Kourtney Kardashian's getting photoshop heat for leggy Christmas pic

The Kardashians can't catch a break from photoshopping accusations these days …

Fans just went after Khloe Kardashian for using a filter on a recent shot with her mama, Kris Jenner, and now, all eyes are on Kourtney Kardashian for a leggy holiday post.

The drama started on Saturday, Dec. 22, after Kourt posted a sexy picture of herself wearing a mermaid-cut evening dress, leaning on Santa Clause, on Instagram.

Some of the reality star's 71.2 million followers were quick to point out that it looked like her legs were missing from the shot, with one saying, "Legs sweetie, where did your legs go?"

Another fan quipped, "Ummm…perhaps you should ask Santa for some legs this Christmas," while others jumped straight to photoshop conclusions with comments like, "Photoshop fail."

But, not everyone agreed with the missing leg remarks and came to Kourtney's defense.

"To the ppl commenting about her legs," one user wrote. "It's just how her legs are positioned. One is behind straight as the other is in front bent. Along with the cut/shape of the dress make."

Another follower chimed in, "VERY pretty. Enough with 'where are her legs'… they're there. She has slender legs and one is behind the other. She's a very petite lady."

Just yesterday, the Internet also went after Khloe Kardashian for using filters on a black-and-white photo that she shared with her mom, with one user asking her if she would still share pictures without a filter option.

Khloe clapped right back at her haters, writing, "Let it go baby. Say something nice or just let it go. Don't add to the hatred in the world. How does this serve you love?"

She continued, "I believe everybody is beautiful in a multitude of ways! But by all means I don't think anything on the outside makes us beautiful. My soul radiates kindness, beauty, love etc."

Back in October, Kim likewise took some heat for allegedly messing with the brightness of a photo featuring her 9-month-old daughter Chicago with Kylie Jenner's baby girl, Stormi, 10 months.

As for all the photoshop finger pointing? We just say, keep killing 'em with kindness like Khloe. Psh!

"Insatiable" actress Debby Ryan, 25, and Twenty One Pilots rocker Josh Dun, 30, are engaged!

@debbyryan/Twitter

The proposal went down on Saturday, Dec. 22, when Josh dropped down to one knee in a very romantic way.

"I found a tree house in the woods in New Zealand and proposed to my girl," he wrote on Instagram. "She my dude for life. I love you Debby."

Former Disney Channel star, Debby, quickly accepted her now-fiancé's offer, which came along with quite the sizable diamond ring.

"I said yes!" Debby exclaimed on Twitter. "Well technically I said 'NO WAY' twice but I meant yes."

https://twitter.com/DebbyRyan/status/1076678172790280194

Josh made the occasion extra special by flying in their family as a surprise. "He flew my brother and sis-in-law to surprise me at our engagement dinner," Debby shared on Instagram.

Josh's sister, Ashley Dun, shared photos from the couple's celebratory dinner after the proposal.

"Over the moon for these dudes," she captioned the pics.

Debby's brother, Chase Ryan, echoed the happy sentiments on Instagram, writing, "So happy for these gentlemen."

Josh's other sister, Abigail Dun, also got in on the congratulations, sharing another shot of the newly engaged lovebirds, who have been dating on-and-off since 2013.

"I've been calling you my sister for years now but I am ecstatic that Joshua made it official," she wrote.

"I'm in love and very happy," Ryan told the Sydney Morning Herald over the summer. "We've evolved and grown so much in our careers, in the relationship, as people since we first met. It's cool and special to have that support system and we are each other's biggest fans."

Inside Christina El Moussa and Ant Anstead's secret wedding!

Christina El Moussa, 35, and Ant Anstead, 39, gave their family and friends quite the surprise with a secret wedding at their home in Newport Beach, California, on Saturday, Dec. 22.

@christinaelmoussa/Instagram

The newlywed tricksters invited 70 people over under the ruse that they'd all be going to a local Christmas boat parade, when in fact, they had an entire ceremony planned.

Unknowing guests walked into a lavish "winter wonderland" wedding scene, adorned with an alter in the couple's front yard.

