Tamron Hall demanded more women work on her upcoming show

https://94890ooyala-a.akamaihd.net/FldWNoaDE6QzxighzM24IjlF9QSt4gYT/DOcJ-FxaFrRg4gtDEwOjNtNzowczE7rs

Tamron Hall's new self-titled show doesn't premiere until the fall, but she's already making some demands.

She wants the show to have a big shot of estrogen!

Jason Merritt/Radarpics/REX/Shutterstock

"When I came to [an early] meeting to discuss my new show . . . there were only men in the room," she told the audience at Rolling Stone's Women Shaping the Future brunch, according to Page Six. "And I had to say, 'Sorry to tell you, but we are going to have a lot of women on staff. Sorry, but I don't want to just talk to you men all day. We need some women in here.'"

The new show won't begin until after Tamron, 48, welcomes her first child.

Earlier this month, she revealed on Instagram that she and her husband, music executive Steven Greener, were expecting their first child together.

"Surprise guys, can you believe it," she said. "I'm about to be a mommy very soon."

In a follow up Instagram, she said, "It's clear a daytime talk show isn't the only thing I've been trying to produce! There have been many tears, but today I embrace the smiles."

On March 14, the veteran newswoman showed off her baby bump at the ADAPT Leadership Awards Gala in New York City.

"Bump waits on no one or any fashion," she joked after squeezing into a cranberry-hued silk Roland Mouret gown. She added that she has "a few more weeks to go."

Donny and Marie Osmond officially ending long-running Vegas residency

It's official: Donny and Marie Osmond's long-running Las Vegas residency show is ending later this year.

The brother-sister duo announced on "Good Morning America" on Thursday that they'll walk onto the stage at Flamingo Las Vegas for the last time on November 16.

"It's very, very hard," Donny told "GMA." Marie added, "People come from all over the world to see us in Vegas."

Jim Smeal/BEI/REX/Shutterstock

Interestingly, the show was never intended to have a long run. Back in 2008, the singing duo signed on to do a six-week run. Due to overwhelming ticket demand, the hotel kept extending the residency. The duo eventually inked a long-term deal.

"He has been my rock," Marie told her brother on Thursday.

Donny had previously said the show was ending, telling a Las Vegas news station last October that 2019 would be their final year.

"We've been talking about it for quite a while, but definitely, our countdown has started," Donny told Vegas reporter named Dayna Roselli on her Instagram Story. "It was supposed to be 6 weeks, and this is our eleventh year. Who woulda thunk."

Larry Marano/REX/Shutterstock

Donny's reveal was news to her sister at the time, as he offered up the information without her participation.

"It ain't over 'til the fat lady sings, and I'm on NutriSystem," she joked afterward.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Marie will continue to have a presence on the famed Las Vegas Strip, as she's expected to create a new show, possibly with a new partner.

"This is the end of the Donny & Marie show, but it's not the end of Donny & Marie," Donny offered.

Larry Marano/REX/Shutterstock

"Donny and Marie have made an incredible impact at Flamingo Las Vegas," said Damian Costa, vice president of entertainment operations at Caesars Entertainment. "We are honored to have been the home to such an iconic duo and their unwavering talent on stage night after night for more than 10 years."

After the formal announcement on "GMA," Marie got sentimental on Twitter.

"From 6 weeks to 11 years… we could not be more grateful for everyone who has traveled from all over the world to see the #DonnyAndMarie show!!," she wrote. "Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Come see us @FlamingoVegas before the year is up!"

Kylie Jenner ready to move on from Jordyn Woods friendship after cheating scandal: Report

It's been a month since Kylie Jenner took a huge step back from one of the most significant relationships of her life — her longtime friendship with model Jordyn Woods.

Broadimage/REX/Shutterstock

Kylie was devastated when she learned that Jordyn had hooked up with Tristan Thompson — who was at the time in a serious relationship with Kylie's sister, Khloe Kardashian, with whom he has a daughter — at a party on Feb. 17. And just as Khloe dumped Tristan, Kylie essentially dumped Jordyn as the cheating scandal erupted.

