, Hargitay said at a Paley Center panel in June that she plans to stay on "SVU" for as long as possible. "I'm in it for the long haul," the actress said at the event. She went on to recall telling showrunner Michael Chernuchin, "You keep writing like this, I'll stay for 25 years. Why would I leave? I'm so grateful."

The actress just recently doubled down on her comments. Hargitay spoke about the future "SVU" in an interview with E! News in September, noting she's still "incredibly invested" in the series and even plans to direct an episode this season. And in terms of exploring her character, Det. Olivia Benson, the actress said, "I'm just trying to go a little bit deeper every day and I'm not done yet." Despite what the Enquirer's seemingly nonexistent "source" claims, Hargitay herself confirms she's staying on "SVU" for the foreseeable future.