The "Flip or Flop" star, who looked like a blushing bride wearing an Ines Di Santo gown, told People magazine of the theme, "We wanted it to be rustic romance."

"About last night. #magical," Christina later captioned a photo from the under-wraps wedding on Instagram.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BrvJ4zDDpzs/

The nuptials weren't all about Christina and Ant though. They made their brood of six children, from previous relationships, a major focus of the event.

"We wanted to make it about the kids," the "Wheeler Dealer" dad explained. "It's the six of us. We're a blended family so it was really important for them to be a part of it."

Ant and his ex-wife share daughter Amelie, 15, and son Archie, 12.

Christina and her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa share daughter Taylor, 8, and son Brayden, 3. They went through a quite tumultuous public divorce at the end of 2016, but Tarek is allegedly okay with Christina remarrying.

A source at Us Weekly says, "Tarek is happy for Christina. He's moved on, but still cares about her deeply."

@ant_anstead/Instagram

So, what now? Well, Christina has definite plans to drop her ex's last name for Ant's now that they've said their vows. "It has a nice ring to it, doesn't it?" she added. "Christina Anstead. We couldn't be any happier!"

The lovebirds were first romantically linked back in October 2017, and Ant was rumored to be ring shopping by June of this year.

Congratulations!

Khloe Kardashian claps back after Photoshop accusation

"Let it go." That's how Khloe Kardashian suggested an Instagram user respond to future negative thoughts about other people's Instagram posts, edited or otherwise.

AFF-USA/REX/Shutterstock

The reality star was responding to comment on a black and white photo of herself with her mother, Kris Jenner, that garnered a comment about her use of filters. The user asked if Khloe would still share photos of herself at all if the filter options were ever removed.

"Would you?" the "Revenge Body" star asked (via Us Weekly). "Sometimes I wonder why people comment if it adds no value to ones life? Maybe i'm just different… but I don't care to be negative or passive aggressive. Our world is toxic enough as it is. It's sad to care to criticize something like an editing app. Let it go babe. Say something nice or just let it go. Don't add to the hatred in the world. How does this serve you love?"

According to Us, a number of followers defended Khloe and commented about how much they appreciated the fact she responded thoughtfully. Khloe, however, had more to say.

Eric Charbonneau/REX/Shutterstock

"But babe how are you saying I Photoshopped my face if you really don't [know]?" she asked. "Did you alter this photo?"

Finally, Khloe, who initially posted the photo of herself and Kris as a means of telling her mom that she and all her sisters hope to be "as strong and fabulous" as she is someday, told the user: "I I believe everybody is beautiful in a multitude of ways! But by all means I don't think anything on the outside makes us beautiful. My soul radiates kindness, beauty, love etc."

She added: "My soul is what I'm taking with me," then told her followers she loves them and urged everyone to, "Continue to Radiate the beauty in your heart!!"

Drew Barrymore reflects on her divorce: 'It's not always easy'

Drew Barrymore is doubling down on the sentiment she and her ex-husband, Will Kopelman, expressed when they announced their split back in 2016.

StarTraks

At the time, the former couple stressed the continuing importance of their family bond with each other and their daughters, saying "Divorce might make one feel like a failure, but eventually you start to find grace in the idea that life goes on."

As part of her Instagram series, #TheWayItLooksToUs, the actress opened up on Friday, Dec. 21, about her biggest romantic relationship, reflecting on the positive aspects of what her marriage brought into her life.

"Once upon a time… I remember reading an article that said I had gotten my happy ending after all. Looking at this picture, it sure looks that way. And then, like many times in life for all of us, our plans change and our dreams are adjusted" the 43-year-old star captioned a photo of her and Will at the Golden Globes taken while they were still together.

"But that doesn't mean that every second wasn't worth it. And if that DeLorean time machine pulled up every day, I would do it all over again. After all, I did get my dream. 2 healthy girls," she continued, referencing the kids — Olive, 6, and Frankie, 4 — she shares with her ex.