Now TMZ is reporting that it looks like Kylie and Jordyn's friendship split is likely permanent. According to TMZ, the two — who'd been besties since middle school — "still aren't talking much, and at this point … Kylie's given up on making up and is moving on."

Just two weeks ago, TMZ reported that there was a glimmer of hope that Kylie and Jordyn could reconcile in the wake of Jordyn's admitted betrayal because though the women had "barely communicated" since the scandal was made public, the one-time besties had cracked open the door and "texted a bit."

Emma McIntyre/Getty Images for SECNDNTURE

But ultimately, Kylie and Jordyn "haven't made any real progress in mending their fractured relationship," TMZ writes, citing sources close to the former besties who also note that the women have been "mostly incommunicado since Jordyn's appearance on 'Red Table Talk.'"

Jordyn went on Jada Pinkett Smith's Facebook Watch show — her appearance aired on March 1 — and though she admitted she and Tristan kissed, she also attempted to play down the betrayal.

"It was like a kiss on the lips, but no tongue kiss, no making out. Nothing. But I don't think that he's wrong either, because I allowed myself to be in that position. And when alcohol's involved, people make dumb moves or people get caught up in the moment," Jordyn said. She also denied she was a "homewrecker" and insisted, "I know I'm not the reason Tristan and Khloe aren't together."

REX/Shutterstock

But instead of her confessions helping win Kylie back, they proved to Kylie that "Jordyn wronged Khloe … and their friendship would never be the same," TMZ explains.

Making things extra awkward? Jordyn lived with Kylie — in her guest house — and all her stuff is still there. (Kylie reportedly kicked Jordyn out in the early days of the scandal.) According to TMZ, Kylie won't stop Jordyn from coming over to pick up her stuff, as once that happens, they can both move forward.

Kylie won't openly hate on Jordyn either, TMZ reports, adding that the makeup mogul is "open to being amicable with Jordyn in the future." Just don't expect the women to ever be anything close to best friends again.

Hilary Duff, boyfriend scare away intruder: Details

Back in 2017, thieves broke into Hilary Duff's Beverly Hills home and robbed her of hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of jewelry and valuables — all while she was out of town on vacation with her son.

imageSPACE/REX/Shutterstock

On March 19, there was another intruder on Hilary's property — but this time she was home. And, TMZ reports, she was able to scare the would-be criminal away.

Law enforcement sources confirmed to TMZ that the "Younger" actress and her boyfriend, musician-producer Matthew Koma — who share a 4-month-old daughter, Banks — saw a man "lurking around their backyard."

The couple was in the kitchen of their home at about 8:30 p.m. when they spotted the guy and somehow scared him away, though TMZ's sources didn't specify how the pair did that. They also called police.

REX/Shutterstock

It appears the man had plans to enter the home. "While doing a perimeter search, [police] noticed a window screen had been removed, though the intruder never actually made it inside the house," TMZ explains.

Cops did not find the man, TMZ reports, adding that law enforcement now has extra patrols out in the area.

Back in July 2017, someone broke into Hilary's home while she was in Canada with her son from her first marriage, Luca Comrie. She'd been posting photos and videos from her trip on social media, which TMZ, at the time, speculated could have made her home an easy target for criminals.

@hilaryduff/Instagram

"Someone broke through a door, rooted around and discovered Hilary's stash. The alarm never went off," TMZ reported at the time,

A rep for the actress told MailOnline that the singer-actress was devastated but grateful no one was hurt. "This is a scary and upsetting situation for anyone to go through, but Hilary is thankful that her family, her staff, her home and her pets are all safe," her rep explained. "That said, she has a significant security team in place that will work with the authorities on this incident and handle security measures moving forward."

Hilary was one of many, many stars who were victimized by thieves in 2017.

Meghan McCain lauds 'sisterhood' on 'The View' despite on-air feuds

Since joining "The View" over a year and a half ago, Meghan McCain has had viscous on-air battles with her cohosts — particularly Joy Behar — but she knows that the women have her back regardless of their public disagreements.

NBCU Photo Bank via Getty Images

During a takedown of President Trump, tied to his less-than-glowing comments about her father, the late Sen. John McCain, Meghan lauded Sunny Hostin, Abby Huntsman and Whoopi Goldberg and, of course, Joy.

"There's real sisterhood and support at this table and we all support each other, and first and foremost the support I have and love I have from this show in particular — thank you, all of you, for real," Meghan said on Wednesday. "If I had told my dad, 'Seven months after you're dead, you're going to be dominating the news and all over Twitter,' he would think it was so hilarious that our president was so jealous of him that he was dominating the news cycle in death as well."

On Tuesday, Meghan's mother, Cindy McCain, shared a screenshot of a disgusting message that Twitter user sent to her. The message was hateful toward her late husband, as well as Meghan.

After Meghan was showered with support in the wake of the tweet, she said, "Do not feel bad for me and my family. We are blessed, we are a family of privilege. Feel bad for people out there who are being bullied that don't have support, that don't have women of 'The View' to come out and support their family."

ABC via Getty Images

In the past, Meghan has acknowledged that she has fiery exchanges with her cohosts, mainly Joy, but said the visceral on-air feelings rarely boil over once the cameras turn off.

"The thing about Joy and I is if you extract politics, we are very similar women," she told Andy Cohen in January. "We leave it all out on the table, we fight like boxers, and then when we leave I'm like, 'Do you want to get a drink? Are we cool?'"

Meghan has even praised Joy for her sense of humor and called her the "older sister I never had."

"She's really funny and at the end of the day, I truly try and hate her and I can't. She's really fun," Meghan said. "I've never had more fun fighting with anyone on TV than I do with Joy Behar. I go into battle every day knowing that she is smart, she knows her talking points, she watches as much cable news as I do. We both also enjoy the fight, which is also good."

"People get very anxious" about their fights, Meghan said, but added, "We always make up, I promise."

Jessica Simpson welcomes daughter after rough pregnancy

Jessica Simpson is a mother for the third time.

Broadimage/REX/Shutterstock

The singer-turned-clothing tycoon and her husband, Eric Johnson, welcomed a daughter on March 19, she announced on Wednesday. The couple named their little princess Birdie Mae Johnson.

Jessica's Instagram, which showed a picture of her 6-year-old daughter Maxwell admiring the baby, said Birdie weighed 10 lbs, 13 oz.

According to The Blast, Jessica was surrounded by her family, including her father, Joe, when she gave birth.

In addition to Maxwell, Jess and Eric share son Ace, 5.

Jessica announced the pregnancy last August on social media, and she hinted on social media that she was naming the baby Birdie.

The pregnancy, though, was far from easy. In fact, just a day before the birth, Jessica shared an image of herself in a bikini looking rather miserable as her huge baby belly poked out.

"Jess-tation," she captioned the photo.

In March, she spent a week in the hospital while battling bronchitis.

"After a week in the hospital for bronchitis (my fourth time in 2 months), I'm finally home! Coughing with Birdie has been a crazy painful journey," she wrote at the time.

After that, she posted a selfie with a surgical mask while indicating she was still recovering.

Perhaps the most notable moment of her pregnancy, at least publicly, came after she posted a photo of her incredibly swollen feet in January.

"Any remedies?! Help!!!!," she pleaded with her Instagram followers. Jessica eventually used cupping therapy to help.

She also battled several acid reflux during the pregnancy and she even broke a toilet.

"Warning…Don't lean back on the toilet when pregnant," she wrote on Instagram in February.

It's probably fair to say that after seeing Birdie it was all worth it.

Brielle Biermann chided over sarcastic plastic surgery Instagram

Brielle Biermann's latest Instagram post is rubbing a lot of people the wrong way.

The "Don't Be Tardy" star posted a photo of herself with her mom, Kim Zolciak, and younger sister Ariana, 17. The 22-year-old's 1.3 million followers didn't have an issues with the photo, but rather the caption.

"We went to the plastic surgeon and asked for the 3 for 1 special," she wrote along with an emoji of a needle.

Both Kim and Ariana posted the same image, but didn't mention anything about plastic surgery.