Splash News

"Will and I continue to marvel at what we made and try to be the best co parents we can be. It's not always easy and the point is…nothing in life is. But it doesn't mean that any bitter outweighs the sweet!"

https://www.instagram.com/p/BrpqbNvHUIx/

The post comes after Drew announced she was inviting followers to join in a conversation with her about the difference between what motherhood, beauty and relationships really look like to women and what we think those things should look like.

In just a few days, the star's hashtag has already drawn thousands of comments on hundreds of photos submitted by women who feel the same way as Drew.

As ET reminds us, Drew's been open about struggling through her divorce in the past. "When you break up with somebody, you're like, 'Yeah, that didn't work,' [but] when you get divorced you're like, 'I'm the biggest failure. This is the biggest failure,'" she told Chelsea Handler not long after announcing her split from Will. "It's so shameful and hard to actually go through that, even privately," she added.

After sharing her divorce post on Friday, Drew tossed one more thought out there, posting about the happy messiness life can bring while sharing a photo of one of her daughters making snow angels out of powdered sugar — inside.

"When I cleaned up my daughter's mess, the powdered sugar in the air fell into my mouth and I realized how sweet my reality really is. Sometimes what seems like the biggest mess can be your greatest memory," she wrote.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BrqflfPHIw3/

She signed off with this wish for her followers: "May we all be protective and grateful for the love we have. And who cares how it looks! If you are kind, well, that's the prettiest look I've ever seen."

Nicki Minaj's controversial new man gets her name tattooed on his neck

Nothing says "I love you" like a neck tat.

Amid backlash over his controversial past, Nicki Minaj's new boyfriend, Kenneth Perry, has apparently memorialized his affection for the "Queen" rapper with some new ink.

Matteo Prandoni/BFA.com

On Friday, Dec. 21, Nicki shared a video on Instagram that showed a closeup of the pink and black cursive "Onika" — Nicki's given name — that now adorns the whole right side of Kenneth's neck.

The tattoo was Kenneth's first, according to Nicki's caption.

"Did ya tat hurt zaddy? 😝 his first tat- frontin like it didn't sting 😩 #Onika#HeavyOnIt 😋👅 #SuperSleezy 〽️🐝💤," she wrote alongside the video, which begins with the camera pointed at her before she turns to show off Kenneth's body art.

The couple made headlines a few weeks ago when Nicki made their relationship Instagram official. As fans quickly figured out, Kenneth is a registered sex offender in the state of New York and was convicted of manslaughter in 2002.

After negative comments about Kenneth's past began to surface on Nicki's Instagram feed, she warned users, "y'all can't run my life," then proceeded to share posts from the couple's beachy getaway over her 36th birthday weekend.

Nicki's also gone after the Daily Mail for reporting on Kenneth's past, warning the outlet on Twitter that their facts were wrong and she was going to sue after a reporter announced, "this is not the first time [Nicki] has defended a registered sex offender," then recalled how she "supported her brother, Jelani Maraj … when he was found guilty of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl."

It's unclear if Nicki proceeded with a lawsuit.

According to Us Weekly, Nicki and Kenneth's relationship dates back to their teenage years in Queens. They reportedly reconnected over Thanksgiving when Nicki and her mother went back to their old neighborhood to hand out free turkeys for the holiday.

The rapper and singer was previously linked to Formula One racer, Lewis Hamilton.

Danielle Staub claims estranged husband Marty Caffrey abused her throughout their marriage

Danielle Staub has filed documents claiming her estranged husband, Marty Caffrey abused her emotionally, verbally and physically during their marriage.

Santiago Felipe/Getty Images

In documents excerpted by Us Weekly , the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star describes incidents in which Marty allegedly held her down while "screaming derogatory comments in her face," "mocked" her for having been molested by her father as a child and secretly recorded her when they had sex, threatening to go public with the recordings.

Danielle claims the abuse began in early May, five days after their wedding.

She also details an attack she says took place her during a vacation in Anguilla in which he allegedly left bruises on her skin, according to The New York Post.

The reality star goes on to assert that her husband "verbally and emotionally abused" the 24 and 20-year-old daughters she shares with her ex, Thomas Staub while using "disparaging, offensive and threatening language" against them.