"Lil sis is perfect the way she is plz don't introduce her to that mess," one person wrote.

Another person directed their frustration with Kim's husband, Kroy.

"I'm thoroughly confused with Kroy? Why is he supporting this?," that user said.

"As a mom, and a woman.. This bothers me," another said.

To be fair, it does appear that Brielle's caption was sarcastic.

In fact, her friend Collin Joiner wrote, "We love a good sarcastic caption!!" Brielle said, "@colljoiner yup! Sarcastic QUEEN."

Brielle has been open about the fact that she uses lip fillers. In January, the reality TV star posted a new photo of herself next to an older photo of herself on her Instagram Story. She wrote, "To those who say I look better before lips… you're a liar and this photo is PROOOOOOF."

Charles Sykes/Bravo/NBCU Photo Bank via Getty Images

It's not uncommon for Brielle's mother to be on the receiving end of online criticism, but she gets upset when people target her children.

"Messing with my kids is gonna be a big one, you know? … Let's use Brielle's lips, right? So when Brielle wanted her lips done. It was something that she's never really liked," Kim told Us last summer. "She's always talked about wanting bigger lips. She turned 18, I took her to the best. That's her decision, her choice. I took her to the best. She was very open because she said she didn't want other girls that felt like her to not know that there wasn't an option. So she shared that with the world. Then, they're like, 'You look like a duck, you look awful, they look terrible, blah, blah, blah,' and Brielle's like, 'Well f—, maybe I shouldn't say anything.' I said, 'No, you just basically do you.'"

'Queen of Versailles' couple to release drug addiction documentary

Jackie and David Siegel, the couple who starred in the 2012 "The Queen of Versailles" documentary, are working on a new documentary, this one about drug addiction, which took the life of their daughter.

Since their daughter Victoria died of an accidental drug overdose in 2015, a camera has trailed the couple.

"I've been having a camera girl follow us around — starting from [Victoria's] funeral," Jackie told Page Six. "We're working on a documentary so that'll be something we can announce probably in a month or so."

The documentary, she said, "is about how me and my husband, when we went up to Washington D.C. It shows us at the funeral, in the graveyard with the whole family. And it also shows some of the people that we've helped."

The couple rose to fame after "The Queen of Versailles", a documentary that chronicled billionaires David and Jackie building a a 90,000 square-foot estate near Orlando during the middle of the 2008 economic collapse. Their daughter, who was 18 when she passed, was featured in the documentary.

Magnolia Pictures/Promotional

Since Victoria's death, Jackie, 53, and David, 83, have become advocates for educating parents about drug addiction, which is the focus of the new documentary.

For the current documentary, the couple chose not to use the same production crew from "Queen of Versailles."

"This was a very personal and emotional time for us and no one in my family wanted cameras around or anything because they just have a fear of people putting us in a bad light," Jackie explained. "So I just had a friend that I trusted with [being] non-intrusive that I had come in and she was good with the kids and stuff. So it's going to be quite amazing. I really think people will really want to watch that."

Fleetwood Mac members dish on Lindsey Buckingham's 2018 'firing'

For Fleetwood Mac to continue being the legendary band that they are, the group had no choice but to part ways with Lindsey Buckingham, which they did last year.

In a chat with Mojo, Mick Fleetwood said it was "too challenging" to have former lovers Stevie Nicks and Lindsey in the group, admitting that a "parting of company" was the only choice.

Matt Baron/REX/Shutterstock

"We were not happy. It is no secret that Lindsey and Stevie are in a continuum Liz Taylor/ Richard Burton type of life, and it went in and out of valleys and mountaintops and God knows what through the years – that support really could not be given to ask the situation to continue. It was too challenging," he said. "Someone in some interview said, 'What'd you do, fire him?' You can say that if you want but I think that's an ugly word, knowing what this man has done in the ranks of Fleetwood Mac…"

Stephen Lovekin/REX/Shutterstock

Last year, Lindsey was kicked out of Fleetwood Mac. He eventually sued the the band and reached a settlement. Afterward, Lindsey was eventually replaced by Mike Campbell and Neil Finn.

"The truth is, call it what you want, a parting of company took place, and it had to take place, and it was supported by the remaining band members around something that for sure was a major problem to two people – Lindsey and Stevie," Mick said.

Dave Allocca/Starpix/REX/Shutterstock

Keyboardist Christine McVie feared the band would have to "completely break up" if Lindsey wasn't shown his walking papers.

"For whatever reasons, a lot being personal, it was the only route we could take, because there was too much animosity between certain members of the band at that point, there was just no way it could've gone on as a five-piece, a group with Lindsey in the band," she said. "So it was either just completely break up the band or make the best of it."

Still, Christine says is was a "really bad time" for the group and for her personally, as she had no problem with the guitarist.

"I loved working with him but I did see the point and I did see what the problem was," she said. "And you know, we're a democracy and we have to kind of make the best of a bad job. As it turns out, what we have now is better than what we ever had before."

Channing Tatum bleaches his hair — You've never seen him this way

Channing Tatum wants to find out if blonde's do indeed have more fun.

The actor posted a photo to his Instagram Story on Tuesday that showed him with bleach-blonde hair. He even went so far as to ask his 17.1 million followers if they like the new 'do.

"Bad idea?" he wrote across the photo, inviting his followers to vote "yes" or "no" on a poll.

Instagram

Perhaps he was getting a mixed response because an hour after putting up the poll, he posted on his Instagram Story, "Well, bad ideas are sort of my thing. So…" He also added the man shrugging emoji.

Instagram

Up until now, Channing has been known for his light brown hair, so this constitutes a pretty major change.

His girlfriend, Jessie J, also seemed to get in on the hair action on Tuesday, posting several videos from a wig store to her Instagram Story. (Channing wasn't pictured in any of the videos.)

The actor and the British singer were first linked in October after he was seen at several of her United States concerts. Reports claimed that the two had actually been quietly dating for several months.

Millie Bobby Brown reportedly dating one of David Beckham's sons

Millie Bobby Brown has been quieting dating David and Victoria Beckham's son Romeo, according to a new report, and she already has the famous family's approval.

David Fisher/REX/Shutterstock

"It's early days but they make a very sweet couple. [Victoria] has given it the seal of approval as she is a big fan of Millie's," a source told The Sun.

The British tabloid claimed that the "Stranger Things" star and Romeo met in December 2016 when the actress gave David an award at Unicef's 70th-anniversary gala. Afterward, Millie, 15, took a pic with David and posted it to social media.

"I will remember this evening for the rest of my life," she said.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BN8J2DIBWcR/

Earlier that evening, on the red carpet, she made it clear that she was eyeing Romeo, 16. When asked what her hopes were for her "Stranger Things" character Eleven, she said, "I don't know. Something with Romeo Beckham."

Broadimage/REX/Shutterstock

Romeo has never publicly dated anyone, while Millie dated singer Jacob Sartorius until last summer.

A source close to the Beckhams didn't completely confirm the young duo is dating, but told The Sun, "Romeo and Millie are hanging out."

Millie, by the way, has a loose connection with the Beckhams: she's friend's with Hana Cross, who is currently dating Brooklyn Beckham.

Mary-Kate, Ashley Olsen "At War"?

Are Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen "at war"? That's the claim in one of this week's tabloids. Gossip Cop, however, can exclusively correct the made-up story about the Olsen Twins "feuding."

Kevin Mazur/WireImage

According to the Star, the Olsen sisters "recently had an epic falling out, which ended with a furious Ashley fleeing New York City to get away from her sister." To make its article appear more credible, the outlet alleges it has an "insider," who shares the break between the twins "has been coming for a while," and that their relationship is "beyond repair." The magazine points to how Ashley raised "eyebrows" when she recently attended the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty without her sister Mary-Kate.

The tabloid asserts "the reason for the rift is Ashley's fast-track romance with artist Louis Eisner." The outlet's alleged tipster is quoted as saying, "Mary-Kate doesn't care for Louis and thinks Ashley could do better." "It's hard to see how this feud will end. There may be no coming back," concludes the supposed source.