MediaPunch/REX/Shutterstock

"Plaintiff [Caffrey] referred to Defendant's [Staub] relationship with her daughters as a 'lesbian affair,' purposefully to hurt Defendant by referencing incest and embarrass her about her childhood abuse," Danielle's lawyers allege in the documents.

Other claims in the filing include allegations Marty publicly humiliated Danielle, withheld financial information from her, abandoned her regularly and gave her then rescinded gifts, telling her, "You don't deserve anything because you're a worthless piece of s—."

Marty, who filed for divorce from the reality star in September after she got a restraining order against him (he filed for one against her shortly afterwards), has denied all claims.

Speaking to Us, Marty said if he had done the things Danielle said he did, she would not have attempted to save the marriage, as he claims she did days before filing the documents.

Bravo/Charles Sykes /NBCU Photo Bank via Getty Images

"I expected Danielle to go this route," Marty told Us. "She's in a panic when I refused to drop the divorce and the negative blowback she's been receiving after attacking my kids. But only Danielle Staub's mind is capable of fabricating this type of stuff. She wanted to reconcile three days ago and told me she loved me. If I were guilty of any of these things, why would you want to reconcile? Danielle will go to any depth to slander people and be the victim. Bringing her daughters into this? I feel sorry for them. Be a mother! None of this is accurate or even close to the truth. This is simply Danielle Staub trying to take people out like she has in her past, but it's not going to work this time."

He said something similar to the New York Post, adding that there were "never any bruises. It's so hysterical. I never put a hand on her. [There were] no problems in Anguilla. I don't understand what's wrong with her."

The former couple's problems reportedly began to escalate over the summer before Marty announced to Radar Online that he was divorcing his wife. At the time, Danielle's rep said Marty had refused to discuss any of their issues with Danielle, opting instead to simply go to the press.

Marty reportedly proposed to Danielle in May 2017; she announced she was engaged in early 2018.

Steven Seagal won't face sex assault charges for 2002 accusation

Prosecutors have declined to press charges against Steven Seagal in regards to an alleged sexual assault last decade.

Earlier this year a woman came forward claiming that the action star sexually assaulted her between May 1, 2002 and August 31, 2002, but he has adamantly denied the accusations.

Alexander Zemlianichenko/AP/REX/Shutterstock

On Dec. 21, TMZ reported that the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office will not prosecute the actor because the statute of limitations has expired.

Over the past year, several women have accused Steven of sexual misconduct, including Portia de Rossi. The actress claimed Steven once sat her down on a couch during a casting for one of his films and unzipped his pants. Portia says she fled the room.

Another woman also came forward stating that Steven assaulted her in 1993, another incident which he denies. In the case, the DA also refused to prosecute him due to the expired statute of limitations.

In October, Steven stormed out of an interview with the BBC when he was asked about the sexual accusations.

"I'm done," he could be heard saying as he walked out.

Mark Harmon responds to rumors he's exiting 'NCIS'

Mark Harmon isn't going anywhere.

On Thursday, the actor's rep shot down a report that Mark is leaving "NCIS," telling Page Six the rumor "is completely false."

Hours earlier, Celebrity Insider reported that Mark, 67, is considering leaving the hugely popular show due to "failing health."

Last year, Mark had knee surgery and, Celebrity Insider reports, "rumors have been circulating that his health issues are back."

Mark, who remains one of the highest-paid actors on television, has starred on the long-running CBS series since it debuted in 2003, and he serves as an executive producer on both "NCIS" and "NCIS: New Orleans."

The main cast of "NCIS" has remained largely in tact for the majority of the show's run. The last major star to depart was Pauley Perrette, who starred on the series for 15 seasons.

Celebrity Insider also claimed on Wednesday that David McCallum, who plays Donald "Ducky" Mallard, is contemplating leaving the show, citing his lower workload during the current season.

Teresa Giudice won't see imprisoned husband on Christmas

First comes prison, then comes paradise.

With Joe Giudice spending Christmas behind bars at FCI Allenwood following a fraud conviction, his wife, Teresa Giudice, plans to celebrate the holiday with their four daughters while on a tropical vacation, according to Page Six.

The family does not plan to spend Christmas day with Joe, but they are planning to visit with him on Dec. 21, the report notes.

Teresa, along with Gia, 17, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 9, will open presents in New Jersey in the morning before jetting off to a warmer location.

The family has a lot on its mind. In October, multiple media outlets confirmed that Joe will be deported to Italy after he is released from prison next year, where he's serving a 41-month sentence. He's set to be released in March.

"Immigration Judge John Ellington ordered Giuseppe Giudice removed from the United States," the press secretary at Pennsylvania's York Immigration Court said on Oct. 10.

During the hearing, the judge announced, "Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief. Mr. Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best. I decided this case as a matter of law."

Joe has appealed the decision, but is still waiting for a decision.

"It's [a] difficult time for us to be going through this and we're just hopeful for the best and we're staying positive and that's what I tell my girls," Teresa previously told Page Six. "Like it's in God's hands and hopefully everything will work out."

Travis Scott reportedly joining Super Bowl Halftime Show

The Super Bowl Halftime Show is going to be "sicko."

Although there have been reports that many of music's biggest names have given the NFL a stiff arm when it comes to the halftime show, TMZ is reporting that Travis Scott will join Maroon 5 on Feb. 3 in Atlanta for the NFL's biggest game of the year.

REX/Shutterstock

There could easily be more acts following suit too, as the website reports that Maroon 5 is talking to Cardi B and Outkast's Big Boi about joining.

At one point, performing during the halftime show was considered one of music's biggest gigs, but its importance has been a bit diluted this year after several artists reportedly told the NFL, "Thanks, but no, thanks."

"Entertainment Tonight" reported that Rihanna turned down the NFL to support controversial former quarterback Colin Kaepernick, the first player to kneel during the national anthem to protest racial inequality.

A report from Variety magazine last week claimed Maroon 5 has reached out to more than a half-dozen stars to appear as featured guests, but almost all of them have passed on the offer.

Randy Holmes/ABC via Getty Images

However, for Maroon 5 — and, frankly, for the NFL too — to snag Travis is a tremendous feather in the cap. The "Sicko Mode" singer currently has one of the hottest tours in the country, and he's generating Grammy buzz for his "Astroworld" album.

Because of Travis's role during the big game, TMZ confirms that the rapper will bring girlfriend Kylie Jenner to Atlanta with him.

The couple has a strange connection to the big game — last year, just before kickoff, Kylie released a well-produced video confirming that she and Travis had welcomed a daughter.

Lisa Bonet would probably leave Jason Momoa if he did this, says 'Aquaman' star

Jason Momoa's long locks have been a signature part of his look for years.

TIM MARSDEN/EPA-EFE/REX/Shutterstock

He's not afraid of change, but there's a big reason he won't be cutting his hair anytime soon. "My wife [Lisa Bonet] would leave me if I cut my hair so I just don't cut my hair," the "Aquaman" star told the Daily Telegraph, as reported by E! News, DailyMail.com and People magazine.

"I am not cutting my hair for a while, I will tell you that much," he added.

Bei/Shutterstock

The Hawaii-born, Iowa-raised actor is also loathe to mess with his hair because of his role as Arthur Curry/Aquaman in the DC Extended Universe. "I am going to be playing this guy for a while and I don't want to wear a wig," Jason added. "I think we are good for the next two years."

It's hard to remember, but back when he got his start as a model and actor on "Baywatch: Hawaii," Jason had very short hair. He then grew it out and wore dreadlocks when he was on "Stargate Atlantis," after which he cut his hair again before growing it long once more.

Fremantle Media/REX/Shutterstock

He got permission from the producers of "Stargate" to cut off his dreads between Seasons 4 and 5, though they saved the hair, which then had to be sewn back on once filming resumed. That process, Jason told GateWorld, "took a little over nine hours. It was painful, and I didn't sleep for four days. I grew my hair out when I cut them, and they braided it and sewed my old dreads back in. It looked great — it just took a long time."

But the pain continued — Jason even got sores on his head — so he then cut off his dreads again and briefly wore his stuntman's wig until a $10,000 custom-made wig could be created for him.