In no particular order, there are a number of glaring holes in the magazine's article. For instance, are readers really to believe the twins are "feuding" because Mary-Kate "doesn't care" for Eisner? And while they generally walk red carpets together, is Ashley attending a party in Los Angeles, where her boyfriend lives, truly a sign that the twins are "at war"?

While the publication dramatically claims they had an "epic falling out," and declares it's "hard to see how this feud will end," the outlet doesn't actually offer any specifics about how their "war" allegedly began and got to a point where it's "beyond repair." Additionally, how is Ashley in a "fast-track romance" when she's been linked to Eisner since last summer? If the artist was the catalyst from the Olsen Twins to go their separate ways, wouldn't that have happened months ago?

The reason there are no specifics or any evidence to back up the tabloid's claims is because it seemingly made up this tall tale or relied on an untrustworthy tipster. As opposed to the magazine, which hides behind vague contentions from an unnamed and untraceable source, the Olsen Twins' rep, speaking on their behalf, exclusively assures Gossip Cop the story is "not true." Ashley and Mary-Kate are not "feuding" or "at war."

Without belaboring the point too much, Star has a history of getting reports wrong about the Olsen Twins, and has very little insight into their lives. For instance, in May 2016, the tabloid teased in a small box on its front page how Mary-Kate was pregnant, and Ashley wasn't happy about it. Incredibly, Gossip Cop busted the magazine again when it returned nearly two years later in February 2018 with a full cover story that falsely contended Mary-Kate was pregnant, and Ashley was jealous of her sister having a baby.

A full 11 months after that phony report, it's clear the article and quotes from its so-called "source" were all lies. And much like its previous tales, the same can be said of its latest piece about Ashley and Mary-Kate "feuding." The only "war" is the one that publication is waging with the truth.

Caitlyn Jenner Wants To Be Bruce Again?

One of this week's tabloids claims Caitlyn Jenner wants to go back to being Bruce Jenner. The story is completely false. And Gossip Cop can debunk it.

David Buchan/REX/Shutterstock

According to the Globe, the former Olympian thinks "life as a woman is just too hard," and she's been having difficulty enduring the side effects from female hormone treatments, including cramps and bloating. A supposed source tells the magazine, "She wants to be a man again. She foolishly believed being a woman would change her life for the better. But Cait is having crippling doubts about her transition and exploring possibilities to reverse the sex change surgery."

The outlet's alleged insider further contends Jenner is frustrated by her lack of a love life since becoming a woman, and is tormented by doubt over her decision to switch genders. "She's constantly asking herself, 'Why did I do that?'" adds the seemingly phony tipster. "The last thing she wants is more hours of painful surgery, but she's looking into it to get back to Bruce. There's no romance in her life and she's missing Bruce — it's a hellish combo."

The tabloid's report is based on claims from an unidentified and possibly made-up "source," but Gossip Cop checked in with Jenner's spokesperson, who tells us on the record it's "incorrect." Despite what the magazine's anonymous tipster claims, the reality star's rep assures us she's happy being a woman and has never considered transitioning back to Bruce.

In an interview with Diane Sawyer nearly two years ago, Jenner was asked if she has any doubts or regrets about her transition. The former Olympic athlete responded, "Never. I never had a doubt. All the confusion has left me." Her thoughts on the matter haven't changed.

It's worth noting the tabloid's premise also isn't original. More than three years ago, Gossip Cop called out the Globe's sister outlet, Star, for falsely claiming Jenner wanted to become a man again. The notion wasn't true then and it's no more accurate now.

Additionally, the outlet says the reality star wants to become a man again because her love life has stalled, but last July, the tabloid claimed Jenner was marrying Sophia Hutchins and adopting a baby with her. That story wasn't true either, but it shows how the magazine can't keep its bogus narratives straight.

In the time since Jenner transitioned back in early 2015, she's made it clear several times that she's happy with her new life as a woman. There's zero evidence to suggest otherwise and any claims about her wanting to become a man again are both tasteless and baseless. This is simply a non-issue.