Lucy Pemoni/AP/REX/Shutterstock

In 2017, Jason told late-night host James Corden that he chose to wear dreadlocks because of his now-wife. "I actually had dreaded my hair for her. I had dreadlocks, she had dreadlocks," explained Jason, who met "The Cosby Show" alum Lisa — whom he admitted he'd been obsessed with since he was a boy — at a New York City jazz club in the mid-aughts.

'RHONJ' star Danielle Staub's husband blames divorce on this

Marty Caffrey filed for divorce this summer just three months after marrying "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Danielle Staub in the Bahamas in May.

Now he's revealing why he thinks their marriage failed.

Bravo/Charles Sykes /NBCU Photo Bank via Getty Images

Marty told Page Six that "things were going extremely well" with him and Danielle, to whom he proposed in 2017. Then she made the decision to return to "RHONJ" following a five-year break.

"As we approached the wedding, and the filming of Season 9 began, she changed," Marty told the New York Post's gossip column. "Instead of our relationship, it became more about the cameras. She began to think she was more important than everybody else.

"Filming the wedding appears to be the main thing that ruined us," he added. "It became more about the cameras, the show, the party, the attention she was getting and very little about the ceremony and the marriage and what we were really there for," he explained.

MediaPunch/REX/Shutterstock

Marty also claimed that Danielle wants to get back together — but that he's not on board. "Danielle wants to reconcile with me, but I'm not sure there is a path forward. We'll see," he said.

Danielle certainly didn't seem to have her estranged husband on her mind during a recent outing in New York City.

A witness told Page Six that the Bravo star and musician Al. B Sure were "making out at the bar" at the Aloft hotel in Harlem on Dec. 16. "He hugged up on her, and they looked very cozy. They didn't care who was there. It wasn't a packed lobby either … nobody was there," said the witness. "She stood out like a sore thumb. It didn't seem like their first rodeo."

Danielle's rep, however, told Page Six that Danielle and Al "have been friends for a very long time and someone probably misconstrued what they saw."

Us Weekly also reported that Danielle and Al have been hooking up lately and that Danielle's been telling pals about it.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus shares tearful selfie as 'Veep' ends

It's the end of an era for Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and she can't help but get emotional about it.

Broadimage/REX/Shutterstock

This week, the much-celebrated actress filmed the last ever episode of "Veep," her hugely-popular HBO political satire. Julia has starred on the show since 2012, and she's hauled in six consecutive Emmy awards for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series.

"Just rehearsed the first scene of our final day @veephbo – Guys, this is gonna be a cinch. #veep #finalepisode," she captioned a teary-eyed image afterward.

In a snap posted on Tuesday, Julia simply showed an image of her trailer, complete with the name "Selina" on the door, referring to her character, Selina Meyer.

"Goodbye to trailer life," she captioned the image.

Prior to that, Julia also posted a black and white image of her holding up a black clutch that partially blocked her face. The clutch featured #Veep on it.

"Today is our final shooting day on this glorious show," she wrote.

The cast, crew and fans of the show have had time to prepare for the last show. In September 2017, it was announced that the show would end after the seventh season.

"We don't want to repeat ourselves or wear out our welcome," Julia told The Hollywood Reporter. "The story has a finality to it that feels end-of-series … I'm not kidding – I really feel this is my baby and I don't want to mess it up. I would hate to end on a less-than note. That would make me nuts."

Still, ending the show wasn't an easy decision.

"It's hard to say goodbye to such a good thing," she said.

Like Julia, other stars of the show got emotional, as well.

Tony Hale, who plays Gary on the show, shared a photo of himself wearing a sweater with a heart on it.

"Final rehearsal on the final day shooting @VeepHBO," he wrote. "I can't describe how blessed and thankful I feel for everyone here. The sweater says it best."

Timothy Simmons tweeted on Wednesday, "Driving off the lot just made it real. Hanging out long after the wrap you could trick yourself into thinking it was still going on. Now we are all just a bunch of people that used to work on the show Veep."

Showrunner David Mandel posted several behind-the-scenes images from the final moments of the show.

Of the end, he later tweeted that "emotional" is an understatement."
